PJ Fitzpatrick's repair specialist, Erich N, did a very nice job fixing the support under my sunroom door. Erich was on time and demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire course of his work on my property.

Jim came on the time specified, assessed the job and explained what was going on showing me pictures of the damage. After that he explained the cost upfront before any work was done. Jim was very pleasant and easy to work with. This is the way a Contractor should be.

Dan B. was friendly, professional and provided options.

Professional service was provided with reasonable rates. Roof was repaired and window will also be replaced. The service technician was very courteous and explained how the work to be done was going to be completed. The technician also explained how additional work on a window will be completed on the next visit.

Joe P arrived on time and was very professional. He took photos of what needed to be repaired, gave an honest appraisal of the situation, and didn't try to pressure me into any upselling. I certainly would contact PJ Fitzpatrick when the time comes to replace my roof.

Brad did a great job with repairing 6 windows that needed the mechanisms replaced as they were not working. He was on time, cleaned everything up and got the work done in a timely manner

We called several roofing companies for a leak around one of our ridge vents. PJ Fitzpatrick was the only company that was able to send a technician the next day. Brad C., the technician, arrived on scheduled time. We examined the problem area and Brad recommended several options for repair. I choose the best one for me at this time. Brad fix the problem and inspected the entire roof and discussed any future problems we might have and recommended things we can do such as better air flow and insulation in the attic to help prolong the life of the roof. The roof is approximately 16 years old and will have to be replaced in a few years. We will probably have Fitzpatrick do the work since we've dealt with them in the past and have always been pleased with their work.

Have used PJF several times and they are great. Staff is always punctual, neat and responsive to any questions. Have used for roof repair and gutter cleaning every year.

I am very happy with the work that R. Boates did of PJ Fitzpatrick. I wanted some minor repairs of aluminum siding done and he did it quickly and professionally, honoring PJ Fitzpatrick's coupon for minor repairs. R. Boates represents PJ Fitzpatrick well. He is an exceptional employee for the company. This is my first experience with PJ Fitzpatrick but it probably won't be my last because they treated me right the first time. That is what I will remember.

Bob A. was prompt, professional and personable. The work he did was just what we needed. Bob even took the time to answer questions about a future project that we are looking to have completed. Bob A. comes highly recommended.

The roofing technician came on time, safely did the work promised, and left the work area clean. I have no complaints.

I noticed an ad in my local newspaper for PJ Fitzpatrick. They advertised a repair that I needed for my home. I contacted them, and right from the start I was impressed by the professional manner in which my call was handled. An appointment was made to address my issue. The technician arrived on time, was kind and professional, and got right to the assessment of my issue. A fair price was offered and I felt very confident that this was right person to handle this repair. The repair was completed in the time frame that was communicated. This was a very pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend and plan to use in the future.

conclusion for [redacted]. If sending a "crew out to recaulk all of the windows and flashings that were installed by pj fitzpatrick with a paint-able 30year silicone caulk" will solve the problem then we will do that, however, we need to review the situation and go from there.
Ultimately we want [redacted] satisfied with the project, and will continue to work towards that solution.

First time client, would recommend. Technician was on time and completed the job within his estimate. Job was professional, fixed our issue, we are happy again.
