Review: I was called one day asking if I wanted to consolidate my student loans and join a student forgiveness programs. OF course I said yes. They number that contacted me was [redacted]. A male called me and setup the arrangements. He told me to stop paying [redacted] services, who originally had my loan, and to call him back by the end of October to go over a few more things while the program was being setup. When I called the number was no longer in service but I knew that 1File had set up the program. When I called them to see if they was aware of this no one was aware of the situation. They said my new payment was over 200 dollars which was crazy considering that with [redacted] I was only paying around a 100. Why would I double my payment? Then when I checked my [redacted] account, nothing was consolidated and my account with them was past due of all the months he specifically told me not to pay. Then when I talked with a 1file representative they said they my account wouldn't be closed and that I would still have to pay them and [redacted]. Who in their right mind would do this? And that is not what I was told. So I ask for a cancelation and a refund. I paid over 500 bucks to set this up. They would not give me my money because it went past 14 days. That's the rip off and I see why he didn't want me to contact him until the end of October. They canceled my program but I'm left with [redacted] behind in payments and out of 500 bucks they took. Its a rip off and they know it. All the representatives give me the cold shoulder and they just pass you round from one person to the next and even leaving you on long holds. Its terrible. So I would like my refund and they should be shut down .Desired Settlement: I want my money back and for them to fix my account with [redacted] for it being past due.

Response:

We have reviewed your file and request for a refund – our

Determination is that you are Not eligible for a refund, based on the following

reasons:

Review: This company had me pay 199 dollars for three months for services to help consolidate and receive lower monthly payments on my student loans. After the company collected all of the money the loans were consolidated as promised BUT the process stopped there the student loan company started sending bills of almost 400 dollars a month which is very different than the 39 dollars I was told from this company. Also the student loan server stated this company is doing nothing different than what they do for me for FREE. I was cheated and lied to. and now no one answers the phone when I call, it just states leave a message and no one has returned any of my calls. I feel this company was dishonest in their practices and did not do what I paid for and for that a portion of my money should be returned and a very good explanation should be given to why as of today according to the Government who deal with our student loans this company has not submitted the paperwork I was told they would (for the income base repayment) and I was forced to do the work I had already paid them to do to help myself because payment is now due 12/8/2015 and I can not be late.Desired Settlement: I fill this company should return a portion of my fee's paid to them due to me having no choice but to do the work I had paid them to do. Reason being Student loans can not be late and this company promised me everything would be taken care of before I had to pay regular payments, and as of today the Fed Loan people stated NO PAPERWORK had been submitted in my behalf concerning income based payments which I was told by student Loan officer I do qualify for.

We are terminating our agreement with [redacted] without pursuing any balance due, as is our

right under the law, By the clients own words, we did what we were hired to

do...resulting in client being approved for a Monthly Student Loan payment of $0 for 120 Months, which client claims she could

have done herself...at the time of her call to us she had not. (eligible since Sept 2012). We helped her successfully take advantage of the

programs which we made her aware. We delivered approvals and enrollment in to Public service Loan Forgiveness and Income based repayment

under the William D Ford Act resulting in her loans being forgiven after 120

payments of $0 , she called us and was explained all of her options and

decided to enter in to a signed agreement with us for our services. We

delivered for the client as agreed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

This company was paid in FULL already. So the stating they will not pursue any further charges makes no sense the 599 dollars I have already paid this company was to help with filing papers for the NEXT 10 years. So now the company can just keep my money and do nothing which is how this company seems to work from the words of the student loans server. This company is a SCAM if you pay for a service for TEN years and they take your money up front and then won't answer your questions and finish anything you are told they will finish those are are LIE"S and misleading customer. This is sad that this company preys on people just trying to pay off their student loans after all those years of school. This company states they did what they were supposed to NO they didn't I stated they started the process and did NOT FINISH anything. this company is attempting to play on words and since they don't answer my calls I had to go through the only means other than court a consumer can to settle why a company did not deliver on what they stated they were hired to do I will not be leaving this alone now That I see company has no intention of full feeling ANY DUTIES that they were paid for for TEN YEARS seriously. This is a disgrace that a business can do this to a customer. a single mother of 4 does not just have 599 dollars to give to some company with no return. I hope someone reads this and is not trapped in this scam. Please be careful people call your loan server they can assist you, also and you see if you have a problem or complaint this company will attempt to actually assist you they will just take your money ( IN FULL) and disregard you as a customer. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Client agrees we completed the service contracted yet insisted a partial refund as a resolution. Our contract is simple and easy to understand...The program this client is in requires a yearly vetting process which we do year in and year out for a small monthly fee which clients in a zero payment are happy to pay. If this yearly action is not taken or filed improperly the client goes back to their previous much higher payment.

Review: After agreeing for the services from 1file.org and making two payments of 199 dollars, I desired to end my agreement and get reimbursed due to conflicting and inconsistent payment quotes. I was told that my agreement would be canceled and the refund process would be started. I also contacted my bank and they immediately refunded what I paid to 1file.org thus far and advised me that 1file.org had 90 days to dispute the claim. 1file.org did eventually dispute the claim and the money that was refunded to me was then removed from my bank account. I attempted to contact 1file.org to discuss the matters and was referred to a manager to speak with. The manager began the conversation by telling me she was familiar with my account and the issues involved. What began as a mutually cordial discussion quickly dissolved in the opposite direction. I was told that I was removed from the "program" and that I had no reason to actually be having the conversation with said manager. I was told this conversation is over and then hung up on without being given the opportunity to ask further questions or offer an explanation of why I wanted to cancel the agreement and receive a refund. I quickly called back and was sent to the voicemail of the manager with whom I was speaking with. I left a message but got no response. I called back the next day and received an automated response telling me that my call could not be completed from my area. I tried 2 more phone numbers associated with 1file.org and received the same message. I then had my wife call and she was able to speak with someone and also received the same rudeness and unprofessionalism but from a different person associated with 1file.org. My wife was also told that if she or I went any further with our attempts to get a refund that we would "open a can of worms" and be subjected to a collection agency.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund in the amount of 398 dollars, to not be subjected to a collection agency, and no negative reports to my credit.

Client has a debt of $42,931 and Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) he provided to us at the time of his initial quote was

$64,000 . We then pulled the records from the IRS only to discover client had not disclosed spouse’s income,

which will result in a higher payment than qouted. Clients combined AGI is $106,300

Clients payments were over $211 prior to enrolling with us,

and we got approved for a payment of only $41 per month.

Client and Spouse were advised of status every step of the

process and were made aware of the $41 payment.

The complaint from the client is that he was told his

payments would be $129 – which was a mistake that was quickly rectified and

confirmed with spouse, . Client admitted and confirmed that

the payment issue was, in fact resolved – and both he and spouse were made

fully aware.

On our end, the problem was solved, the client was happy

with the gift of only a $41 payment. That was on November 30, 2015

On December 8th, client called in to request a

refund – for unknown reason.

Refund was denied because work we were contracted to do, was

completed beyond expectations and full payment was not yet received. In good faith we agreed to waive any outstanding balance due.

When refund was not approved, client proceeded to Charge-back

through his bank on December 21, 2015. Claiming the charge was fraud and he had no idea who charged his credit card, we then proceeded to prove otherwise and win the disputed charge.

Client was willfully and maliciously attempting to recover funds, which we earned for providing the agreed upon service.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was asked by 1file.org to provide my annual income. I did so on an estimate in which I calculated in my head for a few seconds. I then provided information to allow 1file.org to get the exact amount of my annual income for 2014. I was not married at that time and my spouses income was only mentioned to find out how another income would effect us in the future. 1file.org quoted me at paying 39$ a month for 300 payments and a 600$ service fee then my loan would be forgiven. The next phone conversation the price went as high as 169$ which as explained to me was 39$ monthly service fee and 129$ to the loan holder which was [redacted]. Why 1file.org didn't disclose the monthly service fee on initial conversation is still a mystery but I agreed with the amount because it was a lot less than the 271$ I was facing with [redacted] without the assistance of 1file.org. Again after that conversation and 2 installment payments of 199$, the monthly quote changed again to 41$ total, during a conversation between 1file.org and my spouse. After that conversation is when my wife and I decided to end our agreement with 1file.org because we couldn't get a consistent quote or answer to our questions concerning the quote differences. 1file.org says a refund was denied because work that they were contracted to do, was completed "beyond expectations." I think its obvious by now that as a client of 1file.org at the time, my expectations were clearly not achieved. I believe it is also obvious that 1file.org has not acted in "good faith" by saying they agreed to waive any outstanding balance or else we would not be currently having this dispute. All that was said regarding a refund was that they would "start the refund process." Full payment was not issued to 1file.org simply because I did not want to continue to pay for a service that I was not satisfied with. Furthermore, I absolutely did not claim the charge was fraud nor did I claim to have "no idea" who charged my credit card. I only claimed that I did not recognize the company name on my bank statement that the 2 installments of 199$ were made to. Nothing about this whole process was ever done on my part with "malicious" intent. I was only seeking clear and honest explanations of separate and drastically different monthly quotes and after not receiving any of that is when my spouse and I decided to cancel agreement. In latter and most recent conversations with 1file.org to get explanations or identify discrepancies, 1file.org representatives and management became rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional without allowing me to ask questions or seek explanations and was hung up on then my phone number was blocked. My wife and I were never at any point rude or disrespectful to any employees of 1file.org but my wife and I on the other hand were subjected to such.

If I won't be refunded because the contract work has been completed, then I should be allowed to receive the services outlined in the contract stating that I would pay 41$ a month under the Income Based Repayment Plan.

Review: 1file.org contacted me about goverment student debt forgivness and said that I qualified for a $10,000 debt forgiveness that my loans would be consolidated and that I would pay $30 a month for 300 months and after finance I would only repay $11,000 for my student loans and all I Have to do is pay them $200 a month for 3 months. After paying them almost $400 dollars and still having a remainder payment of $200 to be taken from my account I find out that this is actually a scam that my consolidation is a free service offered by the government and that the only people that qualify for a student debt forgiveness is not for profit employees and public service members.Desired Settlement: I would like for 1file.org at the minimum return my money already paid to them I would also like for the terms that I agreed to for my student loans to be repaid $30 a month at 300 months

Prior to speaking with our company this client had a payment of over $300, we made her aware of a government program she is eligible. We contracted a fee to file paperwork for her to get enrolled in the government program, which she could have done on her own years ago, she did not. After completing the work and getting her approved she then complained about being able to do it on her own. She completed a Quality control verification call prior to enrollment which discloses all the details of the program and where each dollar she pays is going, and she chose to enroll and have us do the work for a fee.

The client was refunded the money to the card which it was received, and we continue to keep her in the program at the same rate she was quoted by the Department of Education after they pulled her IRS records., without receiving compensation. We have tried explaining to the client " How it works" but unfortunately that does not mean the client understands, so in this case we will just do the necessary work in a charitable manner.

I called and spoke with [redacted] about consolidation of my student loans. He seem very helpful until I call to opt out of the service. When I was told I could use my original loan company for no money I chose to cancel my services with 1file.org. The representative who answered told me I would be able to get a refund. After I request a cancellation [redacted] called me and started talking really ugly about how the other company knew I wasn't going to continue with them and that's why they decided to contact me. I told him that wasn't true. He told me he never known for them to do that before I just kept the conversation short because he was starting to get a attitude. He told me I still had to pay for what they did and I tried explaining nobody had notified me about any services performed. He then went on to say that someone in billing was beside him and they told him I wouldn't get my money back I felt like they was very unprofessional after I told him I wasn't interested anymore. At the end of the day it's my choice.

Review: I'm dealing with scam artists who are posing as a student loan forgiveness program, through the Department of Education. I admit I was eager for help with my student loans because I didn't want to worry about having a huge debt after I finish my schooling. They told me that they could forgive 55% of my debt and all I have to do was pay them $600 in four installments and then $39 every month after that for 25 years. Yes I did agree and I even tried telling my sister about them to get help with her student debt. However, my sister was very skeptical about them and would not give them her SS#. By doing that she upset them and they made up an excuse saying they couldn't help her til next year. My sister then called me back because she was highly convinced that they were scam artists. She told me that they shared all of my personal loan information with her. So I told her to call again and this time give a fake name and SS#, and she did. The crazy part is that they told her that they could help her, and guess what? They, again, told her the same thing "we can forgive 55% of your debt and all you have to pay is the $600 in installments and $39 after that for 25 years". The people who were helping us were [redacted], and a lady (whose name I forgot). My sister ends up calling the company in charge of her student loans and they said that you can apply for it on your own and it's FREE! Also you cannot be in school while you do this loan forgiveness plan. I even calle my student loan company, and they also said that if you're in school you wouldn't qualify for this type of program because the loans would have to be in deferment or forebearance. Prior to this, I asked 1file.org is it ok that I'm in school while being on this program they said yes. Now at this point the 1file.org has all of my information, so I blocked their phone calls, and even off of my bank, and I even responded to them in an email saying that I don't want to go through with their program. I have more to say but I can't out of #sDesired Settlement: I want them to be stopped and shut down, that way no else has to go through what I am going through. Also I want my [redacted] account refunded because they were able to make it go negative. I did report them to the Federal Trade Commission and I also put a fraud alert of my credit reports. Since I spoke with my student loan people ([redacted]), and my loans are in deferment. So there is no reason for them to still be asking for me to pay them. They just want money. I'm upset and stressed.

Client [redacted], Enrolled in our service agreement on Sept 18th 2015 and was approved Oct 14th for an Income Based Repayment plan Prior to contacting us the client requested Deferment on her loans so we arranged the new plan would not start until after the client requested deferment ended.

Review: Complainant discussed current student loan with company and the amount complainant owes each month. Company requested of complainant the approximate amount of complainant's salary. Complainant asked does this also include all income sources. The company's comment was no; just complainant's salary. Complainant provided approximate amount of salary. Company also asked how many people reside in the home and any other people that complainant and spouse have provided for; both recent and in the past, in or out of the home. Complainant was then asked who such relatives were or are and counted the number as being two deceased and one living (such information was provided by the complainant and directed as being acceptable. Company stated that it could lower current 8% student loan payments to 4%. The company commented that it charges an enrollment fee for the amount I owe each month in dollars ($441) and calculated the charge to be $283.00 each month thereafter. Complainant asked if complainant should contact current servicer, the company commented with a no and that the Student Loan Association would call. Company withdrew the $441.00 from my bank card effective 7/1/15. Later, complainant received an call from company the week of 7/13/15 stating there was a pause in complainant's application and that there was a need for complainant to fax the first three pages of complainant's adjusted gross income from 2014 tax return. Complainant complied. A 7/22/15 email from company replied that there was a discrepancy in the income provided. The company then commented that complainant would be now charged $473 each month instead of the $283.00 each month for ten years or if desired, complainant could withdraw from the process and receive a refund of only half of the $441.00 and would notify complainant's current servicer of the reason that complainant's monthly student loan have not been paid. However, complainant's contact on today to request help revealed no contact was made.Desired Settlement: To receive a full refund of the $441.00 withdrawn from complainant's checking account through complainant's bank card on 7/1/15 and to have no future checking account or bank card draft made of any amount(s).

Thank you for your intervention in this matter as it has created an financial stress and your kind assistance will certainly be appreciated.

Sincerely,

[redacted].

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

As complainant, I am dissatisfied with the offer by 1file.org because I distinctly asked the question for clarity at the very beginning, "are you asking for my total income or just my income from my salary with my current employment?". I was told to just provide the income from my current employment. The IRS forms the company requested clearly showed the income I received from my current employment, without question, but complainant feels that there was a plan to intentional deceive complainant to process bank card and to later deny that all along, that the company had a strategic plan to collect funds for and charge more than initially offered complainant to pay each month. Nevertheless, whether the agent was deliberately deceptive or not, complainant should not be charged with the company's error. Agents represent the company and the company is responsible to fully refund complainant for the company's error

Review: Basically, 1File called my cell phone yesterday about ways to consolidate my student loans and advised me of the savings of their program and what I needed to pay a month and the length of time and what was needed (my debit card info and personal references, drivers license info, etc to start the program). I asked for them to call me back in a few days for me to discuss with spouse. They called me back the very next day, Spouse agreed for me to do so. I gave all my information to the rep, now the rep is asking for a one time Enrollment Fee of $500 which wasn't prediscussed and I refused, and she and manager gave me a hard time on the phone when I asked to be fully deleted from their database and program. I didn't sign anything but I fear that my personal information may get compromised because of this. My complaint is that they were not straight forward with their Program Enrollment Fee's, the only things we went over yesterday was the $39 a month payment and for 300 months, and the savings I can save from consolidating my student loans into one company. We went over this like a fine tooth comb and she said I completely understood what I needed to discuss with my spouse to make a great financial decision. The lack of information given to me from the rep upfront before she received my information. I felt like I was decived and I am filing a former complaint against this company. thanksDesired Settlement: The program is good and I don't mind being a part of it minus the $500 enrollment fee. for compensation of being misled is to have them wave the enrollment fee and I can get started with the Program only playing what the rep gave me: verbal agreement of $39 a month for 300 months only..verbal contract only and not a penny more. that is what I will accept, and also a negative mark against from from the Revdex.com services with an appology letter. thnaks

1file.org has been a blessing for me. I was drowning in student loan debt, and had no idea that Income Based Repayment programs existed! They were very helpful and informative. I am now in a better place financially and the dark cloud of my student loan debt has been lifted! I would recommend all of my friends and family to this company.

To everyone at 1file.org - Thanks again for all of your help and genuine care!!!!

Review: I contacted the company because they offered student forgiveness and consolidation. They got my information and told me I needed to pay 600 in 3 different payments and that after that I will start my monthly payments of 39$ towards my loan, and that I will not have to pay interest. The person on the phone said he will email me some documents that I will have to sign right away so that they can have access to my information and start the process, I asked that he will callme back at another time so I can review the documents but this person was very pushy in getting me to sing so he could start the process right away. I signed and now they are charging me the 600 dollars and the 39 dollas they say its a monthly fee for them and has nothing to do with the company that consolidated my loan. I still have to pay my loans with a monthly interest which they said I wouldnt have. They lied about their services and fees, and I did not know this was something I could do on my own.Desired Settlement: I do not want to have to pay a company that lies to get peoples business. I think this company need to get closed down so thay they do not lie to more people.

I had contacted 1file after seeing it advertised on Facebook. I did do some research and it looked legit; so I called. I talked to some guy (I forget his name) and he was super nice and answered every question that I had. He said that there would be a $250 payment for the first month and then $39 every month after that. My only complaint is he did not tell me that it was actually $250 for the first 2 months. I did pay it but I did call and see why it was this high for the second month. They needed up putting the second $250 towards the next like 5 or 6 months of payments (so I didn't have to pay the $39 yet). That was extremely nice! Now, I am paying $39 a month and never have had any problems. They have a website that you can log onto your account and see how much your loans are and you can make a bigger payment if wanted.

Review: This company violated FDCPA guidelines and processed unauthorized payment and claimed they cannot return it. I am sure all calls are recorded for quality and compliance purposes for these kind of reasons. Spoke to three different people. The first two people I spoke with claimed "we cannot give you your money back because the payment is already processed." The agent advised me that they can give me a discount on my next payment, but that doesn't do me any good when I need my funds for other bills or for my wife's hospital expenses. I contacted the company 5 days in advance to ensure the payment will not draft on 9/14 and to make sure it drafts on 9/25. They advised me that the payment will draft on 9/25 and I even set up my final installment payment for 10/9. I checked my bank account today and it shows they drafted my account, UNAUTHORIZED. I was given another number to contact about a refund and they claim it can take 6-7 days to refund. At that point I asked for a manager and they said it can take 24-48 hours. It's not acceptable and unfair that I have to wait for MY FUNDS to be refunded due to a company's mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund back of this unauthorized transaction of $199.67 and for them to NOT store my debit card information on file. I would rather call my payment in knowing with peace of mind they will not do this again in the future by NOT keeping this on file. This company has lost all my trust.

1file.org is just a 3rd party that fills out paperwork for you and you don't really need. They are charging me $500 deposit plus $39 a month for 300 months for filling out a sheet of paper annually. When I was called by this company I did not fully understand that this is what they were charging me for I thought this would be my payment for my student loan, when in reality when I called Fedloan directly they said no your loan if accepted has been accepted to $0 a month and you need to file paperwork annually to prove income. So be aware that we are paying 1file all this money just to fill out paperwork. And if you go through Fedlaon directly and fill out your own paperwork your debt could be cleared all together which sounds way better to me.

Review: The company lied to me from the beginning. The sales guy mislead me for 2 hours. 2 hours of me giving information to who I thought was a government employee. I ASKED IF HE WORKED FOR THE GOVERNMENT. He said YES! After speaking with a supervisor, I ended up wasting over 2.5 hours of my life on a complete lie and scam. From the beginning the salesman knew that he was scamming me. He told me the money paid would go toward the loan. It does not!! This company is attempting to take money from people with student loan debt. Please don't let anyone be duped by these liars.Desired Settlement: I wish for others to know that this is a scam. If former students already have income based repayments, do not let these people take their money. I desire to let others know that this company is not what they seem. I paid them $300 a month for the last 3 months, then they said my payments would go down to $49 a month until I paid off around $4860 or around that amount, and that under the Obama Education Forgiveness Act, I would be forgiven about $60,000 from Fed Loan on my Education Loan. I contacted Fed Loan, and they said I have no payments until April, 2016. But that my payments would go up to $795 a month until loan is paid off.

This company completely ripped me off and lied.

I have not been forgiven anything. What is scarey about this company, is that they had all my information, which is WHY I believed them and that they would help me.Desired Settlement: I want my $900.00 dollars returned into my account.

Review: I received a call from this company, which I thought was legit. They told me they would help me pay off my student loans and I would receive loan forgiveness. They charged for doing this on a government loan which I have found out that all of this is done for free. They said they were paying my student loans, then I received a call from [redacted] wanting there money. What a shock!! I explained to [redacted] that I wasn't behind and paying every month. [redacted] did not receive one payment and my loans were behind hundreds of dollars. I went to my bank to stop payment, the bank can only go back 120 days. So long story short, I have been remburised all of the money except $116.50. I want this money back! Since my bank is unable to help with anymore, I have emailed the company and requested the $116.50 back. I have tried to call them, but all it does is ring and ring.Desired Settlement: I would like my $116.50 back and deposited into my account!

1file.org has helped me greatly with my student loan. I am overwhelmed with their help in helping me reduce my student loan. I am thankful they are able to help me when I need the financial help.

Review: 1file.org called me claiming that under the 2012 Student Loan Forgiveness Act that I qualify to make $215/mo payments for 120 months and the remainder of my loans would be forgiven. Of the $215 a portion would go to 1file.org for their services and the rest to my loans. They said this was a set payment amount and would never change as income goes up. They asked me to pay for their processing fee upfront stating they would give me a discount if I did so, I did not pay at this time because it seemed to good to be true. Over the next few weeks I received phone calls as updates that they were still processing my application. I then began receiving phone calls from them asking me to file an application with them. I would explain that I already have filed an application with them and they would tell me that I did not qualify for what I was originally quoted and that I must reapply. The payments they then quoted me were much higher than $215. I declined and asked for the calls to end since I would not be doing business with them. They have now started charging my credit card $249.67. I called to get the charges reversed and was told that they had processed my application and were owed this money and that I did qualify for $215 a month with a balance forgiveness at the end. They showed no record of the other phone calls. Although it has been several months my they are still "processing" my application that I have told them to stop. In the beginning I was told that it would take 48 hours to process and then my loans would be consolidated. This is not the case. I have researched as much as I can about this act and acknowledge that I do not qualify. I asked for a refund and it has not been processed. In the contract they mention a money back guarantee that if they do not get what was promised fees would be refunded. This business must stop cold calling and making promises they cannot stand behind and then charging individuals when no work has been completed.Desired Settlement: I would like the money that they have charged my account back, along with any interest the credit card company charges. I would also like them to stop calling.

Revdex.com4747 Vlewridge Ave. #220San Diego CA 92123Ref number: 10 106252064/27/2015[redacted]Toll Free: [redacted]We at lfile.org do not set the payment amounts for clients the Federal Government does under the William 0 FordAct which Is a landmark piece of legislation to help ease the burden of student loan debt for people that qualify. We giveclients payment amounts based on statements they give us verbally over the phone, but if they cannot prove that Incomeand the data pulled from the IRS comes back higher their payment will go up based on the Federal income guidelines. When a discrepancy is found we reach out to the client and the client can take It or leave it at that point ... if theychoose to leave it we refund their fee as was done in this case. We submit all our files without consideration to having paidtheir fee to us in part or in full we submit all paper work A.S.A.P to give them the highest level of services in industry.Sincerely[redacted]

I cant believe that this company has even 1 bad review, they removed my loans out of DEFAULT and put me in a Government program I was eligible for with a manageable payment I can easily afford based on my income. My agent [redacted] explained everything in detail and was very patient, and cleary explained his fee. The real crooks are the Student Loan Servicer's who don't advise you of your best option. After all, if student loan servicers put everyone eligible for payment reduction in to the Federal reduction program, companies like 1file would not exist, but that will never happen. Call 1file if you are tired of being misled by Student Loan Servicers contracted by the Federal Government.

I did and I couldn't be more happy.

Review: I did not authorize the company 1file.org to debit my account for 199.67 on Feb 8th 2016 but they did on their own. The agreement was that I would contact 1file.org and let them know what my finances were if the payment could be done on the 8th. I did not call them because I applied for the service they do myself for free. So I felt all was well and I didn't need to call or cancel anything because I no longer needed them. In the midst of trying to call them and contact the proper persons was virtually impossible. I kept getting voice-mail and or no answer. Finally on the 9th of Feb I got in contact [redacted] who was helpful and [redacted] in processing and she said they would try to resolve this and she was sending a cancellation form to the billing department for the stop payment. But two minutes later the representative [redacted] called and told me that "I was not getting a refund and he didn't care about my money and they were not cancelling anything we set up, and oh well". I thought that was so unprofessional and once I told them I was contacting Revdex.com he said that he would cancel it but I don't believe him I'm very disappointed in this company it's a scam. I think their license should be under investigation because they are not legitimate. I've never come across a business as such who would outright say no refund and then threatened they want to halfway comply. All I want is my money back and them to not so anything for me.Thank-you in advanceDesired Settlement: I expect for them to recognize that they are scam artists that prey on students in a situation that is detrimental and feel like they are helpless. I want my money back all 199.67
