Review: I placed an online order on 8/26/2013, with the expectation of receiving my decal within 4-6 weeks. In late September when I called their 877-493-1690 and spoke with customer service, they indicated I would be receiving the decal in about two week that they were behind on orders. I have been trying to contact someone since early October, and nothing. My e-mails and voice messages on their telephone have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $38.92

Review: On May 24th, I placed two orders with wallspirit. On their website, it states that within two weeks, the order should arrive. I have yet to even get a tracking number for either shipment. I have left two phone messages and an e-mail and have not gotten a response. I need these items shortly for a timely gift. I would like to get the items sent immediately and a refund of the shipping amount for each invoice. The invoice numbers are [redacted] and [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the shipping cost of both shipments. $8.95 each and would like the orders delivered promptly.

Review: I placed an order with Wall Spirit back on September 20, 2013. I was told that their Groupon campaign caused an issue with the processing and delivery of products. I was told that my order would be shipped within 3 weeks. It has been over a month now (6 weeks to be exact) and I have not received my decal. I've tried calling and emailing them to no avail. There's only an answering machine when I call and emailing has proved unsuccessful. I would like to know when they're going to ship the items.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have my order. If they would like to refund the shipping costs that's fine too but not important.

Review: My wife and I both have tried to contact this company in total 10 different times via email and phone and have not received any correspondence. We placed an order over a month ago and have not received anything as of yet. We call and all we get is a voicemail. No responses to the emails. This is beyond frustrating as this was supposed to be a gift and the time has come and gone for that. I feel as though this is extremely irresponsible on the company's behalf. A horrible way to handle business. We will never order from them again.Desired Settlement: I feel as though not only should we receive our shipping charges returned but also a discount on product given the fact that it is SUCH a hassle to deal with this company.

Review: I have been waiting for a month and a half for my decal order to arrive, well past the promised shipping and handling window. I have tried to contact this company every way possible and cannot get through to them. Their website has been taken down, as well as their Facebook page, and my emails to their various departments are all either ignored or bounced back.

Review: Using the Groupon website, I purchased $150 worth of coupons for $50 for wallspirit.com. I never received by order and looking into the matter further I found that company is no longer in business. A quick online search yielded that this has happened to many other people. No message was sent from Wallspirit nor Groupon regarding the matter. After contacting Groupon, they are looking into the matter regarding my refund but nothing has been resolved yet.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: I purchased a groupon for Wall Spirit and ordered my wall art in the beginning of September.. they charged my credit card for the Shipping of the Product almost 10 dollars.. I did not receive anything and so called them and was able to talk to a live person the beginning of October, I was told that the product would be shipped priority and I would get it the following Thursday. Today is Nov 7th and I still have not received my order, I have not been able to bring up the website, I have not been able to reach a live person or have them return my call, I emailed Groupon who also did NOT email me back in regards to this. I honestly just want to know where my product is and feel a little concerned that a company can take money from you and now has my account information and seems to potentially not even be in business anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my product ASAP, or a least have the common curtsey to let your customer know what is going on and or be reimbursed

Review: I purchased a product from Wall Spirit through Groupon. With the understanding that my items would ship within 5-7 business days after I placed my order. I paid Groupon for the item, but I was required to pay Wall Spirit the shipping cost ($8.95) directly. I placed my order on 9/23, I paid the shipping charges on 9/23, and I expected to see my items around 2 weeks later. After 3 weeks I tried contacting Wall Spirit by email and by phone several times, but was not able to reach anyone or get a response back. At 4 weeks the "Wall Spirit Website" went down (and remains down today, nearly 2 weeks later), at 4+ weeks I made 3 complaints with groupon. On Tuesday 10/29 (5 weeks) I asked Groupon for a refund which they provided for the amount I paid them.Desired Settlement: I want a refund from Wall Spirit for the $8.95 shipping that I had paid in advance for delivery of an item they did not send in the agreed time frame of 2 weeks, Monday 11/4 will be 6 weeks since I ordered.

Review: I found this company through Groupon and placed my order on 9/16/13. After the order was placed I was then sent an email saying the were behind and would not ship my product until 10/16/13- Since then the company has taken down their website, facebook pages and twitter accounts and refuse to return phone calls. Groupon has finally issued me a credit for some of the purchase but I have no way of contacting to company to recoup my shipping costs.Desired Settlement: refund of my shipping costs of $8.95. Since product has never been shipped or received!

I called the customer service and left multiple voicemails with no response. I also emailed the customer service without any response. Review: I ordered three wall decals from Wall spirit utilizing a Groupon . The order was placed on September 22, 2013. As of today November 14, 2013 I have not received my product. I have attempted to contact the company but have been unsuccessful. Although it claimed to be 2 weeks behind in production, eight weeks is far to long to have not received my product. This is far more than just a back log of orders. Now I am to understand that they are out of business but their Groupon is still posted. My invoice numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. Customer ID [redacted]. I also have the transaction ID and bank statement where the money was withdrawn, but where is my product!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my product and have the shipping charges refunded to me. If this is not acceptable than I will accept a full refund which includes the amount of my groupon purchase.

Review: On September 9, 2013, I placed a Groupon order with WallSpirit. I was originally told 2 weeks to receive my order, then I was told to expect an extra couple of weeks due to problems. I have tried to contact them by email, phone, and have tried to get into their website, I get no response. I am also waiting to hear from Groupon., as I did try contacting them about this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I ordered.

Review: I placed an order on April 25th (Invoice Number:[redacted]) with the expectations that it would be shipped in 4-5 business days at I was quoted. Today is May 14th and still NO package or an idea of when it will arrive. I have reached out to the company via email, Facebook AND telephone calls. I did speak with a lady today who told me that it had not been produced yet and that it looks like it should be done by NEXT Friday however according to a response on Facebook, that package has already been delivered, which I assure you is not the case. This was a Mothers Day gift and I am very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that my Groupon account be credited the $25.00 as well as the items that I ordered for my Mother be shipped. I feel that this company has truly dropped the ball in customer service and producing products in a timely fashion.

Review: I ordered 2 products from this company on October 4th. I have not received my product and now the website is gone. I have tried calling the company, and get no response. I would still like the product if that is an option, and if not, I would like a refund on the money I have spent. I cant help but wonder if this company was just a scam, or do they really exist?

Review: I placed an order on 8/27/13 and still have not received it . Their e-mail confirmation stated production/delivery was delayed would be a couple weeks. After a month I called and e-mailed them to get a status and received no response. I continued calling and e-mailing and did finally received a phone call saying that my order would be sent out in three days with priority shipping, it was not. I e-mailed and made additional phone calls. Finally a response on 10/7 via e-mail that my order would be shipped in seven business days. I still have not received my order. I continue to e-mail and leave messages but all with no response. Now I am not able to even connect to their website. I've heard nothing from this company for weeks. I would like my order to be processed and actually delivered to me. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Receive my order within two weeks time. No more broken promises or excuses.

Review: I placed my order for delivery September 03, 2013. The website says shipping should take two (2) weeks. The receipt says to add an additional two (2) weeks to the time frame. On September 23, 2013, I e-mailed their support address to ask when the order was to ship. On September 24, 2013, they replied that the delivery was "scheduled to be shipped out around the 1st week of October, and we are expediting the shipping to 1-3 day priority to make up for the delay."

October 15, 2013 I e-mailed the same address asking for a status update. I e-mailed again October 17.

I have had no responses.

I paid in full, and have had no follow-up or delivery.

I find this to be a breach of contract as well as non-delivery.Desired Settlement: I would like delivery as well as a refund or partial refund. Part of the payment is specifically for delivery within their policy's time frame. I have expended several hours at this point on this order and feel that the specific performance of their contractual obligations would also include a refund of at least part of the purchase price.

Review: I ordered my Wall Spirit product on Oct 13th and have yet to receive the product or hear back from them. Their website will not allow me in, they were not accessible by phone, I e-mailed them Dec 8th and Dec 15th and have not heard back. I do not want to contact Revdex.com but I have no other choice after 2 and 1/2 months. At this point I just want my money back. My $50.00 Groupon and $9.75 charged to my credit card.
