Hired PJ Fitzpatrick to fix my gutters that were leaking behind the gutters and dripping down below, eroding the ground and pavers Chad C did the work He listened well, and was very professional, on time, polite, and competent He cleaned and inspected the gutters, diagnosed the problem, took pictures to explain the problem to me, and spent the time to fix it right We just had a very heavy rain and no leaking so far The only suggestion is that the warranty should be a fixed warranty based on the job, but it is not

Our Warranty department has reached out, and any issues that they have not resolved should be in the process of being resolved to the customer's satisfactionPlease let me know if there is anything else we need to do

The only remaining concern is that the business did not provide me the documentation verifying that a professional mold remediation company eleminated all mold and mildew, but also that the company inspected the roof and found it to be in perfect conditionThe two items are important because I am immediately selling the house and need the documentation for my realtor and potential buyers.

A rep, Dan B***, came out to our house and gave us several options for replacing siding trim on the eves of our house Dan was very professional and there was no pressure to accept any of the options We thought that the options he provided us were reasonably priced

Eric showed up precisely at the start of the arrival window I had been given He quickly gave me an estimate and much to my surprise said he could complete the work himself (which was more than a simple repair) that day, on a Saturday no less Although I thought the estimate to be a bit high I had trouble finding someone else to do the job and felt the extra cost was worth the convenience factor Eric finished the job much to my satisfaction and within the estimated time frame I had never used PJ Fitzpatrick before and noted other reviews that said they were expensive but did high quality work I concur

To whom it may concehave received and reviewed Mr***' complaint regarding the installation of his front entry door. We believe Mr*** received exactly what he originally selected, contracted for and paid for regarding this project. On three separate occasions, Mr
*** was provided the opportunity to review and approve (or reject) any detail of the door and glass. The first occasion was the initial sales consultation in which he mentioned the desire to have a higher level of privacy due to a recent breattempt. Upon reviewing multiple options of glass for his door via a high definition color catalog, Mr*** selected the Salinas glass, which offers the highest privacy rating. The second review occurred during the follow up technical review of the project (again with the color catalog). Finally, Mr*** was provided the opportunity to fully inspect the actual door and glass package on the morning of his installation, prior to any work beginning. On all three occasions, Mr*** approved all the details of the door (and glass) and authorized the installation. When Mr*** reached out to us several days after installation to express he no longer wanted privacy glass that he cannot see through, we made attempts to resolve the issue to his satisfaction. To allow Mr*** the ability to see through his door we offered him the free installation of a peephole. Upon receiving rejection of that option, we offered to remove the glass package in his door and replace it with a clear glass option (at a much reduced price). That option was rejected as well. In the spirit of goodwill, we would be willing to purchase for Mr*** a small security camera that he can install and connect to his computer or mobile devices so he can view outside his front door from any location in his home Sincerely,*** ***General Manager
