Review: I bought a Groupon voucher to order wall decor from Wall Spirit on their web site. There was a photo of Ty Pennington on their site, leading consumers to believe he approved of the business and it was legitimate. I place my order on Sept.2, 2013. In addition to the value of the Groupon I was charged $18.80. I received an email claiming that, due to equipment problems, orders were 2 weeks behind and they would be shipped Priority Mail as soon as they were processed. On Oct. 20 I emailed the company to check on the order and when it would be shipped. I never received a reply. I then called the company on Nov 2. and got an answering machine. I left my name, phone number, order number and reason for calling. After they didn't reply I emailed them again on Nov 3. I then contacted Groupon and asked if they had other complaints about Wall Spirit. I told them I would still like the items I ordered and asked if they could contact the company. They were also unable to contact Wall Spirit so they refunded the price I paid them for the voucher ($25). However I'm still out the extra money for the items I ordered. I believe this company was a scam and if there is any kind of class-action lawsuit against them I would gladly join it. I also hope there will be some action against the individuals that own/owned this business and a warning to consumers to avoid this business.Desired Settlement: I would still accept the merchandise I ordered but I don't think that will be an option. In that case I would like a refund, either in cash or to the credit card I used when ordering. Thank You.

Review: I placed an order with Wallspirit on 10/8/13, order # [redacted] totaling $93.80. I received an email from Wallspirit stating that due to the overwhelming orders, the order would not be able to be delivered as initially stated - 2-3 weeks. Because of this the company would upgrade my delivery to express delivery to make up for it. It is now 12/11/13 and still no delivery. I've called the company numerous times and the numbers just has a message stating that I've called a number not yet set up to receive calls. I am suppose to be able to track my order status online, but their website is gone. I used this company through a groupon I purchased in which I paid $25.00 for $75.00 worth of product. I paid with the groupon and the remaining amount with my card. They need to refund me the $25.00 I paid for their groupon as well as my $18.80 I paid to them in addition.Desired Settlement: Full refund on everything I spent on them, $25.00 for their groupon as well as the $18.80 I paid them in addition.

Review: I ordered two wall decals from Wall Spirit on October 15, 2013 (It is now November 4.) I, like many other customers here, initially purchased a voucher through Groupon and used that to cover part of the purchase. When I placed the order, I received an e-mail stating that normal delivery time is about two weeks, but to allow an extra two weeks due to mechanical and equipment issues. While technically that time has not passed, I tried to contact Wall Spirit multiple times in late October/early November to check on the status of my order after reading multiple other Revdex.com and Yelp complaints about customers not receiving their products. I've tried to access the web site multiple times on various devices, and every time it times out, cannot find the web page, etc. I have also called their 1-877 number twice and left messages alerting them that I would be contacting the credit card company and the Revdex.com if someone did not return my phone calls. It's been several days since I made those calls, and still no response and their web site is still inaccessible. I'm suspicious that the company many now be defunct, closing down without alerting any of their customers. If this is the case, since I still have not received the products and orders I paid for, I want a full refund, including shipping costs. I also plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company if it turns out the company is, indeed, out of business, and I will contact Groupon for a refund on the voucher, as well.Desired Settlement: I'm marking down that I would like a full refund (which seems most likely.) Ideally, however, I would like the products that I ordered and paid for, as well as a refund of the shipping charges. If that is not possible, due to the business shutting down, then I simply want a full refund.

Review: My concern is, it seems, the same as everyone else. I purchased a groupon, and purchased my wall decals on 09/24/13 with the promise of delivery within 2 weeks. I have emailed several times, and called with no response. I can't even get their website to open, so I don't even know if they are still in business at this point. I just bought a new home, and was really looking forward to having these decals as part of my decor, but I'm losing hope of ever seeing the decals, or my money returned.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $25, along with the refund of my $9 shipping.

Review: Purchased the Groupon deal for $25 for this company and used it to buy a wall decal on September 6, 2013. I received an email shortly after submitting my order that it would be delayed, there were no mention of this on the site prior to ordering, I find this to be very misleading. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my decals. They were supposed to be a farewell gift to a close friend, yet because of the delays I am no longer able to give it to them. I've already attempted to send emails and call the main office to see where my order is currently at since it's still "awaiting production" but I have not been able to reach anyone at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like my purchase to be delivered as soon as possible and to be refunded the cost of the Groupon and shipping for the inconvenience.

Review: I bought a Groupon for this company like a lot of other people here did. I ended up buying a huge wall decal for my living room on the 27th of September (I paid a little extra out of pocket). It is now the 29th of October and the last time I checked on the website, it still said that it was in production? The website has been down since two days ago so I haven't been able to check anything.

I have called and left messages on the 877 number they provide, no return call. I emailed them, no return email.

Groupon has given me my money back but I want the rest of it refunded. I have already opened a dispute with Paypal.Desired Settlement: I want the extra money I paid refunded to me for shipping - it was about 14 dollars or so for the remainder UNLESS the product is on its way.

Review: I ordered a product from this company on September 1, 2013. To date I had a couple emails that were nothing but excuses. Then recently no response to email, no answer to phone calls and no website any longer. I never received the product and I was charged for the product and additional for shipping and handling. I have done research and the company is said to have closed but It did not honor its obligations.Desired Settlement: Refund of money paid to the company.

Review: There are many issues with this company that I will not list here as everyone else already did. I need someone to contact me immediately. You had excuse the first time you told me it will take a month, the second time same thing, but no product takes 3 months to make - my order was placed at the beginning of August! There is no place for such horrible business practices in USA! Now the website is closed and email address is disabled so I have no way of contacting them! Review: I placed an order on September 6 with wall spirit after purchasing a Groupon I contacted wall spirit three weeks there after to find out the status of my order I was then told it was a backlog but it would be shipped by 10 October .It is now 22 October since 10 October I had been calling and emailing and have gotten no replies or answers .Desired Settlement: To be contacted and receive my order ASAP !

Review: I purchased a Groupon deal for Wall Spirit on Aug. 22nd ($50 Groupon deal for $150 at Wall Spirit). I redeemed the Groupon on August 29th and submitted an order with Wall Spirit for wall decals for my kids' bedrooms. My total purchase was $168.85, so Wall Spirit charged my credit card the overage of $18.85 on August 30th. I was told they were running behind on orders, but that I would receive my order within four weeks. After five weeks went by and I never received my order, I emailed and called the company. Of course you are only able to leave a voice mail message since no one ever answers the phone, and my call was returned several days later. They apoligized and sited equipment problems, as well as the high volume since the Groupon deal went out (which seems to be a running theme with the other complaints as well). I was told my order was set to be shipped on Thursday, October 10th, and that I was "upgraded" to priority shipping for free. It has been 11 days and I still have not received my order, which was supposed to be shipped 2-3 day priority. I have again emailed and called Wall Spirit and have received no response.Desired Settlement: It has been nearly 8 weeks since I placed my order, and want my order shipped ASAP with a refund of the $8.95 shipping charge. If I do not receive my order within a few days, I would like the $18.85 charge by Wall Spirit refunded and my Groupon purchase refunded.

Review: I placed my order with Wall Spirit on 09/16/2013 using a Groupon I had purchased just the day before. The email confirmation said I should receive my order within 5-7 business days and that I would get an email with tracking information once my order was shipped. Within 2 days I got an email from them saying that due to some major equipment failure, they were running behind schedule and that I should receive my order within 15 days. When I didn't receive anything until 10/12/2013, I called the customer service. They told me that they were still behind schedule and that my order was surely be shipped the week of 10/21/2013. They said they upgraded my shipping to Priority. On 11/12/2013, I tried calling them again but kept getting voicemail. I also tried to go their website but the web page would not open. With no response to my voicemail, I called up Groupon to find out what was going on. Groupon customer service said that Wall Spirit had gone out of business and they were kind enough to give me credit for the groupon amount. I also had to call up my bank to file a claim for the shipping charges that Wall Spirit had charged me 2 months back when I placed the order.Desired Settlement: Wall Spirit has gone out of Business. Expecting a refund from Groupon and my bank for Shipping charges.

Review: I ordered a Groupon on 9/20/2013 for Wallspirit and I purchased my Wallspirit product on the very same day; 9/20/2013. I got an email stating that I would receive it in 2 weeks. I have yet to receive it. I have called and emailed this company several times and received no response. I understand that the release of their very successful Groupon, compounded with machinery issues have caused items to be delayed. However, I am still requiring Wallspirit to send me my product. I am also requesting they credit my credit card for the shipping and processing fees incurred. I believe this is only fair as it has been over 50 days since I placed this order, and Wallspirit has not followed up with me, or any of their other customers.Desired Settlement: I am requesting Wallspirit uphold their end of the contract and send me my product. I would also like my card to be debited back the shipping and handling amount.

Review: On September 17, 2013, I used a Groupon to order a wall decal from Wall Spirit. I selected the product, used the Groupon, and paid the extra money, which was over and above the amount the Groupon covered. I received an email receipt for the product with the message that the product delivery might be delayed due to production issues. I have waited and been patient, but I finally emailed Groupon for help with the matter. I received this email in response:

While this solves part of the problem, I have not been refunded the additional $28.85 that I paid to Wall Spirit. I filed a dispute with Paypal for this, but it has been longer than 45 days since the payment was processed, so they will not help.

Review: My issues are the same as others I have been reading. I came to Wall Spirit through a purchase of a Groupon. I placed an order on 9/11/2013 and have not received anything yet. Called them several times and sent emails. Get the same story about equipment issues and them being overwhelmed with the Groupon orders. Now it appears the website is down which makes me have concern that they are now out of business. Called them just today to get an answering machine. Review: I will file a complaint with the long list of others. I orderd from this company on Sept 9th where I was told the product would be shipped in "5-7" days. Then I received an email stating they were 2 weeks behind.
