My call to 4-Star Elect was to find a business that do electrical work in an ATTICWell, what can I say - 4-Star does have the technical staff that does that among other related electrical jobsLuke and Quinton called ahead and said they could come earlier - They were here as mentionLuke gave me a FULL Introduction to 4Star then wrote down what I wanted done He then drafted a quote for reviewI liked his work attitude and how he presented the quote along with a few suggestions As it was in line with what I wanted, I agreed and he wrote up the work order for him and Quinton to proceedThey jumped right to work as a team, had everything done and tested in reasonable time Luke did explain a few things that would be / could be done at a later date that were included in the initial work orderI give them a FIVE STAR RATING - they are right in line with [redacted] and [redacted] that installed a replacement garage door for me last fall- Both truly first class professional trades business and I would recommend them both to anyone- submitted by: John

I had asked star to come in a change a receptical that was not working They not only changed the receptical but went through the whole house seeing if all worked, which I already new they did I feel very dissatisfied with this company I feel like I have been ripped off They charged me $to change one receptical that took all of five minutes to change I did not ask them to look at all of them in my house I guess that's where they feel justified in charging $for apart that's worth all of $ I am very disappointed with this company
After accidently spilling some bleach on an electrical outlet, a small fire resulted I then called the fire department, because even though I thought it was out, one can never be too safeAfter they cleared it, I felt I needed some electrician to fix this so it can't short out and cause another fireI went to the yellow pages and found that 4star electric did after hours work, so I called themMike [redacted] came and solved my immediate problemHe also discovered a whole nest of issues that needed attention When they came the next day Mike [redacted] also brought Luke [redacted] and together they fixed all of the issues in a timely and courteous mannerI would use them again and recommend them to friends
The service that Scott [redacted] provided was top notchHe was prompt, efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job concealing the cable to be buriedI was referred to Star Electric by a friend of mine years ago and have been using them ever since and will never think about utilizing the services of another company as Star definitely is the best out there
