Review: I purchased a product(Wall Decal) from Wall Spirit on July 23, 2013. The product has yet to be delievered to my resident. I have called them several times, and although the recording says that the call may be monitored you are directed to leave a message for someone to call you back. I have called on different days and hours, the the recording remains the same. In two weeks the order would have now been delayed for 2 months!!!!!! My payment for them product was removed from my account back in July on that same day. As you can see it did not take 2 months for Wall Spirit to recieve my payment. It's a shame that this company that is assoicated with a well known home designer had terrible creditbility. I was waiting for the decal to decorate my newly born baby's room he is now 6 months with nothing on the wall. A tracking number was not supplied to me by the company. I was fortunate to have this order paid by PayPal which supplied me with a reciept of payment to Wall Spirit.Desired Settlement: I would like my decal that I ordered expressed shipping paid by Wall Spirit and my refund back including the shipping and tax I paid for this decal.

Review: I ordered a wall sticker from wall spirit on 9/21/2013. It is now 10/28/2013 and still have yet to receive what I have ordered. I have emailed several times and called to talk to a customer service representative. I have not received an email back, nor has any one called me back. I understand that there was an issue with the machinery but it has been over a month. I purchased a groupon and now there website is down I have not received what I ordered nor am I able to use the rest of my groupon. I am very unsatisfied with the way this has been handled.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the shipping that I have paid for, and if they are not able to make my product then I want the money back that I used to purchase a groupon for their store.

Review: I placed order #[redacted] on 10/19/13. I received an email confirmation of the order with a note saying production is delayed by two weeks. I have tried to get ahold of the business for status and an up date, but there web site is not working, no one is answering their phone, and now Internet sources are saying the company is a scam and closed.Desired Settlement: I want the products I ordered and a refund. I paid for the products partially with a groupon and the rest in earnest money.

Review: I ordered items from Wall Spirit 2 months ago and their website said items would be shipped in 5-8 business day and to expect delivery within 2-3 weeks, after waiting a month I had not heard that the items had been shipped. At that time I contacted their customer support and was told my items would ship by the 3 week of October and would receive 1 day shipping to make up for the problem, now almost 3 weeks later I still have not seen my items or received any communication that they have shipped and it appears that the company has disappeared! At this time I would like a full refund from the company including the amount I spent on the Groupon used. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They do not even respond to emails sent to their customer support.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the Groupon, the extra amount I paid over the value of the Groupon and the amount I paid in shipping. I would be fine with it either returned to my credit card or a check sent to me over night.

Review: I ordered a wall decal on July 23, 2013. According to their website and their customer service representative your decal should be delivered within 2 weeks of your order date. When I didn't receive my decal after 3 1/2 weeks I emailed them and was told on August 19, 2013 that my order would be shipped that week with 1-3 priority shipping. It is now September 3rd and I have not received any shipping notification or a response to my most recent email on September 1st. I know they stated that they were 2-3 weeks behind schedule, but it has been 6 weeks since I placed my order! I ordered the decal for my baby's nursery and now I will not have it before she is born.Desired Settlement: I still want my decal, but believe that due to the unreasonable delay in delivering it that some of what I paid for shipping and/or the decal should be refunded.

Review: After purchasing a Groupon for this company, I proceeded to the website and ordered my item paying extra to cover the cost of the item selected and shipping charges. I waited patiently and after a month decided to contact the company to inquire about my order. When I typed in the web address, I was directed to a page advertising the sale of that web domain. I could not find any information about the business from Groupon other than the web address. From my bank statement, I called the phone number listed with my charge and was connected to what sounded like a private, nondescript message service. I left my name and call back number but have had no response. I am still waiting for Groupon's response to my complaint and refund request.

Review: This company has already charged my credit account for my order. So you think I should have received my order already. This Monday November 4, 2013 will be 8 weeks since I made my perches online with Wall Spirit. I have sent many emails and phones calls which go straight to voice mail, and I have received no answers to my messages either by phone or email. I feel like this company has taken my money and ran with it. In their defense they did send an email stating that they had a huge machine malfunction and a lot of order backed up due to this. They state that normal orders take 2 weeks to send out and that an additional 2 weeks will be added to that cause of the malfunction. So 4 weeks total should have been the time my order was delivered. Now its going on 8 weeks and no response from Wall Spirit. To top it off their website has been down for a week now so I can’t check on anything anymore. I feel ripped off. My wife and I are expecting our first baby girl in mid December. I would love to finish the nursery and the decals from Wall Spirit were a perfect fit. I would love to just get what I paid for.

Review: I placed an order with Wall Spirit in September 2013. I was in contact with the company in early-mid October and they said my order would arrive by the third week in October. I never received my order so I emailed again and they have not responded. Now it has been almost 8 weeks since I placed my order.Desired Settlement: I would like either my order to be delivered or to receive some sort of refund for the $150 worth of items I purchased.

Review: Made on-line purchase. My ccard was charged and no product was ever shipped. Website has been taken down and I have left a phone message every day for 3 weeks, all unanswered and no reply to my emails either.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded.

Review: I purchased a Groupon on September 8 and made a purchase later that day. In my confirmation email I was informed that it would take 4 weeks to deliver the product due to recent equipment failures. It is now October 26, 7 weeks later, and I have not received any further communication about my order status. I was unable to log in to my account and the “forgot password” link did not work. The website is now offline and I fear that they have taken my money and I will not receive my product.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of shipping charges and for the wall decal I ordered to be delivered within 7 business days.

Review: Sent money via credit card with my order Oct. 1 for a birthday gift on Nov. 3rd and recieved an authorization number. Website says will ship within a certain time and has not. No email confirmation with a tracking number as promised. Called customer service phone number and get just a recording promising a call back. This happened 3 times and still no call back. I actually called one time and their customer service number rang for almost 3 minutes with no answer before I hung up. I have sent emails and again, no response!Desired Settlement: If this order will not be completed as promised on time, please contact me as I would like a refund. It's too bad because this was a perfect gift for this person! I'm so disappointed...

Review: On September 6th of 2013 I placed an order with Wall Spirit for a product that would help decorate my 6 year old little girl's bedroom. I have heard nothing from them since and not received the item. I have called them. I have sent them e-mails. I have heard nothing in response to this. To be honest, at this point, I reckon this whole thing may be a scam. I certainly have no evidence to the contrary.Desired Settlement: At this point I think they should gratis my order. I would ask for a refund (and cancellation), however my daughter is so looking forward to her stickers.

I have yet to receive the order; so I requested a refund with Groupon today for the $50 purchase, which was approved. I have called Wall Spirit several times over the last few weeks to check on the shipping status of my order, which I did not receive a confirmation for, because my calls went unanswered and unreturned. When I called to request a refund for the purchase, my call was again unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like Wall Spirit to refund the $18.85 balance from the total purchase price to the credit card I paid with.

Review: I placed an order 6 weeks ago still haven't received it. Stated on their website delivery was 3-4 days then received an email saying delivery was delayed would be a couple weeks. Emailed them no response. When you call there's no one to talk to you have to leave a message. Someone finally called and said I'm sorry we are behind shipments are taking a month well a month was two weeks ago and still nothing. They already charged me for the items without even shipping it first.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me my shipping cost and my groupon purchase of $75 dollars. They had a deal for $25 get $75 in product and for $50 get $150 in product. I bought both of those groupons so I want that reimbursed on top of the shipping cost. They can keep their products.

Review: Add me to the long list of complaints! I placed my order on October 2, 2013. I received an order confirmation stating that I would receive my order within 4 weeks (typical shipping time of 2 weeks, plus additional 2 weeks due to equipment failures that caused production delays). I have yet to receive my order, and an email and two voice mails to the company have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I just want my decals! However, if the company is unable to manufacture the decals, I request a refund of $43.85 (the cost of my groupon of $25 plus additional cost, including delivery, $18.85 paid directly to the company).

Review: I purchased wall decals from this business on September 13th 2013. I contacted the business via email on September 29, 2013 and I on September 30, 2013 was advised via email there was a delay in shipping and it would take an addional two weeks and that my order was scheduled to go out during the thrid week in October. On October 30, 2013 (the fourth week in October) I emailed again asking for a refund. I have not received a response as of this time nor have I received the product that was paid for.Desired Settlement: Since I did not receive the product, I would like a full refund.
