top rate company to do business with. attentive response to the problem,fixed in timely manner. the repair people were courteous,and were able to answer all of our questions.

Very professional and knew what he was doing. I have confidence in the work performed. This is the latest of several home improvements done by PJ Fitz and I have been most pleased with all of them. It is important to know that their work is guaranteed and the guarantee is transferrable, a major asset if ever the home is sold.

Joe P was great. He arrived early which helped get me to work on time. He explained my options and didn't pressure me

Call P.J. Fitzpatrick to repair a ridge vent shingle that came off due to some high winds. The calls to and from the company were very professional, and detailed in manner. Dan P. was the technician that came to fix the roof and addressed the primary issue as well as a couple of minor, but suspicious looking issues with some other shingles. He answered all of my questions, corrected the roof problems, and everything looked great afterwards. My problems were not too difficult, but I was pleased with how everything transpired and a satisfactory completion of the work,

Eric came on time to the appointment, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We discussed the issues at hand, and he gave me his professional assessment. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome. I would call/use P.J. Fitzpatrick again in a heart beat!

To Whom It May Concern,We have taken the time to review our customer's account, as well as pull the phone call for review wherein the service appointment was set. It was stated on the phone call that our service department does have a diagnostic fee for repairs, and that fee is waived if any work is...

done with our company. We make certain that our call center is properly trained to explain this to our customers. The customer then agreed to these terms before we came out, even though it would seem from the phone call and our technician's visit that he only wanted the estimate so that he could procure reparations from [redacted] for damage they did to his home. Despite doing exactly as we were asked, provide a written estimate for the repairs so he could submit it to [redacted], he seems from his complaint to be dissatisfied with the service. To Whom It May Concern,Because Mr. [redacted] is concerned with the style/type of camera we think it may be best, after researching pricing, that we provide a $200 reimbursement to him so he may select a camera he believes best suits his needs. We have researched several brands and most that would be suitable run between $150-200. Patrick showed up on time and was very professional. He did a thorough job.

Ms. [redacted] and I spoke today and explained that we could have done a better job explaining the types of roofs we service.  She has a tar roof and while the roof is technically not flat, we do not have technicians that specialize in working on tar roofs.  We would have no problem servicing...

To Whom It May Concern,
This is in response to the complaint filed against [redacted] Inc. by We would like to state at this time that------- is not, nor has she ever been, a customer of ours and that she attempted to file this on behalf of her father ---- . The problem we have with this is that we have been attempting to resolve this issue with Mr.---- and not only has he been difficult to reach, but from speaking to him personally he seems to take no issue with the work that we performed for him. As best we can tell he is the homeowner, and ------------ has no claim to be able to negotiate any work done on the home. I have attached the invoice for this project; you can clearly see that we conducted this transaction with Mr. --------, and that his signature is at the bottom of the invoice.
If Mr.---------------- would like to re-submit the complaint then we would be happy to come forward and provide explanation for the work done, and work with him towards a satisfactory conclusion if he is displeased, however at this time we are asking that this complaint be stricken from our company record as it is from a person we have not done business with. Thank you for your time.

The Attorney General of Pa determined I am a resident of the address based on the phone bill as well as the gas bill and other utilities for the address being under my name. The home owner WAS not my father. The Revdex.com did not even contact me to obtain verification of my address, they simply relied on Mr. [redacted]'s word of mouth as to my place of residency. The home owner had significant problems with the work and had cancelled payment to [redacted] who had made no effort to contact him. I took advantage of the phone bill being in my name and requested Mr. [redacted] to stop harassing me by phone as he was threatening to sue me each time I posted about his company on line (he spends all day online monitoring posts and would call me seconds after he read them!) He was ordered by the Attorney General to correct the work or return our money and the work was completed properly. [redacted] and the Revdex.com are a poor excuse for a consumer advocacy agency but considering [redacted] as well as all the other agencies they interact with PAY to be given an A rating on their site why bother filing a complaint with them expecting anything more?

Joe P did a great job. He was on time, Diagnosed the problem and provided an efficient fix despite the wet weather. I will use their services again.

Eric was superb. Parts he brought did not fit well , so he improvised smartly and completed the repair. Window works just fine!
