Review: I purchased a groupon for $25 worth $75 of Wall spirit. I placed my order online at Wall Spirit on October 10, 2013 and I have not received my products. I tried calling several times and unable to speak with anyone. Now I can't even find the website.Desired Settlement: I would like my products but if that can't happen, I definitely want a refund.

Review: I bought two Groupons earlier this year for $50 and was supposedly suppsed to get $300 worth of wall decals for it from WallSprit. My orders were placed on September 17, 2013. I had read online that they were having some issues with production AFTER the fact. I thought I would be patient and not pester them about it, at first. Around the 2nd of October, I started to get a little antsy. Through e-mail, I contacted them about my orders. They assured me that they were in production and would be sent out either the 3rd or 4th week of October. Shipping was to be expedited to overnight, so I thought I would have them by now. Today, I saw that they might be closed for business and my heart sank. I hope to goodness I'm not out $100+the $17.90 shipping I paid on both orders.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like to receive my decals and just get a refund on my shipping. However, if they are out of business, I can't see that happening. If they are unable to fill my order, I would like a full refund in the amount of $117.90 for the Groupon and my shipping.

Review: Placed order on 9/23/13. Company advertises that product will be shipped in 3-5 business days. It has now been more than 5 weeks and the items have not been delivered. I have contacted them by phone 4 times and left messages with customer service and no call has been returned. I have also emailed the company and again, no response.Desired Settlement: Refund shipping and full payment made.

Review: I ordered a wall stencil with rhinestones from this company over 2 months ago and they took $48.00 from my bank account and NEVER sent the product to my home. I have tried several times to contact them through emails and telephone messages but no one ever complies.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY IN THE AMOUNT OF $48.00 CREDITED BACK TO ME INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. Shame on HGTV and Ty Pennington for giving viewers the belief that they were a trustworthy company!

Review: I ordered 2 wall decals from this company on August 27th. The website indicated that it would take approximately 2 weeks to receive the product. I got a follow-up email indicating that there would be an additional delay. When the product had not arrived in a suitable length of time, I emailed customer service and was given a new date that the product would ship. Since it did not ship on this date, I emailed them again. I have been given another date. It has been over a month when it was originally claimed that the product would arrive in 2 weeks. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like the money paid for the groupon as well as the additional money paid to them, refunded back to my card.

Review: I placed an order with Wall Spirit through their website (Wallspirit.com) on October 14th. Two days later they charged my bank account for the full purchase price of $58.90. I received a confirmation email from them acknowledging the order. In the past two weeks I've tried to get a status update on my order, first by logging into the website (only to find that it no longer exists), then through a customer inquiry form online, then finally by leaving several voicemail messages to the customer service number that was provided in the confirmation email. All with no response.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back at this point. It can be refunded to my credit card number that was provided with the order, which is a bank debit card, or, a check in the full amount that was taken out of my bank.

Review: I placed an order 6 weeks ago still haven't received it. Stated on their website delivery was 3-4 days then received an email saying delivery was delayed would delayed by 2 weeks. Emailed them and received no response. Then called, and there is no one to talk to... you have to leave a message. They already charged me for the items without even shipping it first. I paid for a groupon and worth $75 and paid an additional 8.95 for shipping. My order ID is [redacted]. If it isn't received by Friday, I want a full refund plus my shipping cost and my groupon purchase .

Review: The delivery and business practices of this company are very unprofessional. I placed my wall decal order on September 29th, 2013 and still have not received my order. Although they say in their e-mail that orders are delayed in production by two weeks, they also emphasize that due to this issue USPS will deliver the order sooner. Even if production had been delayed by two weeks, I would not have to wait over a month for my order. I have also called 2 times, and e-mailed this company and have not received any response back. These sort of services make me think that this company is running a total scam.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered and refunded for this inconvenience.

Review: On 09/26/13 I purchased a $75 in merchandise for $25 Groupon for Wall Spirit. On 10/02/13 I placed an order for $79.90 in merchandise from Wall Spirit. I added the Groupon to the order and submitted it. When I checked my credit card account, the full $79.90 had been charged. On the same date, 10/02/13, I sent Wall Spirit an email expressing my concern that the $25 Groupon was not applied to my order. I received this response the same day: We can definitely go ahead and apply that Groupon. I just checked it and it was valid so we will be refunding $66.05, as you now have to pay the $8.95 shipping fee since your order is no longer over $65.00 once the discount coupon is applied. You should see this charge go back into your CC account within the next 7 days. Thanks so much, and have a great day!

As of today, there has been no correction to my credit and no emails or calls are being returned. I cannot even accress their website today. To make matters worse, on 10/03/13, I purchased another $25 Groupon for Wall Spirit, so I am now out $129.90.Desired Settlement: I want a total refund as I cannot see that I will ever receive my order. I have already requested that Groupon cancel the second coupon I purchased and will hopefully be able to cancel the original one after this is all resolved.

Review: I purchased an order with Wall Spirit on the 25th of May. I did not receive any kind of confirmation from them other than my receipt from Paypal. I waited 4 days, and still nothing. According to the Groupon I used, it said processing time would be a little longer. ( about 5-7 days)I waited a week before I had to send an email to customer service and see what was going on with my order. Another 5 days went by so then I posted on their Facebook page. Finally, I got an email the next day saying that they were processing my order but it wouldn't be ready for another 3 business days. I explained to them that I would not get it in time for its intended purpose and again, no response from them. Now its been almost 3 weeks. The sole reason for my order was my sister in law. She is giving birth and this was one of my gifts for the nursery. The wall decal won't be there in time now.Desired Settlement: I would not only like a refund for the shipping I paid, but I also would also like the decal that was intended for the nursery ( blue elephant )to be shipped ASAP directly to my Sister In Law. The address can be provided when requested.

regarding the delay in her shipment. All of our decals are made to order and

the success of a recent Groupon campaign has far exceeded our expectations, unfortunately

causing our production to fall behind schedule.

As per her request that was emailed to us on June 13th, both

decals were shipped on Friday, June 14th with expedited shipping via Fed Ex 2nd Day. One decal was shipped to North Carolina so

that it would arrive before the birth of her nephew. The tracking number for

this package is [redacted] and it was delivered on Tuesday, June 18th. The

other decal was shipped to Ms. [redacted]’s residence in Hawaii. This too was

delivered on June 18th. The

We understand that she was anticipating the arrival of both of

her items within a two-week period, which was compounded by the frustration of

not receiving an immediate response to her question. It is our utmost priority to ensure our

customers' satisfaction. We will issue a refund for the shipping charge of

$8.95.

Review: I first had troubles redeeming my groupon with wall spirit as the code did not work it took about one week to even speak to anybody. I ordered my decals on September 4,2013 and still have not received them it is November 5, 2013. I called about 4 weeks ago and they said they were about 2 weeks behind. I was told it should have been here 3 weeks ago. My daughter has been waiting for her decals and keeps asking about them. I also ordered decals to decorate a nursery and the baby is almost here. I have called numerous times and keep getting an answer machine and no one is calling back. I cannot even connect to right website now which seems to be down. Luckly I have your customer service number saved in my phone and left ANOTHER message today. What is going on I want my decals!!!My order number is [redacted] and I am patiently waiting.

Review: Placed order #[redacted] on September 9, 2013. Information provided at time of order stated 3-4 week delivery period. After 5 weeks and no shipment information, I began contacting the business both by phone and e-mail. As of today, November 1, 2013, more than 7 weeks after order placement, I have received no product, no shipping information, and no contact by "customer service". All inquiries have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: Please deliver order promptly or at least provide a response to let me know what's going on. In the alternative, provide a refund of the full amount paid for the groupon plus the amount paid for shipping the order.

Review: I originally ordered product in August via phone order. I had not received my items for weeks. I called and spoke to customer service on Oct. 7th. The woman told me that my order was on the desk of someone who had since left the company. She assured me that my order would ship by 1:00pm that day and promised to ship priority shipping and I would have it at a minimum of three days later. This has been 10 days ago. I have called customer service 4 times this week and asked for a call back with a status update. I have not even received a courtesy call. Since then, I have reviewed the Facebook page; only to find many other like experiences. I am very frustrated.Desired Settlement: I just want my product shipped. It is an accessory piece to another order; so I can't finish my project without it.

Review: Similar to all the others. The website and phone call auto attendant claim the products are shipped within 5-7 days and shipping is 2-3/3-5 days. Once you place the order the email confirmation states that orders are taking an additional 2 weeks due to "equipment failures". I placed my order on 9/11/2013. I emailed on 9/24 to check the status of my order and received no response. I called on 10/4 and a representative said I would receive my shipping confirmation by 10/11 because that was 4 weeks from the order date. I called on 10/15 and there is no answer on the customer service line it just goes straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and followed up with an email. There was no response to either. I tried calling again today and there is still no answer on their customer service line. I also emailed again today, still no response. Their other complaint responses state things like "we're sorry the customer didn't receive a response within a few hours"... how about within a month? Is that too much to ask? Today is over 5 weeks since I placed the order and I've received nothing but an order confirmation email. No shipping confirmation. No returned calls. No returned. No product.

Please also note that this company advertises themselves as Revdex.com Accredited on their site with a link to this Revdex.com office but they are not accredited.Desired Settlement: I've contacted Groupon and have no idea yet if they will issue a refund of the purchase price of the Groupon because it was marked as redeemed. I'd like a refund of every penny paid to Wall Spirit and/or some kind of response confirming when I will receive the products I purchased.

Review: I purchased 3 groupons for my place of employment and 2 groupons for my own personal use for Wall Spirit totaling $250.00. I placed orders using 4 of the 5 groupons on Oct. 18th in which shipping charges have been charged to my debit card and I have still not received my order. I attempted to contact Wall Spirit online but discovered that the company had been closed. I was not given any notification that the company had closed after I placed my orders nor was I given any money back in return. I still have 1 groupon that has not been used and I cannot place any further orders due to the company going out of business. On November 7th, I sent an email to customer service and I left a message on a recorder with my order numbers and have yet to receive a response. I still have not received the products and cannot place my last order even though it has been paid for.Desired Settlement: I expect either a full refund for the $250.00 in groupons along with the $35.80 in shipping charges that have been paid or the products that I have orderd to be shipped and a refund for the remaining $50 groupon that I have not been able to use.

Review: I purchased a Groupon and placed an order 9/18/13. I don't remember seeing a confirmations so I emaild to check status 9/26/13 at 4:02 pm and got a response same say at 4:20 pm. It said due to the overwhelmign response of the groupon and machinery failure they are behind and will expedite shipping and I should receive my product the end of October and I will get 40% my next purchase. Into the first week of November I emailed again and left a message. I can't find the website, so I am assuming they are no longer in business. Since I bought the Groupon, do I go after them for a refund?Desired Settlement: Of course, I would like the product I ordered, but a refund of my Groupon amount as well as shipping
