Review: A GROUPON COUPON WAS APPLIED TO AN ORDER THAT WAS SUBMITTED ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2013. ORDER NUMBER IS [redacted]. I HAVE SINCE CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL VOICEMAIL MESSAGES AS WELL AS SUBMITTED EMAILS REQUESTING AN UPDATE AS TO WHEN THE WALL DECAL WOULD BE DELIVERED. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RETURN CALL OR EMAIL.Desired Settlement: I EITHER WANT THE PRODUCT DELIVERED LESS SHIPPING CHARGES OR THE COMPLETE ORDER TO BE REFUNDED TO MY CREDIT CARD.

Review: Ordered from Deal of the Day . $75 worth of product for $25. Placed my order with them Oct 4,2013 over the computer. Order number #[redacted]. In my conformation notice said there would be a delay. Tried contacting them after 7 weeks no luck. Both phone number and internet site down.

Review: I purchased a Groupon on a Wall Spirit offer ($75 worth of decals for only $25). The placed the order on the last day of the offer, October 5th, 2013. My order exceeded the $75 limit so I paid Wall Spirit an additional $28.90 for the balance of the decal and shipping. After a month I still had not received the decal and I tried to call the company but their phone number was disconnected. I then sent an email to their sales department and did not receive a reply. I still have not received my order or any reply from the company.

Last email from them was Shipping Dept of Wall Spirit, Inc. sent [redacted] of [redacted] 1 FedEx Ground package(s). did not receive their decal in a

timely manner. Recently, our

supplier of time pieces unexpectedly could not fulfill their obligation to keep these in

stock for us. We regret the apparent lack of

communication regarding the status of his order and updating him

on the reason for the delay. We believed

that we had contacted every customer involving these

circumstances.

We did attempt to contact Mr. [redacted] this

afternoon in order to inquire if a

black time piece will suffice since the

silver time piece that he ordered is not available at this

time. If this is the case we would be more than happy

to ship his order overnight with a black time piece. We would also agree to ship the silver time

piece to him free of charge when this becomes available.

A full refund has been applied to Mr. [redacted] credit card as well.

Review: I've ordered a wall decal through Groupon on September 20th, and have not received it yet. I've contact customer service and they only apologized saying that it would take another 2 weeks for it to be procesed and delivered. It has been over 6 weeks now and nothing. Now their website is not up anymore, they won't answer phone calls or reply emails.

They already charged me for the items without even shipping it first.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded.

Review: I placed an order for decals the beginning of september. Once the order was past the promised 5-7 days, I called & was told that the delay was due to the Groupon success. It is now going into November and I still have not received anything. When I call the contact number, there is NEVER a live person available. So I have left several voicemails and no one returns my calls. Now the website is not even accessible. I used a groupon for this order and paid the additional shipping fees which of course was deducted immediately. I would like to receive my decals! My little girl has been waiting almost 2 months now.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the shipping fees refunded as well as to receive my decals asap.

Review: My name is [redacted], and I placed an order for a large decal with rhinestones on September 6th, 2013. I emailed support on October 6th, 2013 explaining that it had been a month since placing my order and I had yet to receive it. The next day I received a response from the support team explaining it was a malfunction on their end and that my order was in production and would be shipped the 3rd or 4th week of October, 2013. I was then issued a coupon for 40% off of any order placed by New Year's Eve.

By December 9th, 2013 I had yet to receive my order. I sent yet another email to complain. After 3 days of no response, I called the number listed on their website, only to find it had been disconnected. Concerned about what the issue was, I researched online to find the company had since closed down without notice, or refund.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the price of my decal plus shipping

Review: I ordered from this company almost 2 months ago and I still have not recieved my product. I have called and called. there is never a person you can only leave a message and no one calls you back. I have also sent emails that aren't returned. They maybe be some sort of scam and I am surprised that Groupon would even associate themselves with such a lack luster, unprofessional company. If they are having equipment or personnel problems just say so, but don't ignore people and not return their calls. Just plain rude!!Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered. My some was so excited for the tattoo for his wall and I was hoping to have the other tattoo us for Thanksgiving since I'm hosting and I wanted the house to look nice. Just send me my stuf!

Review: I purchased a Groupon through Groupon.com for 67% off at wallspirit.com. With this Groupon, I paid $49.00 to Groupon for $150 worth of wall decals from wallspirit.

I placed and paid for my order with Wallspirit on September 4th, 2013 around 10 a.m. I received in my confirmation e-mail a message saying that "Due to recent equipment failures, we are running behind in production by 2 additional weeks. We sincerely apologize for this delay and are working diligently to catch up as soon as possible."

I called to follow up in the first week of October, and was told that my order would be delivered by October 14th. It is now November 6th, and I have not received my order. I have tried calling the company again with no response, and their website is no longer in existence.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive my order in the next 2 weeks, or receive my money back from the company. I have paid a total of 34.85 directly to the company. I do not want any sort of credit from them, I would like my money refunded back onto my credit card.

Review: Where is my product? They said it would take six weeks and it has been 8 weeks! I ordered on 09/02/2013, and today is 10/23/2013!!!! The first email I sent they responded within days, but I have sent two emails last week and this week and have not heard from them. Review: I ordered a Wall decal from Wall Spirit on October 1, 2013. I received a confirmation email, with an important message stating that due to equipment failures, they are running behind in production by an additional 2 weeks; the original order was stated for me to receive my order in 2 weeks (5-7 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping). I have been extremely patient with this company, giving them an ample amount of time with their equipment failures and Christmas orders. It is now January 24th, 2014 (almost 4 months later), and still nothing. I have tried to log into my account with the link provided in the confirmation email, but it sends me to an error webpage. I've tried sendinng an email to customer support, but it returns the email with a Failure Mailer-Daemon. I've also tried calling, but apparently the phones are off because it states that the phone number listed is not setup to receive calls. I don't know what else to do. I've already been charged for my order (was charged as soon as I placed it) and I just want my decal or a refund for my order. I am not necessarily in a hurry to receive it, but this is just ridiculous; 4 months!!!Desired Settlement: I either want my product for which I paid for, or a full refund of my purchase.

Review: Same as most complaints here. I ordered items through Groupon in early October. Was told it would be a little longer than the usual 5-7 working days, maybe an additional 2 weeks. Didn't receive anything saying that my order had been shipped, so tried to contact the company via email on a Friday and still had not received a reply as of Monday night. Tried logging on to the website and could not, after several tries. Finally called three times, but could never get a live person so I left a message and came to Revdex.com to see if there were any info...if only I had checked before ordering.

I sent Wall Spirit another email saying I wanted to be refunded my shipping and tax. I still have not heard from them. I also asked Groupon for my $50 back...I may write about them next.Desired Settlement: I see Wall Spirit says they refunded the charges to complainants AND make almost this exact statement "His order has also been shipped via USPS Priority as of yesterday" I'll be interested to see if they say that to me and if it happens. I only saw one person take them to task on the fact that they never received any product shipped after the initial complaint was made.

I want my money back.

Review: I placed an order with Wall Spirit on 9/28/13 at 7:35pm, order #[redacted] for 2 items (jungle Wall Decal$39.95, & Custom Wall Decal $40) for a subtotal of $79.95, with $8.95 additional for Shipping. After the Application of a $75 discount by coupon, my credit card was charged $13.90. Te receipt indicated I would receive my order within 2 Weeks, and further said in added red print that due to a broken machine the ship time had been extended to 4 weeks. I have not received my order or any further communication from Wall Spirit at this time. I have emailed twice and tried to call 3 times with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my Credit Card refunded in the amount of $13.90 and would ALSO like my item shipped immediately.

Review: Merchant not responding to numerous requests. Merchant has received money by Paypal. Merchant simply doesn't care about customers as evidenced by numerous complaints of others. I simply want to get the decal I ordered. Merchant not willing to confirm that the order is being processed. buyer beware.

Review: I ordered 3 wall decals using the company's Groupon advertisement back in September (9/10/13). I received an automated email message saying it could take over 3 weeks to receive the product due to high demand and faulty equipment. I waited 3 weeks and then called to inquire about my products. The customer service agent told me it would be shipped out priority on October 11, 2013. She said that it shouldn't be to me any later than the 15th or 16th. On the 20th of October I called to inquire again and the customer service line went straight to voicemail. I called again the next day leaving my information both times and received on answer. Today I tried going on to their website and it is down. I have contacted Groupon in regards to this matter and they said they have been inundated with complaints against the company. In addition to using my Groupon I spent an additional $38 with the company (that includes the shipping and handling fees). Now I am left with no group on, no money, and no decals after 6 weeks of waiting.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the additional charges AND my decals to me in a timely manner.

Review: Similar Complaint as others - Site says approximately 2 weeks for receipt of goods, 5-7 business days for processing, then 3-5 business days for shipping...

I placed order on 9/3 - After 3 weeks I left VM's and eventually they returned the call and they said that they would bump shipping to express and I could expect delivery approximately 10/4... It is now 10/11 and still no delivery.

I reviewed My Account on the website and status still says waiting for production.

Again, I call customer service number there is no answer you have to leave a VM.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by Wallspirit customer service about this - and I will follow up with Revdex.com regarding their resolution of the issue.

Review: Hello, This was purchased yet never received. We never found out they closed until now. Wall spirit's web site is down. Request for a simple refund is all we are asking yet never responded to. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund Credit Card Credit promptly.
