I called LED Outfitters in [redacted] today to return blue lights that my son (volunteer firefighter) purchased last week because they did not work. The person I spoke with (Joe) was very argumentative with me after I told him I wanted to get a full refund or I wanted the company to send my son new lights NDA. After being consistently rude to me during this conversation I told Joe I wanted to speak to a manager he informed me he was the manager, I than told him I wanted to speak with the owner and Joe told me he works there so the owner doesn't have to speak to people like me!! Joe refused to let me speak with the owner. I have never heard of a customer service representative speaking to a customer like this. I will never order anything from LED Outfitters and suggest no one should!

My experience with this company was positive. I bought my interior light and siren not so long ago. But I have already tried both items when I they were necessary. Both work properly. I couldn’t be happier with so bright light and so loud siren! I will definitely be a repeat customer if I need more lights.

Review: Have received three items from this company, in two orders. In the first order, one item was defective. They told me, by e-mail, to take it apart and fix it! When I called, They told me to send them a picture of the item, and they would send me a new one -- too good to be true. I sent a picture, and details of purchase, and they told me I had to ship it back to them -- at my expense. I also e-mailed a description of a problem with the second item from the first order. The curt response (at least they responded) was "call and talk to the technician." Tried that, at 4:04 pm ET on Thursday, they said he wasn't in, that he would be in at 10:00 ET the next day. I called at 11:30 ET, they said he had not arrived yet, and that he would be there in 30 to 40 minutes. I called again at 12:37 ET, they said he was out until Monday, and that I should have called AT 10 ET. I am beginning to doubt that the person exists. In the second order, the wrong item was shipped. I called them immediately, and they sent a return shipping label, with a tracking number. So far so good. A week after they received the item, when I called to inquire, they asked me for a lot of useless information that I did not have on hand in the field. I called back later, with all the information, and they did not ask for it! They had still not shipped a replacement, but said they would. The "replacement" item arrived, finally. But, IT IS THE WRONG ITEM AGAIN! Unbelievable. Through all of this, only one "sorry" (for the wrong item shipped.) Every shipment is not shipped out for days or weeks, and takes over a week to arrive. The one guy who always answers the phone (well, at least they answer the phone) is rude, interrupts, blames the customer, and tries to put off doing the right thing. This stuff is cheap (in quality, as well as price) so I understand they need to be careful, but enough is enough. I'm done with this company. The same, and similar, items are available elsewhere.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I am a firefighter and I ordered a light bar with the company back in Nov 2013 for my POV. 40" LED Red/White combo. First off the control box that came with the bar was defective. I sent them an email (DONT bother calling them, they dont answer no matter what time you call) and after waiting 3 days I emailed them again and waited and waited and waited. Finally I got a response of send us the old one back and we'll send you a new one. I couldn't do that and responded to them. No reply for a week. I called them and waited on hold for 15 minutes and told them that if they didnt send me a new control box that I was going to have a hold put on the charge. They said they would send a new one out and 4 days later I got it. Second control box was defective worse then the first one. Didnt even operate. So on top of that each module has 4- 1 watt bulbs. On three modules two of the bulbs are out. All within 10 days of eachother. Emailed on Jan * and they said they would express new ones. Here it is the [redacted] of Jan and I still have to recieve replacement one nor a response from them. DON NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.Desired Settlement: Ill spend more money someone else to get a product theat they will respond and stand behind. Refund me.

Review: We purchased a led light from led outfitters in the winter 2012, we got the light without a packing slip or invoice, the light worked for 1 minute and then stopped. We tried calling to send back and they said they needed information before they could help us, which was not in the box, so we had no information. Further on in coversation a gentlemen said no problem we will sent a new light, which we have not recieved and we have shipped the non working one back, Tried calling again today 6/**/13 and a dozen previous times and get hung up on. We just want a new light, which they said they would doDesired Settlement: please give us a new light

Review: I ordered a lightbar in dec 2012 and around april of 2013 they shipped me a lightbar. It was an 18inch amber lightbar, I had ordered a 48inch blue and amber lightbar. I called over 10 times since to find out the status of this lightbar and still have not got anything useful out of this company other than lie after lie. I have been told about 5 or so times that the bar was shipped or will be shipped on Friday, but when I ask for the date, I always get “ we will call you back” and I also get the same when I ask for the tracking number. Other times I call and get nothing but a voicemail and when I leave one, I get nothing in return, not onve have I got a return call. I have tried 3 different times a 3-way call with discover card. The 1st time nothing good came out of it, the 2nd time got the run around the guy was out to lunch, we called at 12:30 and was told he would be back at 2pm my time, so another 3-way call at about 2:30-3:00 and was told he was gone for the day. I work 6am to 6-9pm mon – sat right now, every time I call to take care of this I have to do it on work time, I drive semi truck. Its distracting to drive and fight with this led outfitter company. I have now returned the smaller wrong lightbar they have shipped to me, it was in the same condition as when I received it. I got a signature also that they did receive the bar back. They will not refund my money though. I have asked 3 times on the phone with 3 different people, and every time I get a different excuse why it isn’t getting done. I still do not have a resolution to this problem and am still out 1367.40$ due to this company. I plan on taking them to civil court if I can not get my refund.Desired Settlement: would like to have a full refund either by , certified check, money order ,or puting it back on the credit card that they charged

It’s just a pleasure to deal with LED Outfitters. You can always be calm about quality. I purchased many lights from them and was pleased all the way. Any arisen issue is puzzled out as fast as possible by helpful staff so you don’t need to search the way to complain and avoid being nervous for a long time. LED Outfitters made the LED light choosing and purchasing for me much more easier. Keep it up!

Review: On 4/**/15 I ordered $837.85 worth of LED Emergency lights from the said company. On 5/*/15 I received an email stating the order was processed and shipped. 5/**/15 I emailed the sales dept asking for a tracking number on my order. After providing all my information including my order number, all I got back was a question asking for my order number. I promptly got back with yet again my order number. I received another question asking for my shipping zip code (which they already had from my order placement). I provided the requested info again and received another question asking for what the order was for. I screen shot from my phone of the original order that had "already shipped" according to the company. I never heard back at this point. On 5/**/15 I called and they said someone would call me back with my tracking number. I waited the weekend and nothing. I called today on 5/**/15 and asked for a tracking number again. They once again said they'd call me back in about 5 minutes. No call ever came. I called back and asked for my money/check back. The worker said I couldn't get it back because my order was shipped on Friday 5/**/15. His explanation was that a check has to be cleared and it takes 2 weeks for that to happen. I again asked for a tracking number and he said he would email it, I said no I want it over the phone. He told me he couldn't do that. I have not yet received a tracking number via email or any other form.Desired Settlement: I want the money back for my order.

I have asked multiple times for a tracking number. I have been given the run around. Last week on our first phone call the reason was that the shipping dept must have put the wrong numbers on the package. Friday I was suppose to get a phone call as to the reason (nobody called). Today I called again and was once again told I'd receive a phone call within 5 minutes. Nobody called. I waited 2 hours and called to request my money back, which I was simply told no. Well last time I checked I haven't received any product and you have my companies money. I want a tracking number for product I have paid for or I want my money. Simple as that.

I've bought led lights here several times over the years and have been extremely happy with my purchases. Last time I bought TIR light bar. As always led Outfitters is the best and everything purchased is still working great. Five stars all the way.

Review: We had purchased a light bar from LED Outfitters o 2/**/15 for our company's ( R Equipment) semi truck for use while hauling our oversize loads. Less than 2 months after receiving product, on 4/*/15, it had a failure of one of the lighting assemblies. We filled out LED outfitters warranty request form online on 4/*/15 as directed and waited. They responded on 4/*/15 with a question and we responded back. On 4/**/15 we emailed them again asking for an update. None was received. On 4/**/15 we emailed again inquiring about the status of the claim with no response. On 5/*/2015 we again emailed LED outfitters about our warranty claim. We received a response on 5/*/15 asking what issue we were having with the product. We responded and advised them of our issue and that an additional lamp has now failed. LED outfitters requested pictures of the issue which we sent by email to them on 5/*/15. We did not hear anything and recontacted them on 6/*/15 regarding our issue. They responded and inquired how many lights were needed, we told them 2 and provided the requested shipping information. On 6/**/15 we inquired as to the status of the replacement lenses and requested a tracking number for the parts. LED outfitters replied on 6/**/15 that we should see them within the week. On 6/**/15 we recontacted them asking the status because we had not received the replacement parts as of yet. LED outfitters replied on 7/*/15 that we should have received them and they were sent via [redacted]. They stated that they would track them and re ship them to us if need be. We contacted them 7/**/15 to check on the replacement parts status and they responded that the parts were on order from the manufacturer. On 7/**/15 we requested a RGA to return the lamp for a full refund due to the fact we cannot get replacement parts for it from them. Led outfitters replied on 7/**/15 that they are out of stock and awaiting parts and there is nothing that they can do. on 7/**/15 we advised that a total of 7 modules have since failed. LED outfitters responded on 8/*/15 that they would keep it on file to send them out. On 8/**/15 we contacted LED outfitters and again requested a RGA so we could obtain a replacement light bar.LED outfitters responded on 8/**/15 and asked us to call in and speak with a manager. We called and were told no manager was in that day and to call back. We called back and received the same information. I sent them an email on 9/**/15 after calling in and getting the same story about the manager not being there and laid out the resolutions that we were looking for from them. I received an email on 9/**/15 again asking how many lights were out and for pictures. I responded and emailed the requested photos and have yet to hear back. I would love to forward you the e-mail chain I have regarding this matter. My parts manager who was handling this became so frustrated with the service Ii took it over. Review: I purchased a Light bar product code [redacted]. On 2-**-2009, The light bar has just quit working and will not turn on. I called the company and spoke to the warranty department, they aid to send it in. I went to the post office sent it in with Insurance to cover if lost. or further damaged. I called after said arrival date of package which was on 8-**-13. it has a 5 year warranty on this product. later I receive this same package back and the box has some damage to it from shipping. I spoke to the warrant people of led outfitters they said they turned it away because of damage and never opened it. I told them it was damaged before it was sent as in not working. the light bar itself is still intact just not working . after trying to get them to them to honor this warranty , and after them hanging up on me multiple time, even when I had them on speaker at the post office and was told to make a claim with the post office they said that the light bar was damaged on the outside , I asked him so he opened it and he said nothing and then hung up on me. the post office lady was shocked more than I was that they kept doing this.. they still have not done anything, then a little later they said they would send me a box and a paid postage to send it back to them after I spent $34.21 to send it to them the first time. I called back today and now they are saying they wont send me a box or pay for the shipping back to them to warranty out the light bar. 8-**-13.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor their warranty and replace the lightbar.

I am not aware of any of our employees telling anyone, ever, that we would send them a box for return. The industry standard warranty policy is that the customer is responsible for mailing the item(s) to us, and we will mail out a repaired or replacement item to them for no additional charge. Regardless, I aim to make this right. If the customer would send back the light, along with a copy of the original invoice, AND a copy of the receipt from the shipping cost, I would be more than happy to have his light repaired/replaced by our Warranty Department, and I will reimburse him for the second shipping cost. I have just installed my new mini light bar. I like LED Outfitters because the enable you to get a combination of pleasant price, nice design and the newest technologies. Do you need something else? I don’t and I believe that this company is the best place to purchase LED lights.

Review: I am a vol FF/EMT for a Department in my area we recived our yearly merrit pay so I decided to purchase a siren from LED OUTFITTERS ON DECEMBER **,2014. The siren I purchased was the DAMEGA ULTIMATE SIREN. I recived it on DECEMBER [redacted] 2014, I opened priority mail box it was shipped in and found that they had no padding surrounding the box the siren was in. Mind you the Ultimate siren is a amplifier you hide then has a soft key brain that is conected to the amplifier. Having this moving around would not be good stuff would start breaking. That was just one issue I had with this company. I disregared this issue and installed my siren to find out that it would not work . I tried several other times to see if it would work still nothing, I found out that if I pressed a memory soft key it would work so I figured I would use it this way until it completly quit all together. By this time it was too late on Thursday December [redacted] to get ahold of someone from LED OUTFITTERS. I waited till Friday the [redacted] and told them my problem and they said it was a programming issue and to send the control panel back to have reprogrammed. I said I just purchased this thing and now I have to send it back thats bogus iv already paid shipping once and was not about to pay it again and for them to send me another one in mail with return shipping label and I was told they did not have any in stock. later on in the night I tried the siren again to see if it would work which it didnt. I called Damega Engineering and told them my issue and they said the siren was 100 percent defective and to contact company I purchased it from. Iv wrote Led outfitters numorous emails to get four word sentences back did not answer any of my questions what so ever. I called LED OUTFITTERS again and told them what Damega ENGINEERING said about it being completly defective and the guy I talked to said I tell you what I have more control pads coming in in two weeks ill send you a new one but will have to charge your card 80.00 until we receive yours back I said absolutly not. I did not break this thing so I shall not pay you people another cent. I finally got fed up and repacked entire thing and sent it back and wanted my money back or a new siren not a fixed one or the one I sent back fixed. I sent it back just before Christmas, on January [redacted] I Recived the siren back it was not a new one it was The one I sent back supposelly fixed when I opened box no packaging to protect it and I sent it back in perfect condition to get it back to find that the RJ-45 CABLE that is used to hook brain to amplifier had been cut in the plastic sheething that protects the wires inside several times and the mounting holes in amplifier the one was what looks like a drill was taken to it and distorted and shredded the hole made it bigger then it was supposed to be Also the screws used to mount brain to bracket were not sent back having me to buy my own I sent everything back with it and got half back . For a siren I paid 128 plus dollars for . Also the bracket for the mic was not sent back either. I told led outfitters I wanted a credit or someway to make this right and I got nothing but whatever. I am not happy with this company their customer service sucks to say lightly over the phone or in Emails. I contacted them again on January [redacted] to find out what they did to it with the slit cable and the giant gouge taken out of mounting hole in amplifer which was not there when I sent it back and the guy I talked to said email pictures and ill investigate it that they may have put the wrong siren back in the box with the wrong cable SORRY TO SAY ILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. This is why im contacting the Revdex.com iv given up on these people I need a working siren so to all those issues I had to install it again anyways it is working as we speak but it worked the first time around as well until the following day. Review: The website submitted my order when I tried to exit. I sent three emails and called to tell them to cancel. The next day I got one response. It was shipped sir but I called and checked. They sent it out 3 hrs after I got that email. I told them 2 seconds after it said processed. But only got a 4 word reply late next day. Then they sent it? I know now I'll be forced to pay return postage and now I have 2 items coming one from another company. I'm outraged. I left voicemail etc.Desired Settlement: money returned and ups stopped. Review: I purchased a replacement light for the inside of my police vehicle from this company's website. I received in a little less than a week and installed it in my vehicle. Less than a month later, the inside of the light lens started to spiderweb. I e-mailed LED Outfitters asking what I should do, since it was obviously a fault in the light. They told me to ship it back to them and they would gladly replace it under warranty. I shipped the light to them promptly via USPS and made sure that I got package tracking. The package arrived at their facility on May [redacted], 2013, and as of today, June **th, 2013, I still haven't received a replacement light or refund. I've e-mailed them many times asking the status of the replacement or if there was anything else they needed from me; however, I've never heard back from them to this day. I've also called their business many times, speaking with a rude male subject stating that he couldn't help me and that I would need to talk to "[redacted]," who wasn't there. Today, at around 3pm, I called both their numbers about 5 times each and no one answered, even though it was normal business hours.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back from this order so that I could take it somewhere who will provide actual "customer service."

Bought a light bar from them the first rain we got it filled with water and half the lights quit! Called them on the phone and they wanted pictures so we emailed them twice. They then gave us the run around that who we needed to talk to was never there. We even told them if they would send us the replacement bulbs we would get them installed ourselves and they promised to do so. After 3 months of getting the run around but never the bulbs they then told us they would send us a new light bar as soon as they had a tracking number on ours so they could know we had sent it back. Then they when they got it they said they would fix it and send it back after another 2 months they tried to say they never got it. When we emailed the ups statement showing they had signed for it and who their response was they had lost it and oh well. They now have our money and light bar not willing to give either back. They got very rude, disrespectful and even hate full about it and even challenged us to do anything about it.

Very nice online shop, my order was delivered without delays. When I placed, an order manager called me back and helped me to pick best delivery options for my region. Even though one of the LED dash lights I ordered was not working I was easily been able to withdraw it and get a new one back without additional payments for delivery. Thanks for a good service.

Review: On 2/**/2013 I had placed an order for a 37" linear lightbar from LED outfitters. I had recieved the lightbar the day after the order went through which isn't the issue. Then on 3/**/2013 the lightbar had broke and I contacted him the next day on 3/**/2013 and [redacted] told me to send it back with the original order information, which I had done that day. So I sent the lightbar back on 3/**/2013 around 3PM at the local post office. I waited a week to contact him again enough time for it to get there to him, he had told me that he did not get it, so I waited another week to try again and he still says he didn't get it which my tracking number said that it made it to the destination. I kept on calling several times every month since to try and get info on it, he either hangs up on me everytime and doesn't pick up again when I try the same day again. On 6/*/2013 I called again and [redacted] said to me that he has my lightbar and is waiting for the part and that the part should be there the following week. I called him the following week on 6/**/2013 [redacted] told me that my lightbar was sent back out to me, I asked [redacted] for a tracking number and he told me to call the next day for it. I called on 6/**/2013 with no answer and called 6/**/2013 with no answer. I called again today on 6/**/2013 and [redacted] answered and I asked for the tracking number he then asked me for the order number which it was under I gave it to him and he then put me on hold. He got back on the line and then asked me for a tracking number for some reason, I did not have one to present to him. I asked [redacted] why he wanted me to give him a tracking number when he told me that he sent my lightbar back, he told me that he never said that to me and then hung up on me. I called him back and he started yelling at me cursing at me for questioning him. I don't know what to do from here he has my lightbar and $600.00 the cost of the lightbar. I was reading other reviews about this company and I am not the only one with the same issue.Desired Settlement: Would either like the lightbar back or my money back.
