Review: On August 31st I ordered 2 wall decals, order number [redacted] from wall spirits web site. I received order confirmation email receipt that stated they were behind & give them extra 2 weeks to ship. Beginning of October I contacted them by email, where is my order? On October 7th they emailed it would be sent within the next 7 business days. When I didn't get a shipping email the next week I replied to their email & called them requesting cancellation of my order & a refund of my $80.94. The phone call does not give you contact with customer service reps, just lets you leave a message for them. I left another message & again no return call.

I had ordered in July(I believe) using a groupon I had purchased. That order was delayed, but they sent emails & a coupon, explaining delay. I ordered on August 31st using the coupon they gave me because of the delay on 1st order. I feel I've given them enough chances & they should refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $80.94. I no longer want the merchandise.

Review: I purchased an item (Order #[redacted] (placed on October 22, 2013 10:38:53 AM PDT)) and I expected delivery within 1 week. I call the number during business hours and no one picks up the phone (tel +[redacted]). I send an email to [email protected] and there is no response. The web page no longer exists. This is very troubling because I paid $68.85 for a product I don't have.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like to get the product and if Wall Spirit cannot fulfill my order, I would like for them to pay back the $68.85.

Review: I ordered wall decals from this company with a Groupon credit, expecting them to arrive within 4-7 business days. My credit card was charged for the balance between my order and the credit from Groupon, but my items were never delivered. Now, the company's website is down, their phone goes straight to voicemail, and I suspect they have taken my money and run.Desired Settlement: Please either deliver my order or refund my $52.24.

Review: I bought a groupon for wallspirit.com and I have placed an order for a wall decal and it said 5-7 business days. I have to pay additional $9 for shipping on top of the deal I had bought already.

I have called and emailed the company with obviously no response. I guess I am having the exact same issue as everyone else.

I would not be as upset as I am right now if someone would just respond to me or would have been honest with me.

This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend of mine and guess what her birthday was October 11, 2013 which obviously I had no gift for.

I placed an order a month ago. SO I guess the only thing I have left to do is dispute it with my CC company !!!

Your company is horrible and it was a shame because you have beautiful stuff and I was planning to buy several more things until this happened

I placed an order 6 weeks ago still haven't received it . Stated on their website delivery was 3-4 days then received an email saying delivery was delayed would be a couple weeks. Emailed them no response. When you call there's no one to talk to you have to leave a message. Someone finally called and said I'm sorry we are behind shipments are taking a month, well a month was two weeks ago and still nothing. They already charged me for the items without even shipping it first. They even charged shipping.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me my shipping cost and my groupon purchase of $50 dollars. They had a deal for $50 get $150 in product. I bought one of those groupons so I want that reimbursed on top of the shipping cost. They can keep their products.

Review: I placed my order on July 26, 2013. The order confirmation I have received stated 5-7 business days to process the order before it is shipped. It stated once the order was shipped I would receive an email confirmation. It has now been 10 business days and I have yet to receive any further confirmation of this order. I contacted the company by email and left a message by calling the customer service line on the companies website. I have not received a response to any of the contacts I have made to the company. I want the company to acknowledge my several attempts to contact them and the product in which I ordered to be delivered immediately.Desired Settlement: I would not only like a refund for the shipping I paid, but I also would also like the decal that was intended for a project I was completing to be shipped ASAP.

Review: Wall Spirit was running a Groupon in which the consumer paid $50.00 for $100.00 worth of Wall Spirit decals. We had purchased the Groupon and placed an order for over $100.00 of decals with Wall Spirit. We never received our products and are unable to contact Wall Spirit as their website has been down for several weeks now. Groupon was only able to refund us (via GrouponBucks) for the price of the Groupon ($50.00) but said we would have to contact Wall Spirit directly to refund the rest. Wall Spirit is "out of business" which means we have no way of contacting them and we are still have a net loss of $50.00. I, as well as my family, are extremely upset and have placed great trust in Wall Spirit as it was a Revdex.com accredited business and am very upset to have that trust broken.Desired Settlement: I need a refund from them because we did not receive our products and have had no indication that we will receive them in the future. Furthermore, I would appreciate contact from Wall Spirit with a formal apology for misleading their consumers and not delivering on products that have been paid for in advance.

Review: I ordered a Groupon on 8/4/2013 for Wallspirit. I had purchased my Wallspirit on 8/5/2013. I got an email stating that I would receive it in 2 weeks. I have yet to receive it, over a month now. I think this place is a complete scam. I have called and emailed this company several times. And of course no response! They are very unprofessional. They use the excuse that the Groupon promotion exceeded what they had thought. Well, as a customer that is not our problem. I could understand a week or so but over a month and without any communication from them, unreal.Desired Settlement: I would like my card to be debited back the full amount. At this point I could careless if I receive the product or not.

Review: I purchased a wall decal for my nursery on October 7th, 2013 and still haven't received the product I have purchased. I have sent two emails to this company weeks ago and have not gotten a response. I tried going on there website to gather information about any delays in production and was unable to access the site. It appears the site has been taken off the web. There phone number goes to voicemail. This company has not delivered the product I ordered and has not been responding to emails or phone calls. I would like my money returned to me or the item I purchased.Desired Settlement: I purchased a coupon from a site called " groupons" for $25, which was worth $75 towards any purchase towards wallspirit.com. Ithen orordered a wall decal that was in the amount of $144.95, with the discount (Discount By Coupon) of $75.00 the grand Total I paid to wallspirit.com was in the amount of $69.95. I would like the $69.95 returned to my account.

Review: I ordered my wall decals on 8/2/13 with an expected 5-7 day processing and 3-5 day delivery. After two weeks, I had to contact the business to find out where my order was. At that point, I was told they were behind in production, but my order would be out in another week with upgraded shipping as an apology. It has now been 3 additional weeks with no product, update, or refund, and it has been a total of five weeks since I placed my order and still have not received my product or any further updates. I contacted the business again as well as contacted Groupon where I purchased a deal to this company, and Wall Spirit did not return my call or Groupon's call.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money for the product and shipping costs back, and I still want my product delivered to me.

Review: my complaint is just like everyone elses. They state on their website product will ship in 5-7 buisness days. its been over a month no shipping and no response to multiple VM left for their customer services. No one ever picks up the phone and responds to email. They are over whelmed and short staffed. however they keep on posting groupon every week. Google them everyone has same complaint about shipping. I am sure this will bring them down. I have complained to groupon as well.they said they have received multiple complaints about them and working on taking actions. Please send my order my 8 yr old daugther is waiting for this decal.

Review: I purchased a Groupon for this company. I placed an order on 8/19/2013 and still haven't received it. Review: On September 6, 2013 I used a Groupon voucher I ordered $74 worth of product from the wallspiritshop.com website. The voucher advised I should sign out as a guest and then put in my promotion code. The voucher covered the complete price of the order except for $8.95 for shipping. I used my Paypal account to cover this cost. The confirmation page advised it would take 4-7 day for shipment. After about a month I contacted Wall Spirit about my product and only received voicemail. Using their website I also emailed Customer Service and received no response. I called and emailed them several times in the following days and received no response. Finally, a week ago I tried to go their website and it was not working. Some customers are saying the company is closed for good. I would just like to recover my shipping and handling cost from this company and hopefully Groupon will refund the money I spent on the voucher.Desired Settlement: I like to be refunded the $8.95 they took from me for shipping and handling.

Review: I purchased a groupon for Wall Spirit- $25 for $75 worth of merchandise on 9/23/13. I made my purchase from Wall Spirit on 9/24/13. I received an email for the shipping only, not the merchandise. I left a message with Wall Spirit on 10/11/13 for the status of my order. Employee indicated that my order would be shipped on 10/28/13. She also indicated she would send an email for verification. I did not receive an email. I have not received my merchandise. I was charged for the shipping. I have called several times since, and have not received a call back. I have submitted a complaint to Groupon as well.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the shipping cost and the groupon. They can keep their product.

Review: Been wating for the delivery of my ordered products. I was told that shipment will be delayed and I never received the products I ordered thru groupon.Desired Settlement: Just give back the money I paid for the products I never received.

Review: An order was placed on 9/25/13 with promise of delivery by 10/9/13 with an email with tracking numbers within a week of order to follow delivery progress. When the tracking number nor product did not arrive within two weeks and two days I attempted to contact the company to inquire about the delay. With every attempt to contact the company by phone with 877 number and local 618 number, I was rolled to a message to leave a number which would be returned "shortly." A representative did return a call when I was away from home the following Monday with instructions to again contact the non-service customer service representative. My eight return calls subsequently have been ignored. An email sent from the web site has not been acknowledged and an email to the support group has been unanswered. This was to have been a birthday surprise for a granddaughter's room remake. The birthday has passed. My VISA and groupon coupon have already been charged. I have read other complaints that some have waited months. If I'd known no delivery was possible for a long time, I would have selected another provider. At least the courtesy of a reply or explanation or email would have been good business practice.Desired Settlement: Maintain communication with your customers and send my product post haste.
