What color modules are you missing? I can have them sent out

The lightbar is advertised to not use the magnets while vehicle is in motion. Magnets are not meant for permanent installation and you run the risk of it failing.

Yes I did get my package but the fact is they continue to lie. I don't even own checks so send me and the Revdex.com a copy of this so called check. I paid with a credit card so don't even go there!

ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I called Monday the **NOV15 as instructed by LED Outfitters and I had to explain the entire complaint again.  After giving my order number to customer service his attitude changed  immediately and he said very rudely, [redacted]."  I then said "thank you, may you tell me when I can expect them to arrive?" I then explained "last time y'all said y'all sent them 15 business days went by and I never received my replacement". The LED Customer service rep sharply and very rudely replied it will be there by the end of the week."  I replied "thank you". The LED Outfitter rep mumbled very softly, what sounded like "[redacted]" and then immediately hung up the phone. I have never dealt with a company that is so  incompetent, rude, and have so much disdained towards their customers. 
Furthermore to reply to LED Outfitters comment, the description states, "The MINI TIR SABER LED Light bar is a 360-degree lighting system with extremely low amperage draw.  Using our signature low profile design, it is engineered to provide superior aerodynamics and greater fuel savings than other light bars" it further states, "The MINI SABER can be hardwired as well to your existing switch box.  40 LB magnet mounting brackets come standard but can be permanently mounted as well."  However after looking on LED Outfitters website they do not offer permanent mounts for this light bar nor does any other website that offers the same product. This is just a way for LED Outfitters to cover their  reliability and responsibility  and is a great way for them to SCAM consumers

Thee worst Company to deal with, They sent me wrong lights so I contacted them and informed them so and they said send them back and they would refund me shipping costs and send correct lights. I sent lights back and waited a week before any reply I then called and it's a young person who always answers the phone anyways I gave him order number and asked about lights and was told they were out of the lights I originally ordered and would have to wait, I wasn't too happy so I told them to refund me but to make a long story short I had to file a Complaint with [redacted] and was awarded my original costs however they owe me refund for return shipping and this company just gives you a run around and will not pay back money owed so now I am filing a Complaint with Consumer Fraud Division in New York. DO NOT deal with this Company, they do not care and feed you BS when you call. I assure you they will be investigated now!

 The business never offered to have us send the product back to have a estimate for repairs. They only told my husband and I that they would send us new magnets.

I received the order 2 and a half months after it was placed and after a dozen calls and also after...

they were notified of my Revdex.com complaint. I have also contacted Federal and State authorities, which the business found humorous.

The customer paid with a check and we were waiting for payment to clear. Payment has been received and his product has been shipped and delivered

Ordered on 3-27-18. They promised tracking number within 48 hrs. Funds were removed from my account, immediately. Never received.

On 4-2-18, I called them. They said they would email tracking number. Never received.

On Thursday, 4-5-18, Called again. They said one Item was backordered, so they held up entire order.

They said I would receive entire orrder by Monday. Never received.. STILL no tracking Number !

Called back again. They said order would arrive on Thursday, and gave me a Tracking Number, showing Thursday anticipated delivery.

Received tracking email notification, on Thursday, saying package was delivered...,To an address in South Dakota... I live in California !

Called them again... They said they provided the wrong Tracking number, and that it Would be delivered today !

Mailman came... NO Package !

I called back again !

They said they were trying to track down the correct Tracking number, and would call me back.

2 Hours later...NO phone call ! Still Waiting !

NO Product, NO Tracking Number, NO Phone Call !

They have had my money almost 3 weeks !

 My husband and I would like it to be looked at, and any and all flaws repaired. At the same time, we will not pay for the shipping either way. If you are admitting that the magnets were at fault, especially since you state it "advises" to not use magnets while driving, we feel that this is a design issue and should be addressed appropriately by the manufacturer.

 I have asked multiple times for a tracking number.  I have been given the run around.  Last week on our first phone call the reason was that the shipping dept must have put the wrong numbers on the package.  Friday I was suppose to get a phone call as to the reason (nobody called).  Today I called again and was once again told I'd receive a phone call within 5 minutes.  Nobody called.  I waited 2 hours and called to request my money back, which I was simply told no.  Well last time I checked I haven't received any product and you have my companies money.  I want a tracking number for product I have paid for or I want my money.  Simple as that.
