I ordered LED strobes at ledoutfitters last month, and I'm happy with their service. There was a minor misunderstanding, but we quickly settled things with the sales team. I got what I wanted at a great price, and I'll shop at ledoutfitters again!

Review: Reference Order #[redacted]. I represent a Federal agency that purchased two 40" RAZOR Light Bars (40RAZORTIR) from LED Outfitters on August **, 2013. Shortly thereafter, one of the light bars stop functioning. After repeated calls and promises that a replacement part/unit would be sent out immediately, we have yet to receive the part/unit. The last time I called, I requested a tracking number for the shipment. They sent me a tracking number and that a label had been prepared, but when I tracked that number that's as far as it ever went. No shipment was ever made nor was a replacement part/unit ever received. They would not respond to my emails after this point.Desired Settlement: Product replacement is the desired outcome due to the level of customer service that has been received.

Review: On 065/**/2013 I purchased a 48" saber Rex LINEAR lightbar from LED Outfitters for a total of $726.23. When I received the lightbar on 05/**/2013 it was not the right color and it was broke. I called the company that day and talked to someone there that was very rude and in the end ended up hanging up on me, but told me I can send it back and get refunded for the lightbar and shipping costs. I had the lightbar shipped back on 05/**/2013 with tracking number [redacted]. I paid $29.84 for the ups shipping. On Tuesday 06/**/2013 I called the company to ask why I have not been refunded and they said someone will call me back in 10 minutes, I never received a call back. On 06/**/2013 I called the company back and was told I have to talk to another guy and he won't be in till 06/**/2013. I tried to tell the person that I called last week but I was hung up on. I have contacted my credit card company to stop payment with complaint number [redacted] june**.Desired Settlement: This companies custom service is unacceptable.

I bought 15 watt LED worklights and a couple of ther devices at ledoutfitters last month, and I'm happy with the purchase. At first I was kinda sceptic about the shop, since I haven't really heard of it before; but they had exactly what I was looking for, so I gave it a try. The retailer covered shipping fees for me, which was absolutely awesome. I'd recommend ledoutfitters to anyone who is looking for the best lights in the area.

Review: Ordered a new light bar for my personal vehicle and received wrong material. I ordered red/white for my light bar,red/white for my grill lights and a 3 button switch box. I received the product as just red for the light bar and grill lights and only a 2 button switch box. I'm not usually one to complain about taking a 3 dollar loss for one thing being wrong but my whole order was wrong. I work for a wholesale distributor and work customer service so I know the ins and outs of how a company like this should resolve the issues they run into. I had called to see what could be done the day after I had received my order and was told they would check into it and call me back, needless to say 4 days later I had not heard back. I called the company again and was told they weren't sure why nobody called back but my order was noted on their system that I would send it all back and they would replace it. The whole time waiting I had no idea that this was supposed to happen, I thought I would get home one of those days and see my correct product on my doorstep with a return label inside the box for the wrong materials I had all along. So once again I called the company to see if they would cover the shipping for this product and they agreed. I then asked if they could call in a call tag for these items to be picked up and was told they don't do that and I need to go to the post office and tell them to send this stuff priority mail and pay for the shipping. Then once they received the material they would refund the amount I paid.I wasn't feeling that at all as I don't trust anyone when they say they are covering shipping they will refund me but I still initially have to pay. I wasn't paying for their error so I called again and requested to speak to a [redacted]. I then talked to the individual who answered the phone wondering why I was needing a [redacted]. I told him it is a matter only the [redacted] can deal with due to having a shipping issue.he told me go to the post office and put me on with someone deciding for the day they wanted to play [redacted]. I told this so called [redacted] I didn't believe he was really the [redacted] and asked his name. He avoided the question furthermore making me question who he really was. Finally got a fake name out of him and he hung up on me. I am very disappointed with this company and the customer service and am really bummed they made it really difficult to try to make things right. Needless to say I have up and held onto the product since I was at a loss and was getting nowhere with getting this resolvedDesired Settlement: I am fine with keeping the product I have even though it is not really the desired material I had requested but just for the inconvenience of the situation I would like a full refund on the product. If that is not an option half of the amount paid in a refund would suffice. I would also gladly accept my correct material at no cost to me.

Review: we have had 3 LED modules that were under warranty that have quit functioning. They have promised on several occasions to send the replacement LED modules. we also paid for one replacement that also was never received. We have given them multiple attempts to correct this problem, they have consistently lied and promised to send the warrantied item but never followed through.Desired Settlement: send the 2 RED LED replacement REX Linear modules and the 2 RED TID Modules we have been promised and purchased.

Shopping at Ledoutfitters is by far the most pleasent experience for me. I've worked with a number of suppliers, and I've seen different attitude to clients. This shop is just awesome; they've got a large variety of strobes, offroad work lights, mounts and accessories. Delivery is rather fast as well; when I need something for my car, Ledoutfitters is the first place I go to.

Review: In January 2015, I ordered a light bar for my work truck which has a standard 2 year warranty. In July 2015, I contacted LED Outfitters to request a replacement LED module for the light bar, because one had stopped working. I was told the product was on back order and I would be contacted when it was back in stock.

It is now November 2015 and three more LED modules have stopped working on the light bar for a total of 4 non-working modules. This is the majority of the light bar. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions, all documented by e-mail, requesting that the replacements be sent. They consistently have excuses or stop responding to my e-mails all together! Unacceptable. This is an expensive product that does not work properly within 6 months of purchase. Not to mention their non-existent customer service and failure to comply with the warranty.Desired Settlement: I want LED Outfitters to rush deliver me 4 replacement LED amber modules for my 48" Saber Linear 2.0 light bar. If they are not in stock, then I want the company to send a new light bar.

Review: On 8/**/2014 our company purchased a Rocket-X 8 Head directional light bar with a DaMeGa Arrow Switch Panel from LED Outfitters. We had never purchased anything from this company before but an employee of ours had purchased from them in the past. We received the light bar on time but after being installed per the directions we noticed that the part was not operating correctly and would not change between directional patterns. Our shop technician contacted LED Outfitters by phone to get technical support and the rep that we spoke to was very rude but finally said that the DaMeGa Arrow Switch Panel was defective. After our shop technician got off the phone with the LED Outfitter rep he told me that they were going to send us a new DaMeGa Arrow Switch Panel to replace the defective part. I then waited a while and decided that I would call LED Outfitters to make sure the everything was set up for overnight shipment because the unit that we were putting this light bar on was leaving the next day. Once I got a representative on the phone I found out that they had not set up to have one shipped overnight. I talked to the representative and got it set up because I had to have it so that our customer would not be delayed. I was then charged for overnight shipping and for the defective part.

The new DaMeGa Arrow Switch Panel arrived the next day as planned. We installed the new switch panel and the directional light bar still did not work correctly. Our shop technician contacted LED Outfitters by phone again and he spoke with another rude rep from LED Outfitters. This rep said that the flasher control inside of the light bar was bad and that he would send us a new flasher control. I waited a while again until I called them to make sure they were doing what they said they were going to do. Once again they did not set it up to send us the defective part that they were supposed to be sending us. After talking to the rep he tells me that you can't just replace the flasher control so he was sending us a new light bar. I said that would be great because I was actually going to order a new light bar along with the flasher because we had already delayed our customer enough. When we got off the phone we were both in the understanding that he was sending us a new light bar overnight. This time he didn't ask me for any payment information.

The light bar was never delivered to us. A few days after not receiving the light bar I contacted LED Outfitters by phone and the rep told me that they had sent us a flasher control switch that had been delivered that day by the US postal service. Everything else that they had sent had been with UPS. I went out to our mailbox to find a small package with the flasher control in it. Instead of fighting with LED Outfitters, we had our technician go to our customers facility and install the flasher control. Since we had all of these defective parts with this light bar and switch we had to travel 3 hours round trip to install a part that the LED Outfitters rep said couldn't be replaced. The light bar still did not work after changing the flasher control and we did not have another light bar to install so that our customer would be happy.

The owner of our company then called them to get everything settled. He called several times with no response and no one would help get this situation resolved.Desired Settlement: We would like our credit card reimbursed 100% and we would like to be reimbursed for 3 hours of travel time and 2 hours of labor for installing all of the so called defective parts.

It’s a well-known fact that friend’s advice is better than the best advertising. In my case it is true too. When I complained about dim light in my vehicle, my friend advised me to stuff it with new LED lights and sent me the LED Outfitters website link. I have ordered from them many times and I am satisfied with all I got. Finally, my car is lit up and safe. The lights are bright and look awesome. Highly recommend to everyone!

Review: we ordered a led light bar from this business on 07/**/2015 in the amount of $1,298.40 along with other lights that were thrown in the order for $159.99. When we received the order from the ups truck there was only one package so we figured everything that we ordered was in one box, when we opened up the package only the light bar was in it, we then immediately called led outfitters @ ###-###-#### and asked them where our other lights were at and which I spoke to a male who stated that they were on back order and we would not received them for another week.

We installed our light bar a couple days after receiving it and when we powered it on a couple of the led modules where blown and not working, I called Led Outfitter the same day we installed the light bar at @ ###-###-#### and talked to another male and I told him what was going on and he asked what light bar we had and I told him and he said that he would ship out two red modules and one white one.

I then waited approximately two (2) weeks and then gave Led Outfitters another call @ ###-###-#### and spoke to a male and told him that I called approximately two weeks and go and they said our lights were on back order. The male who I was talking to told me that our lights were on back order and we would not received them for months and that's all he told me I asked him for a refund for the lights that was $159.99 which they gave us a full refund on 07/**/2015 in the amount of $159.99.

About a month after we installed that light bar and had the issues I called Led Outfitters at ###-###-#### and talked to a male and I asked him our status on the 2 red led modules and the 1 white led module in which the male I was talking to said that they did not ship them out because we had to take our light bar apart and make sure everything was plug in correctly and was working on our end. When we took the light bar apart the screws to take the housing off was rusted. When we got the housing off we noticed that one of the red led modules was unplugged which we plugged back in and it started working properly we then went to the next red led module and it was plugged in and did not work. We then proceeded to the white led module we noticed that when they put the light bar together the put a screw through the wire and it arched against the metal frame and burned the white led module up. We then called Led Outfitter's back at ###-###-#### and talked to a male and told him what we found and he said okay great we will ship a red led module and a white led module to you tomorrow and that you should receive it about a week or so,

After two months of waiting and check the mail at our building we did not receive our package that they said they sent out I gave Led Outfitter's a call at ###-###-#### and spoke to a male and I told him that we didn't receive a package yet and he told me that it is not his problem and I need to speak to his supervisor, I then proceeded to ask the male if he can transfer me and he said he's not in today and I would have to call back on Monday. I then waited and called back Led Outfitters at ###-###-#### and a male answered and I asked if I can speak to a manager or supervisor and the male then told me to hold and he would get some one so I waited about 5 minutes and male came back on the phone and said he was the manager I started to talk to the male and told him what's goin on and the males voice was the same as the first male talked to I asked him if I can speak to some one else and the male subject told me NO. I then hung up the phone and waited an hour or so, then called back and spoke to a male who said that our led modules are shipped out and we should be receiving them. To this date on 10/**/2015 we still have not received our led modules.

On todays date 10/**/2015 I called Led Outfitter's at ###-###-#### and spoke to a male and told him that we have not received our package, the male proceeded to tell me that I would have to call back tomorrow and speak to a manager.Desired Settlement: We our a EMS department which relies on the use of working light bars that are working correctly and properly, I have dealt with calling and putting up with lying but we spent $1.298.40 on a light bar that does not work properly and we as a department feel like we need to be REFUNDED the full amount so we can replace the light bar with another one from a different company.

My department would not like to have anymore contact with Led Outfitters since we have called multiple time and have not gotten and answer that we need. We feel this is the only way that it could be handled I would appreciate if Led Outfitter's would refund the FULL amount for the light bar. Again I have called multiple times at ###-###-#### and have gotten no response from this company

Review: I ordered a lighting product from LED Outfitters. Upon receiving the product I noticed they shipped the wrong one. I Contacted LED Outfitters, communication was difficult and delayed using both emails and phone calls. After about a week of going back and forth they instructed me to return the product. I had the product shipped [redacted] with signature upon delivery. After a week of them receiving the product back I contacted them via email about not receiving a refund. They asked for the last 4 of the billing credit card and assured me it would be taken care of. After another 2 weeks of not receiving the refund I contacted them via phone with my issue. This time they asked me for the tracking information and order number and assured me it would be handled. I have still not received the refund and it is about a month later. Working with them has been frustrating.Desired Settlement: As promised in there emails I would like a full refund, along with the original shipping and return shipping costs. (Return Shipping $34.60)

I have recently bought some stuff from these guys and must say that their attitude was amazing. I will definitely be back. The items I got completely correspond to the description on the website. The packaging was very good. Not to mention very fast delivery. If you need the LED lights, this company will fully satisfy you. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor buying from this company. At all times it makes favorable impression doing business in honest way. The items quality is constantly very high as well as the level of client service while the prices are affordable. It persuades to come back again with pleasure.

I got my 6 head traffic enforcer after three-day waiting in the mail. It works superbly. I checked out all 25 warning patterns and directional patterns and was fully satisfied. I guess I won’t have problems with traffic any more cause now I have very very bright light which is difficult not to notice even in the daylight. Have no doubts it was a great purchase.

Review: On April **, 2013 I ordered a 48" Saber TIR Lightbar for $629.98 from LED Outfitters which I received. But they also sent me an Intimidator LED Dash Light and charged me $ 80.00 for it even though I did not order it. When they charged the extra $80.00 to my Visa Debit Card which is how I paid for everything it overdrew my checking account which cost me another $28.00 that I was charged by my Credit Union as an overdraft fee since I did not have the money in my account for it since I was not planning on ordering one. I sent the Dash Light back to them on April **, 2013 and requested that they credit my checking account by crediting my Visa Debit Card the $80.00 that I was charged for the light. I have a copy of the Proof of Delivery notice from the United Parcel Service showing that they received the light on April **, 2013. After they received the light I waited a couple of weeks to see if my checking account was credited the $80.00 which it never was. On May **, 2013 I sent them a letter advising them that I still had not received the credit for it. After waiting another couple of weeks and still not receiving credit for it I sent them another letter by Certified Mail on June **, 2013 advising them that I still have not received credit for the light. I have a copy of the Delivery Notice from the United States Postal Service showing that the letter was delivered on June **, 2013. As of the filing of this complaint I still have not received credit for it.Desired Settlement: I want them to either credit me for the light or send the light back to me.

Review: iI have ordered a complete Led kit for my wifes United state postal jeep which cost around $400 and received it in a timely manner 3 days after I had installed it one of the led lights stopped working they wouldn't send me a replacement light so I ordered on on 12-*-15 and received a confirmation email stating it had been shipped on 12-**-15 and never received it I have contacted them several times telling me that it was never shipped because the product was on back order, So Jonathan said he would ship it the following day and still have not received it they are very rude and unprofessionalDesired Settlement: either I need the led light that I have paid for or a refund back into my checking account

Review: I ordered a light bar from led outfitters and they sent me the wrong one. I called them and a very rude male told me to send it back. I sent it back and after the delivery company said it had been returned I called them and got the same rude male. He told me he would have another person call me. Its been two weeks and I called them again and the rude male started getting dreal rude with me and I yelled back at the rude male and he hung up the phone and every time I call he hangs up on me and becoming very rude again. Without a doubt, the best pricing for emergency vehicle led lighting on the market. I shopped the Led Outfitters for all the lighting for my patrol car. No company is able to come close in terms of quality, selection and service. Their representative is not only very knowledgable about what would work in different spaces from a functional perspective but really understands trends and provides practical advices. Highly recommend!

Review: I am the Town Marshal of the Van Buren Police Department. We had 2 sets of emergency lights that we had purchased from Ledoutfitters. These lights are guaranteed for 5 years by Ledoutfitters. We purchased these lights on May **, 2012 per Ledoutfitters invoice. Through several emails I was told to ship them back. On October **, 2015 I shipped them via [redacted] through the [redacted] tracking the package was delivered on October ** 2015. I have been in contact with this company numerous times both by telephone and by email ever since. Today (November **, 2015) I called and was told that my package had been shipped. I asked for a tracking number and was told he would email it to me. Checking my email several hours later I found no email from them. I called again and was told that they still could not find my package with the returned lights. I told him that someone I talked to earlier had said that the lights had shipped. He said that he is the one that told me that but they still could not find my package. I asked why he told me they had shipped he said a label had been printed but could not ship anything without finding my returned package.

I have been dealing with Ledoutfitters for over 4 weeks now and have a patrol car down because there are no emergency lights. We are a small department with just 2 patrol cars total so half of our vehicles are down. The lights in question are a uv60 interior light bar and a 8 head Octix warning light.Desired Settlement: I would like the 2 light sets to be replaced under the 5 year warranty that Ledoutfitters provide.
