We phoned P.JFitzpatrick at 9:a.mon September 26, for someone to repair holes made by woodpeckers in our wood siding, and were told someone would come to our house between and p.mthat day At 1:15, service pro Joe Paoletti arrived, sized up the situation expertly, cut away damaged wood and replaced insulation, Tyvek and siding at the major damage siteHe also filled several smaller holes ready for re-stainingJoe was quick and very pleasant to deal with, and was finished by p.mWe are delighted with his work, and very pleased with the continued good service we get from P.JFitzpatrick!

I had roofing repair performed today (5/9/16) by Joe P Joe arrived during the given schedule window and was very courteous and professionalHe quickly assessed the repairs needed and completed the job in an efficient manner I am very pleased with the results and will be sure to contact PJ Fitzpatrick in the future for other roofing or general repair work I will also be recommending PJ Fitzpatrick to family, friends, neighbors and colleagues

I used PJ Fitzpatrick to inspect my roof and clean the gutters for the first timeI would absolutely use them again based on today's experience Brad Carrived on time, conducted a thorough review (with pictures), talked thru scope of work, and offered longer term options He was very personable and great to work withI had an opportunity to test the work when a torrential rainstorm came through the area a couple of hours later BIG improvement on how the gutters drained the water away!

The service provider, Matthew AArrived promptly and conducted business in a professional and courteous mannerIt was a pleasure doing business with him

To Whom It May Concern,We completed Mrand Mrs***’s door project on August 8, While we did have a Warranty appointment to adjust the pump cylinders on both storm doors on March 16th of 2015, we did not hear that they were truly unhappy with the doors until April
6th.As part of our install process we have a post installation checklist, where we have our customers walk through the project with our installers and sign off on the project. We do this to ensure that the customer is happy with the project, and that we are complying with our satisfaction guaranteeThis was completed for the ***'s back in August with the project.If any issues have cropped up regarding the functionality of the doors since then we are more than happy to honor our company's warranty, come out to the home, and address the issues through one of our techniciansWe would ask that Mrand Mrs*** elaborate to the Revdex.com on what aspects of the storm doors they are unhappy with, and then give us the opportunity to address their concerns through our Warranty department.Sincerely,*** ** *** ***

When the repair tech came out there was a small crack size of penny that was not and issue and wanted to charge me $for a small crack on the siding and I feel that siding was damage more so to get more money out of me and a call back for the repair which I never had and issue with the siding and there was no previous damage before until the repair work was done to the window, I feel pf fitzpatrick is liable for the damage and dont want any repairs done buy them, they should be paying me and as you can see by the photo I attached this is how they left my siding that I had to put tape on to hold it in place where before the siding was never like this until their service tech came out and removed the siding and never properly secured it back into place because they damaged it and now want to make excuses and de fraud me, shortly after I noticed the damage siding I called them and they sent the tech out and he did nothing but made it worse to where the siding was completely falling off the house

Very positive experience Tech arrived on time and very helpful Took time to explain issues and resolutions

Revdex.com:Our response to the Fitzpatrick notes is as follows: On the outside of the storm doors there is a "trough" or a channel, that collects dirt, leaves, debris, odds and ends which blow across the doors including dead bugs, etcThen on the inside, the door closer at its attachment end near its contact with the wall to which it is attached has an unsightly spring! Our prior "*** Doors" were far better constructed and functional than the "Fitzpatrick" replacement We would not have known this until the prior doors were removed and the Fitzpatrick installedWe look forward to Fitzpatrick making an acceptable restitutionThank You for your assistance in this matter*** ** *** *** ** ***

Quick service and a job well done

service technician was knowledgeable and explained everything in fill detail including providing pictures of specific issues My only complaint is I thought the price was too high and should have been approximately $100-less

I call to have a dome put over my attic fan and they came out to the house the same day

I had a very positive experience with this companyEric M arrived at my home at the appointed time and completed all requested repairs efficiently and with a courteous demeanorHe even pointed out another problem that I had overlooked and was able to correct it at the same timeI would be happy to utilize his services and those of this company again

The siding was documented as broken, and we even outlined options for

which we performed, and then paid with $in cash and a $checkThe
customer signed off that they were satisfied with that repairThe $check failed to process due to insufficient fundsLater, when the customer
called regarding the siding concern, we agreed to come out as a courtesy to
assess the siding situation and see what could be done about itThis was
partially agreed to in order to collect payment as wellThe window of arrival
for our technician was 1pm-4pm on 7/10/Customer called and thought the
window was 1pm-3pm, and they left their home before our technician could
arriveHe also hung up the phone before anyone was able to reschedule the
appointmentAs such we cannot agree to the customer’s request to dismiss the $owed
in addition to compensation for damagesWe may be amenable to coming to an
arrangement regarding the siding as a courtesy, but that would be after we are
