Dear *** ***, (Account Holder: *** *** - Customer
ID # ***),
I sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience associated with this account
In regard to this matter, for the security of our customers,
and in accordance to Intellectual Property rules and regulations, we do not
accept any change of account information via email, or over the phone,
especially from a non account holderThis information must be, and was previously described to you, as having to be updated
within the Control Panel of the accountIf you want to change a Personal
account to a Company account, that change must be processed by filling out and
sending in the Change Form, which by the Case History, I can see has been provided
to you in the pastIf for some reason you cannot gain access to the account
with your ID number and password, the Change Form must be used for that as
well
(Due to changes associated with Intellectual Property rules
and regulations, December of agents were able to update the email address
for an account, if enough points of verification were provided.)
Our records indicate that we have not received any payment
from under this account since 11/20/13, which was in the amount of $
Prior to that, all services were activeThe credit card information listed
under this account expired in February of There was a payment of $
that was due on 2/18/14, which was never processedMultiple emails and phone
calls were made in order to inform the account holder of this declined payment,
with no credit card update having ever taken place, and no contact made to us as
wellDue to this payment being overdue for 8+ months, this account was
canceled within our system on 12/2/
That being said, the domain: *** is still
registered under the name of *** ***, up until 2/15/Currently, if ***
wishes to transfer the domain to another provider, this is an action that he as
the domain owner would have to initiate from the domain registrar of his
choice, while it is still registered under his name.
As a courtesy, we have pulled and waived the outstanding
balance that was due under this account
Once more, we apologize for any inconvenience that has been
caused here
Thank you

- I requested by phone solving the non-performance and all answers were misrepresentations
- I faxes to the numbers shown in *** for the corporate offices and the faxes were undelivered

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this
response because the invoice number linked to my account was listed in my
complaint.Their response is too
vague, leaving the impression that my identity or the charge in question is not
quite clearAgain, the customer ID #
listed in their Notice of Outstanding Balance letter is K*** and the
invoice # is ***.I would consider this
issue closed if I receive a letter stating that my account is closed with a
ZERO balance
Thank you,
Regards,
*** ***

I signup for a web hosting package When I went to park my domain I had to switch ownership to ! and hosting I did not want to host with them and get a full refund I was told I would get that Then I received an email saying that my contract has been re-activated and have not received my refund

1andowes me a refund from a former dispute, which the refuse to apply to my accountInstead, they have resorted to renewing my domains BEFORE their actual renewal dates and at HIGHER premiums than were originally agreed upon based on promotion at the time I purchased my domainsI had sent them a payment via *** *** which they did NOT apply to my account After a lengthy dispute, the offered to match the sum of that payment that was rendered, along with an additional free year of domain registrationi.emeaning I would not need to pay anything for atleast yearsOnce Revdex.com was no longer in the midst of the negotiation, 1andrecanted on it's agreement Out of frustration I tried to go along with them as it's time consuming to switch Domain host and parking entities, but their tactics only got worst
At this time I am being told that my domain account is in collectionI would like 1andto provide to be a SUCCINCT breakdown of their current bill, how my credits and pay

& Internet started billing me in Feb And first and only correspondence started with telling me I was delinquent for a supposed invoice dated 1/25/ I NEVER have done ANY business with this company Finally I sent them a letter dated 3/6/after they threatened to send to collection agency, in which I told them I had never done business with them and have never received an original invoice either So, in that letter, I asked if they would send me that original invoice Never happened Instead, what I received recently was a letter from Central Credit Services LLC 1&ignored my request for an invoice and instead sent my "account" over to collection

I am reporting a severely fraudulent company for the following reasons:
Their website has no access to help besides an outdated help page, no contact emails, phone numbers wile logged into accounts I transferred my domain to this hosting provider they supposedly sent out a confirmation letter to the email address to verify my email to my account as required by ICANN but I have yet to receive any letter I had to search through *** to find their *** number which is supposedly for support when I called the company and said why isn't my host up they told me it was because I didn't confirm so I asked if they could send out another E-mail the rep told me they will send out a new one and it should take up to hours for me to receive the E-mail it has been over hours now and still no sign of the email in my inbox or spam mail box also I ordered the 1andlocal listings program and the page to cancel the item was grayed out and uncheckable and there's a message saying I need to

I signed up for webhosting in December I struggled setting up my website for months 1andCustomer service ignored most of my emails and when they did respond, the help was minimal and there was no followup Finally, after months of paying for poor service, I decided to cancel the hosting The "Cancel Contract" button within my account does nothing The "Status of your cancelations" page shows "no current cancelations." I was, however, able to click off the "automatic renewal." When I did so, I started receiving solicitation emails from other companies, so obviously they sold my information to third parties without my permission When I called their customer service number, the attendent told me that there was a minimum 12-month contract and that it's impossible to cancel I was not aware of this at the time I signed up or anytime during the past months I wasted my money with this company and I just want out of the contract

This company offers a domain hosting for low price, afterwards they started four new unauthorized reoccurring payments through my *** accountThis company has fraudulently taken over $dollars out of my account and they hang up on me everything call them about these charges

Dear *** *** (Customer ID # ***),
I sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience associated with the billing attempts and lack of customer service
that you had received
In regard to the voicemail that I left, this confirms that the
account in question has been canceled, and we are waiving the balance of $
($+ $late fee) from under this account
As a company, we do not accept or issue checks as a form of
payment or refund issuedYour check will not be processed, and as a security
measure, it will be shredded so that your banking information is not
compromisedAlso, paper statements are not typically sent to our customers, unless an outstanding balance has been due for an extended amount of timeAt that point, the paper notification simply serves as a reminder for the initial emailed invoice, and balances of $or lower are not handed to a Collections Team
That being said, I am very sorry if the service that you had
received from any of our agents was less than satisfactory, and I will bring
this to the attention of our Quality Assurance Team, so that we can hopefully
avoid any issues associated with this in the future, for any and all customers
Along with that, per your request, I have had you added to our Do Not Contact
list
Moving forward, you will not be billed or invoiced, since
this account is no longer active
Once more, we apologize for any inconvenience that has been
caused here
Thank you

I originally signed up for a website about a year and a half agoIt was part of a final project for a business course I was takingI only needed the website for a few months and cancelled my service within a few monthsThe orignal terms were for a year long subscriptionI never received any more communications or bills from the service after cancellingToday I received a collections letter from *** *** *** *** stating that I owed them $I would like to report 1&Internet for fraud as I canceled my service before my subscription had ended, never received any sort of communications stating that I was being rebilled, have not used their services in well over a year, and they sold this fake debt to a collector

I successfully transferred out my domains with 1and1.com to *** domains on Dec 27th, 2015, yet I have been charged for this product/service no longer with 1and1.com
Events:
- On Feb 17,I received a notification email from Sebastian G*** (Head of Customer Service) that I would be charged for the domain (that had already been transferred out to *** domain services on Dec 27th, 2015)
-On Feb 17, I called 1and1.com and notified them that I had received an email stating that I would be charged for the domainThe agent assured me that it was a system error and had logged a case and I would not in fact be charged for the domain(case reference number ***)
- On Feb 18, I got changed $for the domain that is no longer operated by 1&internet had no authority to charge for
- On Feb 19, I got a email signed by Sebastian G*** (Head of Customer Service) stating my case had been resolved

This company is awfulI cancelled my account with them because of an unauthorized chargeI tried to get a refund, and they refused

I was targeted after buying a discounted promotional offer for a domain nameA sales rep called immediately after purchase to upsell me on additional services which I never verbally agreed to
After seeing the charges the next day I contacted 1&to dispute and remove additional unauthorized charges and services
They never responded or refunded money
I had to dispute with *** to get my money backI was charged multiple times for random amounts
After winning the *** dispute I was threatened by 1&to pay the money they lost in the dispute or they would confiscate my domain name
My business domain name was locked after paying a developer $to build the site which had trademarks and logos which would only work for the specific domain name
1&has threatened to send my account to third party collections for winning a *** dispute for unauthorized charges
1&has also failed to produce verifiable verbal recordings of my agreeing to any upsell servi

I canceled my auto-renew back on August 12, before my account was up for renewal and I got a confirmation email for itI called 1&Internet, Inc and told them to close my accountI was told that they'll close itI got a email from them asking me to pay because my account was past dueI called them and they told me the same thing that they will cancel it and make my balance $and I got a confirmation email that my services were cancelledMid October, I got a call from a collection agency on behalf of 1&Internet IncAnd I told them I dispute it and I called 1&Internet IncI spoke to Michelle from the billing department and she said that the account was closed and that they will retract the collection request and that my account is balance $ Michelle also verified that there was no other account at 1&internet under my nameShe also sent me an email with a ticket number and in that email is a message stating the following:

**Today, October 28,2016, I got a collection letter in the mail asking for $as of 10/20/(I disputed it before this date)**
This is the worst company I have ever been a client ofNot only are they harassing and threatening me with collection, they are wasting my time

Got hit with the $PHP scam these guys are doing Asked for a refund, and was given a runaround for over a year They will say *** will not accept their payment, then when I send a request for payment form ***, they say they cannot use *** and need a credit card I said I wasn’t going to give them my creditcard number because all they will do is take more money out of my account and asked them to send a check Which they replied they cannot do
This a scam There’s a lot of other complaining of the same scam * *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** * ***

Dear *** ***,
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience associated with attempting
to purchase the domain: ***
As per our conversation earlier, the $charge was a test
charge through the bank/card provider, which sometimes occurs through the
credit card information having been entered, even without an active account
having been successfully set upThe test charge is reversed automatically in
their system
Once you have activated the domain under a new account with
our Sales Team later today, I will watch the account for you, in order to
refund the registration fee due to the inconvenience caused by this
Once more, we apologize for what has happened here, and will
clear this matter up for youThank you

Facts:

This company has continuously had issues with billing my prepaid debit card, which I use to prevent fraudulent withdrawals from my bank account They will send me an email stating that they cannot bill the card and asking me to update my payment details When I login and make sure that the card is correct, I can see in my online account for the debit card that they do a $authorization for the card This tells me that they indeed do have the card information correct The account ALWAYS has enough money to cover their charges
I never see that they attempt to charge the card for charges, and then I get another email telling me that they can't charge the card I login once again and complete the process once again
This week, they cancelled a domain and website that I have for a client and then subsequently CHARGED the debit card for the amount that they said that they could not charge My client's website and domain are gone I called *customer service* and was told tha
