Good company to put your trust in. In terms of the quality, their products are the best. My LED light bar bought 8 month ago still work great. I checked it’s resistance to different weather conditions and feel very pleased. Price is also quite pleasant comparing to other retailers. Highly recommend LED Outfitters to everyone.

This place is just awesome, they pay a lot of attention to details and are flexible when it comes to delivery and pricing. Absolutely reliable, I've never had any sort of trouble with them. Only minor issues, but they are quickly sorted out by the sales department. Big props to the boys from Ledoutfitters for quick delivery - they are never late with the order, and I can always count on them when I need my gear fast. I rate the shop perfect 5/5.

Review: I purchased a product from the company, and part of it has failed. But, In the process of the magnets failing, it also has left my truck damaged. I contacted the company this morning to inquire about the warranty they offer (5 years manufacturer) to get told that they would only replace the magnets that failed and not the cord that ripped out. They informed me that this was them doing me a favor, since these lights aren't meant to be used with the magnets if vehicles are in motion, but I also never received paperwork/instructions/options for permanent mounting.Desired Settlement: That they hold up to their website listed warranty for this particular product and replace my damaged device, and have them change policies and actually send paperwork on how to do permanent mounts in the future.

My husband and I would like it to be looked at, and any and all flaws repaired. At the same time, we will not pay for the shipping either way. If you are admitting that the magnets were at fault, especially since you state it "advises" to not use magnets while driving, we feel that this is a design issue and should be addressed appropriately by the manufacturer.

Review: I bought a set of lights from this company three years ago. The lights now are not working properly and I would like some warranty work done on them or replaced. I called multiple times and every time I was told they needed an order number. Since I bought the product three years ago I do no have the number. I still have the original box, and I also set up an account with this website and asked if they could just pull the information off that. They told me they would call me back after a few days, but they never called back so I called and asked for help one more time and they still told me they could not do anything without the number.

On the site it does not mention anything about keeping the invoice for 5 years so I do not understand how they expect anyone to keep the piece of paper with an order number on it when they should be able to keep track of that information when you register witht he site.Desired Settlement: I would just like my lights working or at least replaced. If that could not happen I would just like my money back so I could get these lights some place else

It's obvious that this business has no desire to resolve this issue or any other business complaint made against it. I, the customer have attempted to contact this business by telephone to resolve the issue and make a warranty claim. The number to the business either goes directly to a full voice mail box then hangs up without an opportunity to leave a call back message, or when it is answered they hang up on you. I made contact via email with the company on May **, 2015 and was told they would send the replacement part (not the entire unit...only the flasher unit I requested). Now they want me to send them the entire defective unit to them, at my expense; in hopes they will send a replacement. Previous comments and evaluations of this company have indicated that this other customers have attempted warranty repair and send back defective units only to have the company either claim they never received the defective unit or the unit was damaged in shipping therefore not covered by warranty. I have provided this company with the invoice/cr, mailing address, etc. There is no reason for this company not to honor their promise to send a replacement flasher for the defective unit.Many other companies that I have dealt with over the many years have always send the replacement part, along with a Return Authorization/[redacted] pre-paid mailing label (with tracking number) for me to send back the defective part/unit. All with the understanding that if I fail to send back the defective part/unit within a specified period of time (usually 30 days) then they will charge my original credit card for the replacement.I am not going to spend another dime of mine with or for this company until they honor their promises and warranty. I believe it's totally unreasonable for a reputable business to expect a customer to spend additional money on postage, in hopes they don't pull other stunts with the receipt of the return, in return the company "promises" to send a replacement. Too many broken "promises" by this company already. Sounds like a scam to me.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unprofessional, and they have no problem lying to you again and again. They seem totally unorganized and I'm not sure it's even a real company. Please do not buy anything from this place. You will regret it.

This company is something. Honestly, I was impressed when I was able to find best and unique with its characteristics and affordable price LED dash lights for my car. After using it for a while, I decided to by it for my wife as well because she always complains on bad sight on the traffic. Furthermore, thanks for an excellent delivery service I got is straight at her birthday and is was an lovely gift for her she never regret.

Review: Ordered a LED lightbar and several LED surface mount lights. Once the Lightbar was in place we found a module in the bar that had 2 of the 4 leds out. Once we opened up the PAR 36 led surface mount light I found that we were misisng a black faceplate to mount it to a surface. I sent an email and was told they would take care of it. A month later called and was told to send pictures they would then review and ship the parts out. This has went back and forth for 6 months now! Today 7/*/15, I get an email back after I asked where the parts were and that I am frustrated that we have an emergency vehicle that is still not finished and on the road. They want to know what I need?

I received a phone call from "Matt" last month and we discussed what was needed and he said send the pictures, I will show the boss and we will send them out once reviewed. We still have nothing and the customer service who answers emails have no clue what emails were sent before apparently!Desired Settlement: We want the moduel to replace the one not working entirely and the black faceplate for the PAR 36 LED light and we can finish our truck.............

Review: I place a order on 8-*-14 @ 1506. I order a Flip Down VISOR Light, INTIMIDATOR LED DASH LIGHT, LHA 8000 LED HIDEAWAY PAIR, Extreme Beam Dash Light, ECO Series 3X Pair & Extreme Beam Dash Light, LHA 8000 LED HIDEAWAY SET of 4, DaMeGa Element Interior Lightbar, ECO Series 3X SALE 4 pieces , and Chameleon Dual Color Rocket-X 6 Head LNR6 Series. When I got the package in the mail, it only had the Chameleon Dual Color Rocket-X 6 Head LNR6 Series in it. I called and explained to them that I ordered all the other items and did not get them. They said that I was not suppose to get them. I explained to them that I had a invoice from them showing that I had ordered them and I was expecting to receive them along with the light bar that came. They rufused to listen to my issues. The agent I spoke with on the phone asked me the order number and after I provided him with it, he continued to asked me to repeat the order number again three more times. When I asked to speak with [redacted], he said that I could not speak with one, and that I could only speak to him. At that point he asked me to repeat the order number and had me give him all my info again, as if he was not keeping track of my conversation. I would not have ordered just one thing from them if I would have known that I would have this many problems with getting my order correct and shipping all items purchased and paid for. I can provide copy of invoice for proof of items purchased before company changed the invoice taking some of the items off.Desired Settlement: I would still like to have the items that I ordered. If the company can not, or will not fulfill my order, then I will accept full refund for inconveince.

The company has done nothing to resolve issue. I have the invoice showing what I ordered and to prove the order was not complete. Review: ordered some lights from them, they sent the wrong light. when I called them the guy asked why I didnt want the light I didnt order. when asked for return label they stated they would send one, and send a replacement lightbar. never received either, after numerous phone calls to resolve the issue no one would help, I was always told I had to talk to a manager and call back later, I would call back and the manager would be rude and tell me its taken care of and then nothing would come in the mail. I would call back and be treated very rudely and even hung up on. still no product even after I sent the wrong light back at my own expense. and no refund. after numerous attempts to get my money refunded.Desired Settlement: would like my money refunded.

I bought a few lights for my car from this company. Everything was OK. Ordering went smoothly after a short conversation with consulter. I got my parcel in two days as was promised. Products are good. Affordable prices for nice design and many useful characteristics. Very satisfied.

My vehicle lightning has never been better. I am so glad I have found the LED Outfitters! They have a good variety of lights and sirens and constantly expand their product line. For a number of years I keep monitoring light market and have never found cheaper price for the same quality and features.

Awesome company! Their products are very good and client service is second to none. I had many questions concerning light bars and dash light that were politely answered during the call. I have finally bought LED 4200 Lumen Flood Light and Octix Bar. They were shipped in two days. I could not be happier with these lights. They work good and are easy to control and to customize as needed. From my point of view LED Outfitters deserves an A+.

Review: The Fire Dept. purchase an light bar for an Support vehicle. The light came in and before we installed it we checked to see if it worked. One of the LED's was out. I called LED outfitters to ask them what I could do. They told me I could pay 50 dollars to have it fixed. I said no it was a brand new light. They said I could send it back for a refund which I did. I sent if back and waited a few days and checked on the refund and got the run around. I have sent emails and called and have gotten no where. I need a refund and a receipt for my book keeper. Review: I Purchased an LEd Light Bar and Paid for the Product by Credit Card and it never showed up and I cant get a hold of any of. I have a receipt of the Purchase and would like to receive my productDesired Settlement: I want my Refund or my order to be delivered

They charged me $70 for no reason and when I requested a refund they said they would but never sent it. The day I purchased my lights I put in a cancellation request and a refund. They will not refund me or send me a tracking number after 10 business days went past with my lights still not here. Very poor customer service. They clearly do not care about there customers.

2 weeks ago I used this company and I was very satisfied. Good prices, appealing discount packages, healthy communication. The company is good, reliable and they are real professionals at what they are doing. You can feel it once you contact them. I am a meticulous person, I am always very careful and pay great attention to every details. It seems they were not confused with this fact and answered exactly every question I had. I liked it! Good job, guys! Actually, it was the main reason I decided to leave you a good review. Keep doing good job!

The prices are moderate while the products are very good. I have ordered from this company many times and never had any issue with them. As every order before, the last one arrived very quickly and in perfect shape. I will never buy from anywhere else. Love LED Outfitters as well as all my colleagues from fire department do.

I am the first time buyer and feel really lucky to find such a good LED lights supplier. I have purchased the couple of LED light bars from them. The staff was very polite and super helpful. All my questions concerning LED lights were clearly answered and I got a few useful advices that helped me so much in choosing. Very satisfied.
