The notification that you had received from one of my
colleagues stating that you would not be receiving a refund, was in reference
to an outstanding balance which we had cleared for you under Customer ID #***
This is one of the accounts that you had previously requested to be canceled,
which we did for you, along with waiving the open debtYou will see from my
initial response to your complaint, that I informed you the refund of $

I received two notices of outstanding balance from this business, but I am not a customer with them, nor have I ever used their services before

I am a year old boyI have never heard of your companyI recieved a call from a collection agency for money to pay you for an address i've never heard ofPlease help

Upon the upcoming renewal of a year hosting package which also included my domain name registration "***" which was not my first hosting/domain included package with and 1, I called them to purchase a new year package in the same fashion I had done before rather than continue with with the current as it's more economical but involves a bit of extra work on my part and my uploaded content and emails do not transfer to the new package, all understood by both parties
I was provided a confirmed price of for the new package and provided a confirmation # and following emails clarified the price of the package that was agreed upon in addition to notification that my previous package was cancelled and my domain name noted above was being transferred to my new package all with no mention of additional pricing as it was included in the noted above price - Package implemented and domain transferred fine and I uploaded content and recreated preexisting emails, etc

I'm at my wit's end with this internet service providerI've used numerous domain name hosts in the past but this 1&takes the cake with their difficult-to-navigate website and impossible-to-cancel subscription plansI've cancelled any business with this provider for years now, numerous times at that, but I still receive payment due notices from them to my email
What prompted this complaint was that months ago I tried, again, to navigate their webpage and cancel my already thrice-cancelled service after they sent yet another emailI couldn't access the cancellation page because the website crashed whenever that page was loaded (some error on their end)So I sent another email explaining that I haven't been their customer for years, and haven't used any of their products since that one fateful day I decided to try their servicesA few days ago, they sent another email requesting payment and threatening to forward to collections should the payment not be received

We signed up for hosting and Wordpress on 1and1.comAs soon as we did, we realized they have horrible customer service (on hold forever, untrained people in different countries who don't know what they are doing)So we waited the days we needed before switching to another companySince switching, 1andInternet has repeatedly tried to charge the account for the services we cancelled - REPEATEDLYWe have called them times to cancel the service and were told that it was done, but they keep trying to charge the credit card on the account (Lisa D***)They are HORRIBLE - this has been going on month after month for over months!

On Wednesday 6/15/I attempted to purchase a registered domain name with this 1&companyThe was deducted from my debit card accountI contacted their customer services to see why I'm not registered yet, and a CSR told me to give it hours for the transaction to come throughI waited hours and contacted the company again, I was told to SCREENSHOOT the transaction and send it in a email to support divisionI did thatand now I keep getting emails from this company calling me by the wrong person's namestating to send the my billing info, my email info, etcI've done that and they still have not refunded my money's that's been deductedand today is I have also sent a FBI stolen identity alert because 1&is replying to me with weird names, alerting me that someone else's name is on my email account

I transferred our registration to 1&and then months later transferred our hosting which included year of registration - meaning that our domain should be renewed next JANUARY I have spent at least two hours trying to get your billing people to cease threatening to bill us for the priginal registration This is truly an unproductive waste of my time This has to stop
I am very uncomfortable with you having my CC info as I AM 100% certain I'll get billed for the domain registration shortly

1&made billing charges up to $59/month on my $10/mo plan by adding hidden services that I didn't need or sign up forThe reliability is so bad that I tried to transfer domains, because of server downtimeThe DNS settings wouldn't update causing site crashes and overall a nightmareThis effectively holds your domains hostageCustomer service made it almost impossible to switch
Additionally, after offering to help, they continued charging my card for servicesI have repeatedly tried to cancel my account but it never seems to happen: they ask me to call them and go through a lengthy process, but this has yet to solve anything

I received a bill for unknown sevicesThey are threatening collections

I cancelled services and they continued to bill me for them after multiple phone calls and emails

our built in security/verification system caught an invalid phone number that

number, and as such, our system did not, and will not allow for the account to
be fully activatedDue to this process, you also were not able to complete an
online cancellation, and instead received the “Internal Error 500”
message on your browser, since there was no physical account to cancel

They placed my account into collection and put the account on hold without notificationThe only notification I received is that my domain was about to and then expiredWhen attempting to pay the bill with the number listed on the site, I was referred to a collection agencyI could not even access the account information to updated the payment methods
