I need 8 yellow modules from them, sent to our address on file and would like a tracking number when shipped. After the parts have been received I will than like to close the complaint. This resolution has been promised several times before with no results. Please contact me with any questions.

We emailed the customer the manual of the siren. He has yet to provide us tracking info. He also sent it back after our 14 day return policy

I called LED Outfitters in [redacted] today to return blue lights that my son (volunteer firefighter) purchased last week because they did not work. The person I spoke with (Joe) was very argumentative with me after I told him I wanted to get a full refund or I wanted the company to send my son new lights NDA. After being consistently rude to me during this conversation I told Joe I wanted to speak to a manager he informed me he was the manager, I than told him I wanted to speak with the owner and Joe told me he works there so the owner doesn't have to speak to people like me!! Joe refused to let me speak with the owner. I have never heard of a customer service representative speaking to a customer like this. I will never order anything from LED Outfitters and suggest no one should!

The company has done nothing to resolve issue. I have the invoice showing what I ordered and to prove the order was not complete.  If I was not able to get the my complete order, I would not have ordered from this company to begin with. The only settlement I will accept is either the rest of my order be shipped or full refund.

This is the same song and dance answer we have been receiving for the past 16 months. Only acceptable response is the items received at the Fire Station. We have been promised repeatedly it would be shipped and even lied to with company stating it has been shipped when in fact it had not. So excuse me if I do not believe their response.

Customers order wasn't shipped until his check cleared. His order was shipped on Friday June [redacted] 2015 after the funds cleared.

Customer purchased a flash sale item.  The flash sale email stated that this purchase can not be combined with any other promotional orders that are listed on the website. Here is the a link to the copy of the email that was sent out . [redacted]

The order has been refunded.

Have ordered the replacement parts for the customer. When we get the man into the threes weeks we will ship it to the customer.

I ordered some hideaway strobe from LED outfitters on black Friday 2016, order was recieved the following Monday or tuesday. I was missing an amber strobe that I ordered and called right away. The guy that answered the phone shipped one out right away and I expect to receive shortly. My experience has been completely positive with this company and I have nothing bad to say about them.

It is not our policy to send items out for free. We will need the broken item back to repair it.

Review: I am an active duty service member and I am volunteer firefighter in [redacted]. I ordered 4 LHA 8000 red and white emergency hideaway lights and 1 27' saber red emergency mini light bar. Upon receiving the products I had them professional installed. The mechanic\technician told me he could only install 3 of the 4 LHA 8000 hideaways because 1 did not work at all. 2 days after installation I was responding to an emergency call involving a structure fire. As I was travel to the call, two of the magnets for the 27' Saber mini light bar mounts came unglued and the light bar fell off my truck and damaged the mounts. I called LED Outtfitters and they told me to mail them the faulty hideaway and light bar mounts and they would replace them. Three, two, one, etc... months went by and I didn't receive any form of Communication from led outfitters. So I called LED Outfitters customer service number and they said they could not find the box I sent them. I checked [redacted] tracking number and it stated that the did receive the faulty products. For the next 2 weeks I had to call every single day to check on the stats of my exchange. Everyday I called I was told they could not find the box and they were going to have someone look for it and please call back tomorrow. Everyday I called they told me the forgot to look for the box. On the [redacted] of October 2015 the last day of the 2 weeks of calling customer service said they were just going to mail me a new red and white LHA 8000 hideaway light and a new 27' saber mini light bar mounts. I waited for 15 business days and didn't receive any form of communication for LED Outfitters and I did not receive my products that they said the would ship out on the [redacted]. I called LED Outffiters today the [redacted] of October 2015 and they stated that they could not verify if they sent the replacement products and to call back Monday.Desired Settlement: I want LED Outfitters to either next day deliver the replacement products that they promised me they were going to send me 3 months ago 2 months ago last month and 15 business days ago, or the can fully refund me the all $543.02 I paid them to have fully functional products to begin with. The experience I have had with LED Outfitters has been a complete nightmare. The worst communication I have ever experienced and I hope nobody ever has to go through the run around that this business has had me doing for the past 3 months.

The lightbar is advertised to not use the magnets while vehicle is in motion. Magnets are not meant for permanent installation and you run the risk of it failing.

After giving my order number to customer service his attitude changed immediately and he said very rudely, [redacted]." I then said "thank you, may you tell me when I can expect them to arrive?" I then explained "last time y'all said y'all sent them 15 business days went by and I never received my replacement". The LED Customer service rep sharply and very rudely replied it will be there by the end of the week." I replied "thank you". The LED Outfitter rep mumbled very softly, what sounded like "[redacted]" and then immediately hung up the phone. I have never dealt with a company that is so incompetent, rude, and have so much disdained towards their customers. Furthermore to reply to LED Outfitters comment, the description states, "The MINI TIR SABER LED Light bar is a 360-degree lighting system with extremely low amperage draw. Using our signature low profile design, it is engineered to provide superior aerodynamics and greater fuel savings than other light bars" it further states, "The MINI SABER can be hardwired as well to your existing switch box. 40 LB magnet mounting brackets come standard but can be permanently mounted as well." However after looking on LED Outfitters website they do not offer permanent mounts for this light bar nor does any other website that offers the same product. This is just a way for LED Outfitters to cover their reliability and responsibility and is a great way for them to SCAM consumers
