Review: I purchased a $25 Groupon for $50 of Wall Spirit murchandise. I then placed my order with Wall Spirit on 9/2/13, which came to $13.85. I received a notification from them saying that orders are usualy received 2 weeks after placing an order, but they recently had equipement failures and that it might be an additional 2 weeks and they would be upgrading all shipping to USPS Priority. I never received anything from them after that point. I left a voice message for them on 10/15/13 asking when I could expect to receive my order. I never received a call back from them, so this morning (10/23/13) I tried to go to their website to see if there was any other information. I then discovered that their website is no longer working; however, their groupon is still available for purchase and is listed at the top of the search page!Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or my items delivered; however, at this point I doubt either will happen.

Review: Ordered two decals in the beginning of September and after completing my order, I was informed it would be a delayed delivery by two weeks after the 5-7 day original product processing time. After several emails back and forth with customer (sales) service, I was informed that my order would go out shortly. Needless-to-say, they took the money out of my account the day after I placed the order and I never received my product. This was over two months ago now.Desired Settlement: Refund of my purchase.

Review: I am completely frustrated with this companyI placed an order with them on May 22, Per the confirmation email that I received, I expected my package to ship out on May 30th at the latestThe email states that packages normally ship out 4-days after the order is placedAs I placed my order the week before a holiday weekend, I gave it an extra day.I received no email letting me know that my package had shipped, so on May 31st, I called the company to find out if my package had shippedThe gentleman on the phone apologized for the delay and explained that because of the Groupon promotion, they had fallen behindHe told me that my package was set to ship out on June 5thI was a little annoyed, as this was not a small delay, but a large one, but I didn't make a big deal about itI was just happy to have a concrete shipping date.June 5th came and went and I received no email about my item being shippedThis time, I gave them more time and waited until June 11th to callOnce again, the customer service rep apologized and said that my item was set to ship out that dayAlso, because I had been told it would ship out on June 5th and that didn't happen, she would upgrade my shipping to 2nd Day shipping from ground shippingI check my email this morning and my item had finally shipped, but they shipped it ground shipping instead of 2nd DaySo instead of my item arriving on June or 14, it is estimated as arriving on June 17.This is absolutely ridiculousI've been patient, I feel, in dealing with the shipping delaysBy the time I actually receive the item, it will be almost a month since the order dateOn top of that, I've been lied to TWICE by their customer service about my order.I am very unhappy with this company, which is very unfortunate because their merchandise seems to be good products.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to issue me a refund for my orderI was one of the Groupon customers, so I paid $for the Goupon and $for shippingI would like a refund for both for a total of $

Review: I placed an order with Wall Spirit on May 5. Invoice Number: [redacted] I received an email confirmation of the order, but I have received nothing since. The item was meant as a birthday gift for my mother, who's birthday was the 20th. I emailed Wall Spirit, using their Contact Us page on their website, multiple times to check the status of my order and never received a response. Their customer service is SEVERELY LACKING. It is now the 28th and I still don't have my order. If, and when, I do receive the product, it will be too late for the purpose intended.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund of my shipping charges, as well as the $25 Groupon.I also feel this company needs to work on it's customer service and provide updates on the status of orders to it's customers on a regular basis.

It typically takes 4-5

business days to produce an order. After that, Fed Ex will

deliver in 3-5 business days. Unfortunately

we have fallen behind in our

production by more than a few days

due to a very successful Groupon

campaign. We honestly believed that we were prepared to handle

the extra demand that these types of campaigns produce. This

particular offer yielded much higher sales than we anticipated

and we were not able to meet some of our delivery obligations in

a timely manner. We also regret the apparent lack of

applied a full refund to Ms.

Review: I placed an order with Wall Spirit the beginning of October. It has not arrived yet. I called the company and left a message to no avail. I emailed the company to no avail. I believe their website was also taken down. The company said they had equipment failure and its products were delayed by about two weeks. It has been much longer with no communication.Desired Settlement: I would really like the product if the company is still in business, and would like to know if in fact it is coming.

Review: I place my order on August 29, 2013 and as of November 5, 2013 I have not received the product. I have one conformation email, advising me that I should receive the product within 4 weeks do to the delay from one of there equipment being down. I have left several voice mails with their customer service department and I have not received a call back. I have also sent an email to the company and still have not received any communication from the company. It seems like no one ever picks up the phone and responds to emails.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered. But if they can't I would like a full refund including the refund for the Groupon Coupon. I paid $25.00 for a $75.00 coupon and then paid $8.95 for the shipping.

Review: On 10/5/13 I placed an order on Groupon paid $50 for a credit toward $150.00 worth of merchandise. I then went to the Wall Spirit website and completed my order that totaled $159.90 not including $8.95 for S&H so I paid out an additional $18.85 via PayPal. I never received a confirmation email from the business which seemed strange to me but I was very excited about the product that I ordered and looked forward to my wall art. When I had not received my merchandise over 10 days later I began to worry so I called the phone number provided by the website over 4 times with no call back from them. I decide to wait another week because I knew that the response from the Groupon would probably have been great and wanted to give them just a little more time to be fair, although I don't understand how a business is expected to be successful when the customers are ignored especially after they have paid the money! One email and 7 calls later still no merchandise and no response. I have just redecorated my living room and the wall art would have fit perfectly. I am so disappointed about this transaction.Desired Settlement: If this company cannot delivery the goods to my home by November 15th I want my order cancelled and I want a full return of my money spent including the Groupon paid $50 as well as the $18.85 paid by Paypal.

Review: As I've seen in prior complaints, I have not received the products that I ordered on 9-22-13. I've called several times and left messages each time with no returned calls. I also can no longer pull up their Website which leads me to think that they may have closed their doors and left me hanging. I have another Groupon to use with this business but am afraid that I may have wasted my money. I just wanted my house finished before my 11-17 birthday!Desired Settlement: I just want what I ordered...I'm not asking for any money but if they did close,I would want to contact Groupon to receive my money back.

Review: I placed an order through the Wallspirit website on SEPTEMBER 3, 2013. I received an email saying, "Thank you for your order from Wall Spirit. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You typically will receive your merchandise within 2 weeks after your order has been placed (5-7 business days for processing, then 3-5 business days for shipping).

IMPORTANT: Due to recent equipment failures, we are running behind in production by 2 additional weeks. We sincerely apologize for this delay and are working diligently to catch up as soon as possible. Because of this delay we are upgrading all shipping to USPS Priority (2-3 business days). Customers within the U.S. will receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail so that they can trace their order online under www.usps.com. We thank you for your patience."

Fine. One month later (OCTOBER 5, 2013) and there was still no correspondence. I emailed them saying, "I know you are running behind, but my order (placed on September 3 - over a month ago) still says "Waiting for Production." Can you give me any better of an idea as to when we will receive our order? Any update?"

They responded on OCTOBER 7, 2013 with, "Hello [redacted]r, We truly apologize for the long delay. We sent an e-mail, as well as put a disclaimer on receipts explaining the delay that essentially states - We are so sorry for this long delay. We've gone ahead and looked into the status of your order, and typically it does only take 2 weeks from the time you place your order for it to arrive at your door, however, with the recent success of our Groupon campaign, coupled with some malfunctioning equipment in shipping, we have fallen about a 2-3 weeks behind schedule, and we sincerely apologize for that. As of now, it appears your order is in production and is scheduled to be shipped out around the 2nd-3rd week of October, and we are expediting the shipping to 1-3 day priority to help make up for the delay. We have also created a 40% off discount code, SPIRIT4TY, which is valid up to New Year’s Eve, so that orders can be placed after you finally receive yours, and we completely understand the hesitancy to order again, but this order wouldn't take nearly as long. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused you as we know you've been waiting patiently, and we thank you so much for your patience. Have a great day.

As of Monday, OCTOBER 28, 2013 I still had not received my order. Their website, www.wallspirit.com, does not seem to be in existence anymore and my phone calls and messages left seem to fall on deaf ears. Then, I received an email from Groupon, after contacting them with this problem and they confirmed what I had suspected, that Wall Spirit had gone out of business. Groupon refunded me their portion of the sale but I need to be refunded my $23.90 from Wall Spirit, as well. I emailed them on Monday explaining this and have heard nothing back from them. I am extremely disappointed by their lack of communication and honesty. No wonder they've gone out of business.

I would so much appreciate your help in refunding my money.

Review: My problem is just like everyone else. I order three wall decals on their website on Sep 2nd. But it's about 2 months until now, I haven't received the products. Review: I purchased a Groupon for $50, that could be redeemed for $150 worth of wall decals from this company.

I redeemed the Groupon on 10/11/13, and paid $43.85 more since I decided to purchase a second wall decal ( the $150 only covered the amount of one large wall decal ) and my order was processed and $43.85 was charged to my credit card. I received and email from Wall Spirit that due to an equipment failure, it would take an extra 2-3 weeks to process my order. Fine. That didn't seem unreasonable, but now it is the first of December and I still haven't received my wall decals. I tried to contact Wall Spirit Customer service, via their website, only, the website isn't working. I then did a search online and discovered that other customers had the same problem as I, and it appears that Wall Spirit has gone out of business !

I have contacted Groupon and am awaiting a refund from them. I also spoke with my credit card company and have requested a refund of the $43.85.Desired Settlement: What I want from Wall Spirit is an apology for not informing me that they would not be fulfilling my order.

Review: On 10/13/2013 I received confirmation of order #[redacted] for several items totaling $147.85 not including shipping of $8.95. This purchase was made using a Groupon promotion advertised by WallSpirit.com Along with the confirmation was an explanation of recent equipment failures and delays in shipping. It has been over 30 days since I've received the email and still have not received the merchandise I purchased. I've attempted to follow the instructions in the email and have tried the company website, emailed customer service and called customer service and left a voice mail. The website doesn't appear to exist and I am unable to check the status of my order. Customer service has not returned my email, nor have they returned my call.

I have notified Groupon and their customer service has already replied to my inquiry about the Groupon purchase. I would like Wallspirit to ship my delivery and refund my shipping immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order delivered and shipping charges refunded.

Review: I ordered over $200 worth of wall decals from Wall Spirit through the Groupon discount. I ordered the product Sept 19th, 2013. I still have not received any decals. I emailed them back in mid Oct 2013 and they responded that they would be shipping them to me ASAP. It is now Nov 12th and I have not received any products. I have emailed them again and received NO response. I emailed Groupon with the complaint as well.Desired Settlement: I just want what I ordered. They stated on website a 5-7 day delivery. This is false advertisement and it seems that I am not the only person who has had this problem. I would like my order delivered and my shipping fees reimbursed.

Review: On Sept. 20th I ordered product from Wall Spirits using a groupon. They said they were having issues and were two weeks behind in filling orders. I have given them well over a month and still have not received my product. Now it seems their website is gone so I can't even try to trace my order. I am seeing a lot of complaints against them. Review: Bought a groupon from this supplier. The supplier accepted my order and also charged my credit card for additional payment.
