Everything was very well explained and the team was professional, courteous and left us with no doubt that we made the right call! We had some follissues, somewhat unrelated to the superior electrical work done, and we were given advice and support to have it taken care of I cannot fully express the confidence and gratitude I have in the Star Electric team I do not hesitate to recommend this amazing group of professionals --truly a group that goes above and beyond!

Shannon and her associates provided top-notch customer service and workmanship while doing two full days of work in our home They were all highly knowledgeable, explained issues they found in non-technical terms so we could understand exactly what was happening, and provided us with all our available options whether or not those options financially benefited the company We are always leery of having to obtain services for our home because of previous bad experiences This was not one of them We will be highly, highly recommending this company to our friends and neighbors seeking electrical services
