Review: I purchased 2 LED lightbars from this company in late 2014, after almost 2 months, and attempting to get them to refund the double billing issue where they charged credit card twice, they finally delivered what I had purchased, within 2 weeks of installing the lightbar, 8 LED modules (7 red and one white) were filled with water.

I followed the procedure for warranty issues, sent them photos at their request, they related that they would replace the modules, that was on March ** 2015, to date I have sent them 3 emails asking for a status on the warranty, and not received an answer to the emails. They advertise a 2 year warranty.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid top dollar for to function as advertised, I would be happy if they would just send me the replacement LED modules

I have just purchased led light bar. It was shipped very fast. When I turned it on the light was so bright! I got the well-made and cheap item. I guess it was an excellent deal for me. So pleased with whole experience with LED Outfitters. I will surely order here again when I need more lights.

Review: On 7/**/2015 I made my third purchase from LEDoutfitters.com finding they had the quality of product that I was after for an affordable price. Unfortunately for myself on of the item I had ordered was faulty and did not illuminate, that was a problem for me as I am a Volunteer Firefighter and the product is on my personal vehicle for emergency response. Upon the first call to have this item replaced (approximately a week after receiving the order) I was informed the item was on backorder and would be sent to me as soon as it was back in stock. Approximately Nov. [redacted] I called again and was told that the manager would call me very soon to help me, once again this was not followed through with. On the [redacted] of Nov. I called again and was asked to email a picture of the light in question and call back afterwards, I complied with this and was once again told that I would get a call. Three days later I received an email inquiring about the order. I explained my disappointment and was ignored, today on the [redacted] of Nov. I called multiple times, on the first call I was hung up on, and constantly lied to and disrespected. On my forth or fifth call I was obviously looking patience and composer and asked for the manager directly, I was placed on hold and the same voice picked up the phone again and answered as "Joe Manager" of course I laughed and told the person they were full of fecal matter, once more I was hung up on. I called back, phone answered by the same individual and was very confrontational with me and demanded an apology from me, then hung up on me for the third time. That's what has brought me to the Revdex.com, in hopes that others don't have to tolerate the same kind of inconsiderate service as I have.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to speak with the owner or manager assuming the person I dealt with was neither, and to just have a new item delivered.

Ledoutfitters offer a wide variety of top grade lighting at increadibly reasonable pricing. I ordered 24w working lights there a while ago, and they run perfectly. The best part about this shop is that they are really helpful when it comes to making a choice between two similar items. I'm no expert in lighting or electricity, and I desperately needed a piece of advice. The sales team got me through this part, asked me a lot of questions and actually helped me make up my mind.

Review: I purchased a 27 inch Saber Linear Mini Light bar (Color Amber) on 8-**-2015 at 10:32 am for the total price of $419.87 Once received I plugged unit in. Modules not working. Called them...they had me take some pictures and send them to them... they are going to replace it but they want me to tear it apart to see if it was hooked up right. Yes it was..now they are sending part....still no replacement part... called back numerous times...finally talked to someone...now the parts are stuck somewhere on a boat coming to the USA... it will be a couple of more weeks and then they will send part....more time still no parts...called again...now they want pictures again because they don't know what part I need. I said check the other emails I sent you due to your request.... they have the same pictures you want me to send again...OK fine.... now more time...now they shipped it....did not receive it and called again..now they are going to ship it...I said someone said they shipped it last week.... I stated.... someone lied to me...he said call it as you want...now they are going to ship again today...still waiting. I sent plenty of emails and talked to them on the telephone in regards to this. Us consumers wonder how someone can operate a business like this when we have laws protecting consumers for this type of business operation.

Review: This complaint is related to product, customer service, & warranty. We received a lightbar from this company last fall, and have had problems with the led modules working properly. They have either burned out or corroded many times. We were sent a few replacements to only run into the same problem. Since they refuse to refund out money we are asking that they honor the warranty replacement. I asked for all of the modules to be replaced back in April 2015 and we have yet to receive them. I have called numerous times only to be yelled at and lied to, as well as numerous emails without response. Anytime we call and actually talk to someone, he indicates that we should email the request through. I sent in a video and multiple pictures of the device not working and after 3 months we still don't have the replacement parts. The gentleman is very rude and after calling a few times they just put the phones to voicemail, as I believe there is one guy who answers the phones throughout the week. I have asked to speak to his manager multiple times and have been told he is out, but refuses to give a name. This is the worst customer service we have ever received.Desired Settlement: At this time, since we have tried multiple times to work with this vendor we wish to receive a full refund. If I could trust them to actually send us the replacements or if we were to send the lightbar in and get it back we would be fine with that, however due to the lack of communication and service, we will never do business with this company again.

I am a volunteer firefighter and LED Outfitters will always have my business with their great products and professional client service. I have ordered siren and light bar from this company after a couple of phone calls. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me all information I needed to know to buy the most appropriate items. Shipping took three days. I am happy to report that everything works properly. So satisfied and will surely recommend this company to everyone.

I have just purchased the light bar from LED Outfitters. All LED lightening stuff I had before is put to shame by this my new light. It has the best flash pattern selection at market and it has magnet mounting option so I don’t need to drill any more. In my opinion, it is a perfect choice for those who want bright traffic moving power. Thanks to LED Outfitters representatives for making ordering easy. Nice job!
