Dan P. from PJ Fitzpatrock came out to look at a window that wasn't closing properly and explained what the problem was and showed me how to prevent it in the future. He was very pleasant and patient in stepping me through the process.

Friendly, courteous and thorough

Patrick was very professional, giving us several options for our repair project, fully explaining the pros and cons of each. He carefully completed the carpentry project. His work was nicely done and he left the area very clean .

Two years ago I attempted to clean my own gutters. I fell from the ladder and suffered a SCI. I needed a reliable, trusted company to clean my gutters this year. I have used PJ Fitzpatrick in the past so decided to give them a call. On the day of my appt. it was pouring rain, yet Paul came out and talked with me regarding my gutters. We rescheulded. He showed up on time and began his work. He completed the work, explained everything he was doing and even showed me pictures. I am very pleased with his work and the reputation of the company!

To whom it may concern,We have spoken to the customer to address their concerns, and in addition to exterior repairs that we have performed we agreed to reimburse them $500. Our accounting department sent the check out today, they should receive it by this time next week....

I used PJ Fitzpatrick for gutter cleaning this past weekend. Dan showed up at the time they said he would be there, gave us a good estimate and said he could complete the work that day. He was very professional and friendly. He also spoke to us about gutter covers which we are definitely considering. I was very pleased with the overall experience and have already recommended them to someone else.

We are willing to swap the current storm doors out for [redacted] doors, we would have a representative meet with them and can go over some choices. This was my first experience with P.J. Fitzpatrick., and I would definitely recommend them. I received quality, next day service. The technician carefully reviewed several areas to pinpoint the specific cause of our issue (which was a small leak on an interior wall of our home). My husband and I are very pleased with the service and repairs we received.

I had a great experience with PJ Fitzpatrick. The repair technician, Kevin I, arrived on time, explained what needed to be done to fix my two small siding issues, and provided me a written estimate on the spot which qualified for their minor repair special. He then did an excellent job making the repairs in about a half hour. I highly recommend the company, and especially the repair technician they sent. I will definitely use again in the future if I need future siding repairs. And I'll definitely recommend to family and friends. In fact, my sister-in-law will be calling within the next week or two for siding repairs.

I had two loose pieces of siding that I called pj Fitzpatrick to fix. Brad C was on time, courteous, and very professional. He explained why those pieces were loose and he walked around the house and fixed other pieces of loose siding and trim! He even patched a gap in a piece of siding that was caused by another contractor! All this was at no additional cost and Brad gave me the lowest price allowable by pj Fitzpatrick!

The experience with P.J. Fitzpatrick was excellent. Their employee fixed my roof in no time, did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company for your roof repairs and replacement.

in assisting Ms. [redacted], we believe miscommunication occurred between the homeowner and the Home Owners Association, resulting in an approval from the HOA that initiated the completion of the project as it was presented on the signed contract.  While we do not believe our sales consultant misrepresented any information to Ms. [redacted], we have discussed the matter with Ms. [redacted] and have presented to her a viable solution to the issue.  We are awaiting her response to our proposal.  If Ms. [redacted] finds our proposal to be unacceptable, we do welcome the opportunity to work with Ms. [redacted] to resolve this issue.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Experience

To Whom It May Concern,Job was sold 3/10/15, and on 3/11/15 Mr. [redacted] contacted us saying that there were second thoughts and he wanted to cancel the contract. As normal regarding anyone that cancels we attempted to meet with them and see if we can still find common ground and move...

forward with the project. Mr. [redacted] was not interested in moving forward, as he notes. That said, the check was deposited on 3/12/15 by my accounting department. On 3/19/15 when the check was processed the bank discovered a stop payment, which we were informed of on 3/20/15. On 3/20/15 our accounting department was also informed by [redacted]'s sales manager Andy Miller that the deal was completely cancelled, and to return the deposit. Sometimes it will take time for information to be passed from our salesmen to their managers, and then onto the appropriate department. Since there was a stop payment on the check we thought it would be unnecessary to take further action with this account. If Mr. [redacted] was told the check would be returned by [redacted] I do apologize, however, we do not have the check to return. The customer should find that no money was taken from the account on their bank statement because of the action they took to stop the check. If there was a transfer of funds that occurred then I would like proof to be sent to me to so I can have it resolved, however, as far as we are aware no transfer did occur. This likely could have been made more clear to Mr. [redacted] by my staff, and for that I again apologize. If he has any questions I can be reached through the main office line.Sincerely,[redacted]

I called because of some loose siding on my house. Steve B[redacted] came to my house. He was on time, did a review of my siding problems. and gave me an price. which I accepted. He then proceeded to do an excellent repair job. I am very satisfied.
