I have email from them stating papers would be file on next day They did not file until I threat on April *** of stop payment and report to Revdex.com Third, they missed one Partner name in the filling, and did stopped replying emails till yesterday, April **, Again yesterday when I wrote of stop payment and further action for not filling complete papers, then I receive a response that they will correct the papers yesterday which they have NOT yet.Lastly on their Website they advertise Revdex.com ranking A+ while checking the Revdex.com database their ranking is B, not A+It is a misleading statement, as the above response is misleading and inaccurate

Per the client's acceptance, we have issued a full refund for the payroll in the amount of $500, a full refund for the additional partner return in the amount of $and a 75% refund for the client's tax package in the amount of $on 5/**/ The client will see these credits back onto his credit card in the next 3-business days We do appreciate your assistance and the client's patience regarding this matter

We have reviewed the client's file, and have determined that we are willing to offer a 50% refund This decision is based on the fact that we completed the client's first quarter of bookkeeping but needed one piece of additional information from the client but since there was a delay in the

We did the online filing which is what I detailed in our previous response therefore the services were rendered Once we did the online filing, we sent the client copies of the corporate documents Refunding the client would equate to providing free services that were already provided

We categorically reject the request to put this complaint on hold. Accountant was notified of the late *** filing/payment as well as the withholding issues on February *. The ** state filing was requested on February **, February **, and February ** but not provided. Accountant was informed on February ** that we contacted the state and learned that this form had not been filed We have not heard from Accountant since February *** In summary, Accountant has been "working" on these issues for weeks with little progress and no urgency. We are unable to hire another payroll provider because of the issues Accountant created and will not fix in a timely manner. *** and *** have turned down our business and requested we get Accountant to rectify these issues Our employees have gone without pay since February and will have to wait at least several more weeks for a pay check In addition, the probability of missing more filings is increasing the longer we go without a payroll provider. We have reviewed the client's account and we sent the client a refund offer today via email offering a 50% refund for her tax package in the amount of $and a full refund for her quarterly estimated tax payments in the amount of $ This decision was based on the fact that the client

We have reviewed the client’s file and have determined thathe is ineligible for a refund. Ourrecords show that the client purchased prepared incorporation documents, theretrieval of an EIN from the IRS as well as online filing of his corporatedocuments all of which we completed.
Ourrecords show that we prepared the client’s corporate documents ($39) and filedthem online ($100) which resulted in the client’s business being registered on2/**/2015. We also obtained the client’sEIN ($39) and emailed him a copy of his EIN and the prepared corporatedocuments on 2/**/2015. Also please notethat the client did not pay $for expedited services, that fee was for usfiling his corporate documents online which we did. Based on this, the client is no longereligible for a refund due to the fact that the services were rendered in fulland the client’s business is registered. We appreciate your assistance regarding this matter

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]:  Again, the facts in the response from 1-800 Accountant are incorrect. I had to pay them separately for an amendment, which should not have after the absorbent amount of money I spent for a "full service accountant" to whom I was never able to reach. I also was not the one to file the original taxes, so also incorrect. Yes, my schedule C was 100% wrong when they created it as I had to pay a separate accountant after the fact, over $400, incurring me more expenses to the $2200+ I already spent with 1-800 Accountant for nothing. 1-800 Accountant absolutely did not load anything in for me, I had to load in each item myself, and it was a P&L. I was not "upset" that I owed money to the IRS, I knew that I would, but 1-800-Accountant had me overpaying the IRS by $3,000!!!! Then refused to answer my phone calls and emails so I had to hire someone else to do my taxes, fix the mess that 1-800-Accounatant created and turn my taxes in late! So, to say that they did everything that could is a bold faced lie. Please go back through my initial complaint to see that 1-800 Accountant did NOTHING when I needed assistance and questioned the $3,800 they told me owed to the IRS.  However, I am still sick to my stomach over this company and the amount of time wasted over phone calls, emails, complaints that in order to end this, I will accept the partial refund of $1890. How am I to ensure that I actually get this? I assume this case will not be closed until I report that I have received a partial refund for the highly unsatisfactory experience in working with 1-800 Accountant?

I have indeed provided them everything they have asked for. I did this prior them needing to file an extension; but they still filed an extension. However, I received a letter from the IRS that they filed the extension late and I'll now occur penalties. 1-800-accountant has thoroughly messed up my return. I've been shifted from person, to person to person to person. I never know who I'm suppose to talk to. Never was I late in providing them everything they needed. I have all the supporting emails documenting that I've told them over and over and over again that I provided them the information they requested. They're inability to have a dedicated CPA handle my account is why the next person then request the same information I provide to the previous person. It's been a circle of errors on their part, not mine. I PROVIDED EVERYTHING in a timely manner. Still today my taxes are not completed and no one is requesting any additional information.It's been recognized by them (through [redacted]) that they have screwed me around and around and around.
