We had Ryan ** come to do an install of a new outlet and fish an HMDI cable for a new projector setup in our finished basement From the first phone call through to service completion the service was excellent We booked an appointment and I received a reminder phone call the day before The technician showed up on time and was friendly and professional He explained a few different ways to add the outlet and pros and cons of each and we agreed upon a solutionThe work was done quickly and to a high standard; they were able to do it with less damage to the drywall and fewer panels than anticipated Ryan walked us through the home safety inspection and some additional quotes for work without being pushy or trying to upsell us Overall fantastic service and workmanship

Hi Four Star Electric is an exceptionally good company We had them during the flood - and the young fellow stood in the mud in the basement putting in a new panel! All the neighbors used it for a day or two to plug in their fans

I had Luke do a new panel and some new kitchen wiring, etcand was very pleased with his work and left the rooms spotless Would recommend him and his company to anybody needing electrical work done He was very thorough
Extremely disappointed that I was not made aware that there would be a $travel charge up frontBased on my review I thought that this company was close to my area of black diamond In addition, I feel that the overall service fees were very expensive and that should have been discussed at the time of my call I certainly would not have hired this company had I been made aware of the charges I feel absolutely abused by the little amount of work that was done and the high fee that I had to pay Shame on this organization tor not being honest and upfront
Ryan came out after hours, on a Friday night, to an emergency callThe issue ended up being an electrical line down, which is a city issueHe still checked everything out to make sure we were safe, explained the issue, and handled a rather frustrating call professionallyThe company is top notch
I have used Star on two occasions In both cases the service was excellent A serviceman came out the same day as the call and did the work quickly and efficiently The price for both jobs was reasonable and the final product was excellent I will most certainly use them again as the situation arises
Shannon M was the service technician who came out to do the estimate and work She was on time, she provided a clear estimate, the work was completed promptly She took the time to explain what was required, she go the work done and she was personable, friendly and professional I would highly recommend Shannon and Star is lucky to have her as a trades person and representative of their company
