Joe P. arrived for a gutter repair. He was on time, professional, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. We were completely satisfied.

I learned about PJ Fitzpatrick on TV and decided to call for an estimate. Patrick M came to my home and was so warm, friendly and professional that I felt comfortable doing business with the company. Afterwards Ifound out that a very dear friend used this company and could not say enough good things about them. I made my arrangements with them to do the work and Patrick returned as soon as possible. He worked without let up and did a beautiful job that I have confidence in and he cleaned up and left everything looking good. Very impressive fellow and very impressive company.

To Whom It May Concern,
The contract for Mr. [redacted]’s bathroom projects was signed on 6/15/17. On 6/24/17, approximately five days after the 3-day cancellation period had expired, and after materials had been ordered and purchased for his two bathroom projects, he contacted us to request...

modifications to the project that due to code restrictions we were unable to accommodate.  He agreed to keep the projects moving forward as was originally contracted.  On 7/7/17, Mr. [redacted] informed us he was cancelling one portion of the project.  We requested that Mr. [redacted] reimburse us for the material cost PJ Fitzpatrick incurred.  This is when the entire project was cancelled at Mr. [redacted]’s request.  In the spirit of cooperation, we are agreeable to reimbursing Mr. [redacted] $4,000 of the $5,000 deposit received as we will attempt to repurpose the materials already purchased.  We will be retaining $1000 to offset labor, shipping and processing costs that we cannot recoup.  If Mr. [redacted] is agreeable to those terms we can have a $4000 reimbursement check cut for him that he should receive it within 7-10 business days.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Experience Manager

Eric M. was great - professional and on time. Did work well. Cost was reasonable.

Kevin D arrived promptly, was very courteous, and explained all options to me. The repairs were done to my complete satisfaction.

Patrick M showed up on time and was very professional. He repaired my roof shingles without a problem and answered all questions that I had for him. I would definitely have Patrick come out to do more work if needed.

PJ Fitzpatrick has always been very professional and has done excellent work
to our home. We have had them here many times to fix and update our home.

While we can't speak to the type of materials and price of this other contractor [redacted] is referring to, we can speak to our side of the issue. It is our belief that the main problems that occurred have been matters of communication, primarily the misunderstanding that the roof and trim would be a...

separate jobs. That said, we have made offers that we believed to be adequate regarding the inconvenience.
My operating system's notes indicate that a change order/credit was made to [redacted]'s account on 6/30/14 to the amount of $750. I will have my accounting department double check that figure, and make sure that it was received by [redacted]. If it was not received (or if it was in regards to another part of the project) I will take the necessary actions needed to ensure she receives the amount she is due.
In addition, since we would like to reach some sort of middle ground regarding the matter, I will extend anther $250 to [redacted]. This will make the full credited amount $1000, which will hopefully be enough to bring this matter to an amicable close for both sides.
If this is agreeable I will ensure this matter is taken care of within a period of 5 business days. If the account involves credit in any fashion then it may not be reflected fully until [redacted]'s next statement.

Rick B had a great attitude, & diagnosed & fixed our roof leak very well.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Kevin I. at PJ Fitzpatrick. Kevin explained just what was needed, then showed me - and completed the job just as explained. He was prompt, courteous and very reassuring. Kevin embodies all that I have come to expect from PJ Fitzpatrick. I'd never hesitate to contact them again for service.

Representative was honest about a product that I requested info about. He told me that he could sell it to me, but I really didn't need it. I appreciated his saving me money.

I had roof and siding damage from the recent wind storm repaired by Jim C. with PJ Fitzpatrick. He explained the job and work needed well and completed the work in timely fashion.

Eric M[redacted] was very professional in his work. Showing the example for this company. Even the two ladies I spoke to for an appointment. So glad I did call

Joe P from PJ Fitz was very helpful, nice and did a wonderful job cleaning our gutters. It was quick and I will certainly be using them again in the future.
