Was searching for a new siren and have found their website by chance. Happily ordered the siren and speaker that were heavily discounted because of cyber Monday sale. Great deal for me! Hope I will buy some lights for my vehicle from them soon.

I ordered the 360 degrees mini bullet TIR light bar in warm amber color. I just want to say that this thing is amazing. Fully encapsulated and waterproof (I have already checked second feature a few times). It has great flash patterns and also it is made very well. Provides a very bright light. Such an outstanding item for the nice price with 5 years warranty. Grateful for the fast shipping as well. Will buy more from this company when necessary.

Review: On March **, 2015, I placed an order of various LED lights for a new truck. The lights were installed by a third party, a professional aftermarket outfitter (who also installed a snow plow, bedliner, etc). The third party notified me that they had a number of problems with lights malfunctioning after installation. They contacted LED Outfitters to try to troubleshoot the problem, but LED Outfitters was of limited assistance because our third party installer was not the original purchaser of the lights. On April **, 2015, I removed the lights & returned them to LED Outfitters for exchange/repair (after receiving return authorization & a [redacted] label). On May *, 2015, I called LED Outfitters to ask about the status of the lights. I was told that they were not able to duplicate the problems I had described with the Element 4 lights, and that they were replacing the interior lightbar & SEM 8 that were defective. I advised them to put the "non-defective" Element 4's into the box & ship everything back to me - I was willing to cut my losses & get the other lights back in service. On May **, 2015, I had not received the lights and emailed LED Outfitters about the status. I did not receive any reply. On June *, 2015, I called LED Outfitters requesting a status on these items. After 20 minutes or so on the phone with "[redacted]", I was told that he would have the lights packaged & shipped to me. On June *, 2015, I called about this return & was told that I would have to speak to "[redacted]", but unfortunately, he just left, yeah right. But I could try back in about 20 minutes or so. I called back after 30 minutes (around noon), only asked for the status of the return (instead of asking for "[redacted]" by name) and spent another 15 minutes on the phone re-describing the entire situation. A majority of this call was recorded and can be provided to the Revdex.com to verify my claim. I was told that the items would ship on June *, and that I would receive a confirmation of the shipment via e-mail . Given LED Outfitters history of not following through, on the morning of June *, I sent an email to LED Outfitters advising them that if I did not receive evidence that the lights had been sent ([redacted] tracking number sufficient for this purpose), I would contact the Revdex.com and forward to my company's legal counsel for resolution.Desired Settlement: I want: (1) to receive functioning replacements for the 5 defective lights that were returned to them more than 6 weeks ago, or; (2) to receive a full refund for the purchase cost plus shipping cost of these 5 lights.

Review: 0n Sept** placed a order for a infiltrator series 4 head [redacted] green. Order #[redacted] paid by credit card $170.89 in full. Over a month received nothing called on 3 different times. No returned calls or resolved issues. Why are they still in business.Desired Settlement: refund desired /no further contact desired.

Review: My police department purchased a lightbar for our certified police vehicle. There was nothing stating that the lightbar should not be put on vehicles that are driven over 80 MPH. The first time the vehicle was being driven to assist in a pursuit the lightbar brackets that were sent with the lightbar bent, allowing the lightbar to come loose and dented the roof of our brand new vehicle. Call to the company stated we were driving our vehicle to fast, and lightbars and vehicles are not made to go that fast. The only option I was given was to return the lightbar and receive a new one just like it. I stated I would return the lightbar but I wanted an interior visor light instead. I was told this was not an option. Now the company won't even speak to us about attempting to take care of this situation, along with the estimate received to fix the top of the police vehicle being $1500.Desired Settlement: Return their lightbar to them and receive a refund for the lightbar.

When the complainant originally called, we explained that to have the lightbar warrantied or refunded, they'd have to send the lightbar back for our technicians for testing. This is the standard operating practice for almost every single Emergency Vehicle Equipment retailer. We offered the complainant an equally priced interior lightbar, and we offered a significant discount on a more expensive model, as long as the lightbar was shipped back to us. The complainant adamantly refused, and demanded we send them a new item, and they would return their lightbar once they received the new item. Our warranty process is clearly spelled out, that items need to be returned to us, and we will then either replace, upgrade, or refund the customer.

Review: Hello, I purchased a set of emergency LED lights (UV-60 Undercover Visor) for my vehicle from LED Outfitters based out of [redacted]. I purchased these lights in 2010 and sent them in for a warranty replacement at the beginning of October 2014. I clearly wrote my return shipping address on the package that I sent the lights to them in. I called LED Outfitters on November **, 2014 for an update and they said that they had already mailed them out and they had been delivered. I advised that I did not have them and they gave me a VA address that they mailed them to. This was an old address they had on file from when I bought the lights. I now live in AL and have for 5 years now. The man told me that it was up to me to figure out how to get my lights from this address. I am a volunteer firefighter and I service Houston County AL where it is very dark on the country roads. I need my lights to stay safe. I am out $350 and I now don't even have the lights that I paid for. They will do nothing but offer me 25% a new set of lights. This guy has been rude to me and has repeatedly hung up on me. I need help. Their phone number is ###-###-#### and the only worker that I have spoken to, I tried to get his name so that I could file a complaint to the NY Consumer Protection and Revdex.com, and he told me it was "last name [redacted], first name, S[redacted]". I said, "are you seriously doing this"? He said "how dare I make fun of my Egyptian name". I asked him to spell it and he said it was S[redacted]... I look forward to a response, I really hope that you will help me. I just want either my lights, or my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my product, UV-60 Undercover Visor LED lights, or receive a refund of $352.08 which is what I paid for the product.

Review: I ordered a lightbar from this company to equip my personal vehicle as I am a volunteer firefighter, the order was processed, credit card was charged, and was sent an email that it was allegedly shipped. I waited about two weeks for a two day delivery then tried on numerous times to contact the company via phone and email. Phone messages were not returned and email was ignored. I contacted my credit card company and had the payment stopped. I learned an important lesson here on internet purchases and just want to share this story to try to prevent others from making the same mistake with this company.Desired Settlement: Honest business practices

Review: We ordered emergency lights from the company and received the first order. We made a subsequent order in April 2015 and were told the check was never received. We stopped payment on that check and send another check which has cleared for a little over $1,000.00 but have not received the order. Multiple calls have been placed and answered by a [redacted], who is rude and said (on a recorded line) that he was going to keep the money and not send the order and hung up. We either wish to be refunded our $1,00.00 plus, or either ship our order. There are over 100 complaints against this "business", how can they possibly be allowed to continue???? I received the order 2 and a half months after it was placed and after a dozen calls and also after they were notified of my Revdex.com complaint. I have also contacted Federal and State authorities, which the business found humorous.

Thee worst Company to deal with, They sent me wrong lights so I contacted them and informed them so and they said send them back and they would refund me shipping costs and send correct lights. I sent lights back and waited a week before any reply I then called and it's a young person who always answers the phone anyways I gave him order number and asked about lights and was told they were out of the lights I originally ordered and would have to wait, I wasn't too happy so I told them to refund me but to make a long story short I had to file a Complaint with [redacted] and was awarded my original costs however they owe me refund for return shipping and this company just gives you a run around and will not pay back money owed so now I am filing a Complaint with Consumer Fraud Division in New York. DO NOT deal with this Company, they do not care and feed you BS when you call. I assure you they will be investigated now!

Review: I purchased an Octix bar color Amber from this businesses website on August *, 2015. I waited nearly 2 weeks for delivery and once it arrived, I presented the light to my husband, to outfit his one of the tow trucks in our company. Upon opening the box my husband noted that the light we received was not the light advertised on the website. I returned the light to LED outfitters through [redacted] a few days later. I have tried unsuccessfully over 30 times since mid September to speak with the "manager" Enrique. After one employee, Chris finally got sick of me calling ever day he told me 3 weeks ago, on November [redacted]; after taking my name, order number [redacted], and last 4 digits of my credit card that I used to purchase the light, that I would receive my refund 7-10 business days later. I have yet to receive my $176.51! I have been hung up on repeatedly by the staff with this organization. I have tried unsuccessfully for over 3 months to speak with the manager, and I would just like my money back. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like and am entitled to a full refund of $176.51

Review: We bought 2 sets of lights for our sons for Christmas 2015. The charges cleared the bank on Dec **, 2015 but we never received the lights. At the time my son contacted them & was told they were being shipped (still) ... After many calls we received someone else's order & once again called. Was told to return them & a refund would be issued. No refund has been issued & I have called, my 2 sons & husband have all attempted to get our refund. Each phone call we were repeatedly hung up on & treated extremely rude! We were told each time to talk to someone else only to call back & experience the same awful treatment. the same person answering would claim to be someone else each time & talk hateful, not let us speak & hang up on us threatening not to answer if we call back!

We do NOT want or need their product anymore & have told them this repeatedly. We want our money refunded to my sons account. We bought lights from a legitimate company.Desired Settlement: We want the money refunded for products never received & that we no longer need!

Review: May **, 2015: Ordered 2 light bars from the company. They told me my order was processed.

May **, 2015: I get an email saying they tried to contact me by phone, but the lights I wanted were out of stock. They offered me a different model and I told them it would not work. I cancelled the order on the [redacted]. They asked me to call and I did. No one answered. I sent an email at 4:44 pm, telling them the suggested lights would not work and to cancel my order. 4:48 pm an email arrives that says my order has been processed and shipped. I then sent another email, saying I saw they were able to process my order and I asked for a tracking number

May **, 2015: sent a request again for the tracking number. No response.

May **, 2015: called and spoke w/ [redacted]. He told me the lights I ordered were out of stock and again offered a replacement. I said no will not work, and requested my account be credited.

June *, 2015: Sent email saying I had spoke w/[redacted] on 5/**, cancelled my order and wanted the credit, but did not see it on my account

June *, 2015 Sent email requesting the credit by the end of business today. They responded, saying I had special ordered the lights and they would here in 2 days. Do I not want them? I said no, I was not told that they were special ordering anything. Credit my account . They then responded asking for my contact number. I said it was on the email and requested my credit. No response or call. No credit on account.

I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.

I should have looked at the issues on the Revdex.com website. I would not have ordered from them.Desired Settlement: I have not received anything from this company. I want a credit issued on my credit card account.

I'm a dedicated offroad fan, and I need some good lighting for my truck. I've always wanted to see what LED technology is capable of; after a bit of thinking I decided to give it a shot. I've hear about Ledoutfitter from a good friend of mine, and this was my first time buying LED lights. The shop assitants did a great job - they answered all of my questions patiently, explained everything thoroughly and helped me make up my mind. I'm happy with my new 72W 4200 lumen flood light! Will shop for more at ledoutfitters!

Believe the positive reviews! If you are looking for high-quality LED light or loud audible warning equipment you should go straight to LED Outfitters website. Their lights are indeed as good as described and seem even brighter. The sirens produce loud in effective traffic-moving tones so you have no problem to get anywhere you want.

Review: I purchased a lightbar from this business within the first 3 weeks the product blowed 3 lights I contacted them to see what the could do after about 5 attempt I got in touch with some who said they would order the modules and send them out its been a Month later and 5 more lights are blown and still haven't received the first set that were suppose to be shipped to me so I tried contacted them again and after about 5 more calls got in touch with a guy and now they want me to send the pto ch cut back to them which will cost $100.00 of course that I will have to pay myselfDesired Settlement: I would like a refund or a new light

Review: I was told my product would be delivered today 03/**/2015 but was clearly lied to. I made sure I asked if it was going to be delivered today and the guy assured me that it would and it is still showing as open with none of the funds deducted from my card. I called asking for my login info since I placed the order over the phone and the guy that answered said he would email it to me which I had not received when I called back to see what was taking him so long to send the info I requested they were closed. I believe I purposly refused to send me that info I requested because he did not want me to see that he lied to me about my product being shipped today.Desired Settlement: Deliver my product to be received in exactly 1-2 days at the expense of the company because of the fact that I was lied to about my order being shipped the same day which it clearly wasn't. And I want it to truly be sent and not just a tracking label made because I do check for changes in the tracking of my product.

The new LED lights that I bought at ledoutfitter rock out! I got them neatly packaged the next day after I placed my order; great service, low prices - what else could I wish for? They could probably stock some more accessories, but the choice is still rather good.

What a wonderful shop! I ordered four mini light bars and they don’t only produce the nicest light but they look stunning. I just cannot believe prices for these functional and well-made items. So affordable! I will totally be back for more lights!

Review: I ordered the right side of the demaga pursuer on may ** 2015 im yet to receive it , I call atleast twice a week they told me last week it was shipped I called today and they said it would ship next week they keep telling me lie after the lie then last week the one customer rep. told me if they didn't have it shipped by 6-*-2015 he would refund my money when I called again today they were very rude which they are everytime you talk to them now they keep telling me I have to talk to the [redacted] but he is never in I have never dealt with a company this bad.Desired Settlement: a refund they already drafted the 220.00 out of my checking account on 5-** 2015

Review: On 12/**/14 I ordered the DaMeGa 27" Element Lightbar advertised on the website as having a 30 User selectable Flash pattern. The order was received on 12/**/14 and installed just after the holidays. While testing this product, it was found that the lightbar only had a 15 User selectable Flash pattern. An email was sent to the company from their "contact us" link on the website on 1/**/15, stating the findings and asking them to contact me. During the week of 1/**-**, I checked my email and the website for any information. It was found that the company updated the product information to list the lighbar as now having a 15 selectable flash pattern. With no response, I again contacted them via the same method on 1/** & 1/**, but still have not received a response.Desired Settlement: The main reason for purchase of this lightbar was the advertised 30 user selectable flash pattern. Since this lightbar is not capable of this, if the company would offer to replace it with one that has that feature at the same price of my original purchase this would be satisfactory. However, if the company does not wish to due this, they may offer to upgrade me to the 5 year warranty on the lightbar that was a cost of $100 which I declined at purchase and opted for the standard 2 year warranty.
