From the young lady that booked my appointment to Scott C. who arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and reviewed the estimate with me before beginning the work. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Scott completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards with a positive and friendly manner.
Worked with4 Star Electric on a main floor renovation for our log home. Steve D was our main service tech and he did an excellent job. Explained everything as it was completed and left the home clean and organized. The initial consultation with Peter was excellent in that his suggestions on lighting and electrical placement of switches etc worked perfectly. I would highly recommend 4 Star Electric.
I had asked 4 star to come in a change a receptical that was not working. They not only changed the receptical but went through the whole house seeing if all worked, which I already new they did. I feel very dissatisfied with this company. I feel like I have been ripped off. They charged me $350.00 to change one receptical that took all of five minutes to change. I did not ask them to look at all of them in my house. I guess that's where they feel justified in charging $350.00 for apart that's worth all of $12.00. I am very disappointed with this company.
We called 4 Star Electric to do a small electrical repair. Scott arrived and educated us on what needed to happen and fixed the problem very quickly. He also completed a free safety inspection for us which revealed some other issues which we decided to correct. He did the work efficiently and kept us informed on an ongoing basis throughout the job. We found him and his helpers to be personable, professional and straightforward and would recommend their services.
Remarkable service. I had renovations done by another contractor and there were still electrical issues. New to the city, heard their advertisement on the radio so gave them a try. Extremely professional young man, Michael was quick and accurate in diagnosing problem. He had everything in his van so took no time at all. Customer friendly brochures to explain pricing and material, as well as a computerized report of the work he did which he sent to my email before he even left! Highly recommend 4 Star, never had an electrician work so professionally in my home.
I found Scott C. to be very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the somewhat unique problem quite quickly and fixed it quickly. I appreciated the fact that he made recommendations to bring our 1981 house electrical up to current code requirements and what the cost would be to upgrade. I also found the quick safety inspection to be very helpful as well. This was the second time that we needed to call 4 Star Electric and would not hesitate to call them again.
During the Christmas Holidays we experienced an electrical failure and called 4 Star Electric. Ryan and his assistant Donovan arrived the next morning and provided excellent service. They were extremely informative about the situation, explaining our options and together we chose the best solution. It involved a stalling a new electrical panel which took all day to build. They methodically worked through the installation and had my home powered again by nightfall. They were extremely clean and considerate.
I want people to know that if you ever need to call an electrician, I highly recommend 4 Star Electric. So Professional, friendly and explained everything before doing the job and after completion, including recommendations. Scott C. was great!
