Excellent service

This review is for Jim C. We needed repair on a fascia that had blown off in a storm. He was very polite, very thorough and gave us a lot of information about the general condition of the roof. etc. He completed the repairs in a timely manner and seemed very knowledgeable.

In this first experience with PJ Fitzpatrick, I found
1) The tech, Eric M, to be prompt, courteous and competent. He completed all the required repairs to my satisfaction, at the price quoted.
2) The repairs took much less time than I expected, given the quoted price. Backing into the labor rate by estimating the cost of the parts, it had to have been at least $300/hr, which is totally out of line/unjustified.
The net of this is: great work, but at a premium price.

PJ Fitzpatrick was very accommodating with scheduling my service. Joe P. was prompt, courteous, and quickly completed the requested work. I was very pleased with the work.

To Whom It May Concern,We completed Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]’s door project on August 8, 2014. While we did have a Warranty appointment to adjust the pump cylinders on both storm doors on March 16th of 2015, we did not hear that they were truly unhappy with the doors until April 6th.As...

part of our install process we have a post installation checklist, where we have our customers walk through the project with our installers and sign off on the project.  We do this to ensure that the customer is happy with the project, and that we are complying with our satisfaction guarantee. This was completed for the [redacted]'s back in August with the project.If any issues have cropped up regarding the functionality of the doors since then we are more than happy to honor our company's warranty, come out to the home, and address the issues through one of our technicians. We were impressed with the honesty, price estimate, and workmanship of PJ Fitzpatrick when we engaged them to resolve a water leak issue in our siding. They were on time, extremely accommodating, and completed the work in less than the time allotted. We have used PJ Fitzpatrick many times over the years. They installed vinyl siding on our home in 2002. I like that they will try and send the same service pro to your house each time, if possible. We have had Kevin D to our home several times over the past few years. He is always competent and pleasant and does a great job.
