I had a truly impressive experience with Luke Land his colleagueI sought out three quotes to install a ceiling fan on a high, ft ceiling, which was not under the attic spaceThis meant that the job would require an electrician to fish wiring through various walls and along the basement ceiling to get to the electrical panelAll other electricians told me that would need to punch holes in my walls and high ceiling to get the job doneThey were also going to siphon off power from an existing outlet, which "may or may not result in me being able to use the ceiling fan and kitchen toaster at the same time" These electricians also stated they couldn't guarantee that there wouldn't be more damage after they started the jobWhen Luke came I found he walked around more than the other electricians to inspect how the house was set upAfter assessing the situation he said he might have to make one hole, but could hide it behind a cupboardHe said it was even likely that he wouldn't even need to make any holes at allI was a little dubious about thisI mean every other electrician told me damage was inevitableSo, Luke described how he would perform the work and I could see the logic in his planWhen the work was actually performed, Luke discovered that one of the pathways he was relying to fish the wires though wouldn't workBut he didn't revert to the "hole" methodInstead, he used a camera to look inside the ceiling and discovered a different wayBottom line- no holes! No additional expense or hassle to fix them! All the work was done on time and everything was cleaned upI was very impressed with Luke's (and his colleague's) expertiseI was also impressed by the great customer service on I received on the phoneI told one colleague that I used 4-Star and she said that her husband was also very impressed with their workBoth of us would use 4-star againThanks!!
