Review: I purchased a Groupon for this company and purchased a wall decal on July 17, 2013 and I have still not received it. I sent an email as their site claims you will have your order within 2 weeks on July 31st to check the status. They responded promptly with we apologize due to the popularity of the groupon they are overwhelmed and they would be shipping my order on August 9th by priority. On August 26th I emailed again as I have not received my order and they advised me they would pull my order and they were shipping it that day and would send me an email with tracking information. On Monday September 9th I again sent another email to find out where my order is and I have yet to get a response. It will be 2 months since I placed my order. Now the company is not even responding? I get an email from groupon and they are selling more. They can not even get the orders from 2 months ago and they are selling more? I think they should refund me the cost of my order so I can order from a reputable place. I am in the middle of remodeling and eh have held me up for too long.Desired Settlement: I would like my card credited the refund so I can purchase from a company that is reputable.

Review: On September 4, 2013 I purchased two wall decals from Wall Spirits web site using a Groupon and my credit card for the balance of the purchase. At that time, their web site stated the making of the wall decals could take from 4 to 6 weeks and then they would be shipped out in 5 - 7 business days. It is now almost two months later, and I have not received the wall decals. I have made several attempts to contact the company, with no response from them. I left my name and a contact number as well, and still no response. They took the money immediately, yet I have not received the merchandise.Desired Settlement: I receive the wall decals immediately, or an immediate, full refund of the purchase price for both the Groupon and the additional funds I placed on my credit card to cover the total of both decals.

Review: Purchased a Wall Spirit coupon for 50% off on Groupon site in early spring 2013 paying $75 c or $150 worth of merchandise. . In September 2013, I placed my order which totaled $144 and an additional $8 for shipping and handling. Never got the merchandise and all attempts to Wall Spirits have been unsucessful via email or phone.Desired Settlement: Refund - $83.

Review: My order #is [redacted]. It is 2 months now, and no delivery yet. The customer service is unresponsive. Either ship my order in 5 days or refund me the entire money including the money spent in buying GROUPON voucher.Desired Settlement: Either ship in 5 DAYS or REFUND!!!

Review: My complaint is much like everyone elses against this business.

We ordered our products from them on 9/17/2013 and received the confirmation email stating that they were a bit back logged but that it would ship in 30 days as opposed to the 14 days it usually takes for an order to go out. I called and spoke to a representative and they assured me it would be shipped on the 30th day (10/17/2013) with priority shipping. After the date coming and going I called and left 4 voicemails and sent 3 emails to their Customer Service and Sales department and have heard nothing back from them. It is now 11/17/2013 and have heard nothing of the products I purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like for our products to be shipped as they were a crucial part of our first nursery! I do not want a refund as I have already paid for the products. However if they can not send the products I would like a refund of the money I did invest which would be $58.95, I too purchased the Groupon which was to pay for $50.00 USD and get $150.00 worth of products. Please help Revdex.com!

Review: I purchased my product back on September 29, 2013. The company listed a disclaimer that all products will be shipped two weeks later due to machine issues and their Groupon promotion. This wasnt a problem for me because I had ordered items from them previously and was very satisfied with the entire purchasing and delivery process. However, when I attempted to call and email them concerning the status of my order I couldnt reach anyone by phone or correspondence. I hate to file a complaint but I fear this is the only way I can get any type of resolution and/or status on my order.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have my items delivered no later than November 25, 2013. Or receive a full refund of my money no later than November 25, 2013.

Review: This company took my money and is now out of business. I bought a Groupon for this company, placed an order the same day, they put the extra charges through on my credit card and they are now out of business with no way for me to contact them to get my money back. Their website is down, the phone # is disconnected and have had no returned emails or msgs. They basically stole my money. I could not stop payment on my credit card because they have already taken the money.Desired Settlement: I want people to know & Revdex.com to know that this company no longer exists and for people to know so they can proceed with action to get their money back.

Review: I placed an order through Wall Spirit on 9/5/13. I was sent an order confirmation number and my credit card was charged. It has been close to 7 weeks and I have not received my product. I have sent multiple e-mails without response. Everytime I call there isn't anyone to speak to, so I have to leave a message. I have left multiple messages, and have yet to receive a return phone call. When I log into my account it shows no pending orders.Desired Settlement: An update regarding my order seems like the decent thing to do, considering I already paid for the service. I would like my product shipped, but I don't feel I should be charged for the shipping considering the lateness of the product and the overwhelming lack of customer service. If they cannot ship my product, I would also like a refund for the Groupon I purchased.

Review: I ordered one small item on Sept 29, 2013. My pay pal account was charged for the item on Oct 1. Delivery was to be in 5-10 days. Repeated emails and voicemails regarding my product, that has never been delivered, have been ignored. I am extremely unhappy I was charged before my goods were shipped, and even more unhappy that I do not have any idea if I will ever see my order.Desired Settlement: Either give me my money back or provide my product. SIMPLE AS THAT. You are thieves to use people's money when you have no intent on supplying your product in a timely manner. Worse even yet....you IGNORE your customers. Shame on you.

Review: I attempted to redeem a Groupon I purchased in July. At checkout, the Groupon code could not be applied. I made numerous attempts and long-distance phone calls. The business extended my deadline to order and apologized for the website problems I was experiencing. The product I really wanted (a clock -- ANY clock for that matter) were all sold out, so I finally settled on something and placed my order by phone on September 17th. I called to follow up about a month later when I hadn't received my order. I was told, like many others it seems, that they were running behind because of the success of their Groupon campaign. I asked finally by email on October 24th for a refund of my Groupon money and the additional I had to pay to cover the rest of my order; no response. I asked again by email on October 26th to credit my account. Still no response, no credit to my account, and no product. Technically, from the get-go in July I've had nothing but trouble with this company, despite their efforts to appease me. I wouldn't mind if I was getting what I really wanted, but I settled on something because I couldn't get what I really would have liked to have ... now I'm just disgusted.Desired Settlement: I really want one of their clocks! Otherwise I just want my money back.

Review: I ordered my produce on July 26,2013, (order #[redacted]) and received an email stating 5-7 business days for delivery. Never received item and I have been trying to contact them ever since.Desired Settlement: I paid $50.00 for the voucher and $8.95 for delivery. If I can't get my order shipped overnight then I would like my full refund of $58.95 and would hope the company stops advertising on Groupon.

Review: My company purchased a Groupon for Wall Spirit on September 18, 2013 excited about the possibilities of decorating our newly purchased office building with wall decals from Wall Spirit. We bought 2 vouchers from Groupon for $50/each good for $300 worth of merchandise from Wall Spirit. We instantly got on to www.wallspirit.com and filled up our shopping cart. We placed two orders with the company because we were not allowed to use multiple vouchers in one order (not a problem). We placed our first order and paid the $18.95 extra, knowing we were responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the order (again not a problem because the Groupon stated this stipulation). We placed our second order and paid an extra $58.75 because we were so eager to get all the decals we wanted to decorate the office. At this point we have spent ($50x2) to Groupon for the vouchers and ($17.90 S&H + $59.70 in extra merchandise) to Wall Spirit: ALL OF WHICH HAS CLEARED ON OUR BUSINESS CREDIT CARD STATEMENT even though the merchandise has not shipped. As other customers have already stated, Wall Spirit included in their receipt a disclaimer that stated they were running an extra two weeks behind on production for their merchandise. Again not a problem, we do not mind waiting a month for our merchandise (2 weeks normal + 2 weeks extra). It is now October 30 and we not received any communication from the company about an update on our product or the possibility of it shipping anytime soon. To top it off the website for this company is down, not a single page will load. WE have sent 4 emails and left voice mails for the company without response. The last email correspondence we received from the company was on October 8th after an inquiry that we placed on October 7th, stating that they were running behind as they mentioned in the receipt disclaimer and gave us a 40% coupon for our next purchase (yea right!!! we are never going to use that!) and the notice that they have upgraded our shipment to 1-3 day priority (great, if the product ever ships).Desired Settlement: Not only do we want the product to arrive to our office because we have been waiting for a month for the product to arrive. We need our office to be decorated!!! However, we would at least like the money we paid directly to the company to be refunded $77.60 if not the entire amount including the Groupon vouchers a total of $177.60. We would also like an update on the company's status as soon as possible so we can know if we are ever going to receive the decals. If not, we need to know so we can look for other decorations. Thank you!

Review: I placed an order and was charged on 9/2/13. Their website said I should get my order within 2 weeks. After I placed my order I received a confirmation email that stated delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. After I hadn't received my order after 4 weeks I contacted their customer service to see what was going on and was told that my order was scheduled for production and would finally ship out the second week of October. After the second week of October had come and gone I again contacted their customer service to find out when I can expect my order and now over two days later I have not received any response whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I have a house warming party this Saturday and had planned on having my order by then since I ordered it over 7 weeks ago. I need to have my order no later than this Friday, October 18th and they need to pay for whatever extra shipping charges since my order was promised by 3 different delivery dates now that they have missed.

I have called and emailed the company several times to no avail because they do not respond. By phone you reach a recording to leave a message but neither the phone calls or the emails are acknowledged. This order was a gift for my granddaughter and I am very upset that payment was accepted for products not received. Ignoring paying customers is outrageous!Desired Settlement: I want confirmation that I will receive this order very soon or a cash refund. An apology and a response ARE IN ORDER.

Review: I bought a groupon for Wall Spirit, placed an order and my credit card was charged on 9/9 for the products I ordered (one being for a birthday present the last of September). I finally sent an email on September 30th requesting delivery information (since it was long past due). I did receive a nice response apologizing for the delay and stating that although it usually only takes two (2) weeks, they were behind and my order would be shipped around the third week of October (expedited shipment for 1-3 day priority). They also stated I would get a 40% off discount valid up to New Year's Eve and promised that the next order wouldn't take as long. Yesterday (10/30), I sent another email requesting shipment information. I haven't gotten a response. Today (10/31), I called and got an answering machine so I left a message. I've tried to access the webpage but it doesn't even load, so now I'm getting concerned. Has this company closed, gone out of business, etc????Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded.

Review: My complaint is similar to the rest of the complaints. I placed two orders with this company. I still have not seen either of them. the first order was placed on September 7, 2013. That same day I received an email stating that my order (#[redacted] ) would be delayed by an aditional 2 weeks, but that I would be upgraded to USPS priority mail. That would make the total time to receive my order approximately a month. I still have not received it. I also placed another order (I don't have that order number) on October 13, 2013 (I had purchased 2 Groupons). For that one I still have not even seen a confirmation email. I have paid for both orders, and I really want my items. Today I tried to check on my order. On numerous attempts, I have not been able to bring up their website today. I have also purchased some wall plaques and paint to use to make the decals into wall hangings instead of simply placing them on the wall (so that if I move, I can take them with me), so a refund is just not what I am looking for. I really want the decals I ordered. I did try to contact the company. I sent an email for which I have not gotten a response. I understand that they have been overwhelmed, but I am getting concerned since I can not seem to even contact them now or get their website to load. Please help.Desired Settlement: I really just want my items delivered. A refund for the delivery charges would be nice.

Review: I purchased a wall decal from the company on Sept. 11, 2013 under the groupon promotion. They sent me confirmation of my order and did say after I already made my purchase and charged my card that they are running two weeks behind because of malfunction of machinery. I waited until Oct. 11th, 2013 to check on the status and the lady mentioned that it was not ready yet. I called on the 18th of Oct and the call went directly to a recording to leave a message. I left a message. I called back again two days later still a recording saying to leave a message. Left message again. I also ended up leaving a message via email. I still have not had any response on both ends. Every time I try calling there phone goes automatically to voice message. They do not allow you to speak to a person. I have tried going on to the website and now that seems to not exist anymore. I would have not even put in an order if they let me know they were having issues prior to charging my card. I wished they let us consumers decide whether we wanted to wait or not but they let us know of the issues after we made the purchase. I was really expecting the decal by now. It is taking longer than they said it should and pretty soon it will be two months. They make me think they are a scam since they are not even getting back with me with the multiple messages to them and now that their site is down.Desired Settlement: I think it is reasonable to ship the order as soon as you get this complaint.
