We purchased carpet for our most of our house that was supposed to be "pet friendly"It was installed in July of this year (2017)We very quickly discovered that ANY liquid that touched the carpet left stains that we are unable to completely removeWe understand that is not the manufacturer, and they supposedly submitted a claim with DreamweaverBut even that was a struggleAt the beginning of September we got a hold of the Installation Manager (Justin), and he told us we needed to contact Dreamweaver directly, which is not the caseWhen we contacted him again, he said he would submit the claim with photos we'd sent him, and that he would follow up with us in a couple of weeksHe did notSo, we called 651, and our case was now being handled by CodyWhen we asked Cody what the status of our claim was, he said that we needed photos to submit the claim, implying that it hadn't been submitted yetHe found the photos we'd sent to Justin earlier and said he'd take care of itW

Very Very Bad CompanyI hired carpets to do two jobs in my homeInstall granite counter tops and luxury vinyl flooringWhen the salesman comes to your home he will push to do the free financing, DON'T DO IT! you will have no leverage at this pointI did it because I didn't want to pay the guy half down at the timeThe other clue this is a bad company they make you deal with the installation of everything you want to have doneOnce the salesman makes the sale, he will never help you againEveryone you talk to at this company will lie to youI can't even tell you how many lie's I was toldThey ran out of my floor, they told me they would be back in the morning to finishCome to find out they all knew they had to order more flooring from the Mfg and I didn't get my floor done until two weeks laterThey left my floors unfinished, appliances in the middle of my living room nails sticking up from the floor, because I had a real wood floor they tore outThey left my trim molding outside, in the garage, down the basementWhen I called them the next day they told me they would be out later that day, knowing full well they didn't have the floorWhen they finally did get the floor in, they sent one person to finish who had no idea what went whereSo they had to get the original crew to come back the next day to finishI can't express enough, Very Very Bad Company!

We had purchased and paid to have Carpets install new carpet and LVT for our entryway on 3/30/We were contacted the day after by Jason, and he left my fiancée, Carla, a voicemail asking for our feedbackI called back as there are some issues with the installationI was told that we would hear back from him as well as Justin, their Quality Control person, since they were out of the officeWe did not hear back until we sent them an email again the following Monday
Below are some of the issues we have with how the installation was completed:
My fiancée had to go to Lowes and Menards to buy a suitable transition between the entryway and laundry room the day they arrived when she was very illThis could have been something we were told ahead of time
The transition is not secure and was installed in two piecesThe nextt morning, one of the pieces had already come off
There were carpet leavings everywhere, not just on the edges by the baseboardsThe crew brought a va

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Hands down the absolute worst company I have ever worked withOne of their employees came out to measure the property for carpeting and he arrived an hour and a half lateHe brought with approximately different carpet samples and then informed us that for their next day carpet installation as promised by their website you can only choose from colors they keep in stockSo we chose one of those carpets then the morning of installation the installers were supposed to be there by 9am and we get a text from one of them at 10am stating they are out of the carpet we ordered and are coming with a different one and will text us a picture of what they’re planning on installing - keep in mind we’ve painted the entire house based on the carpet we picked originallyWe told them not to come because we don’t want some random carpet that we don’t even know the color ofWe called the manager Amanda who was helpful and managed to get us an upgraded in stock carpet and installation for the next day scheduled tentatively for noon and she promised to send a picture of the carpet they were going to be installing next to what we originally ordered and to confirm a time for the next day installation but then I never heard from her againThe next day installers showed up at 10am hours early with carpet we’ve never even seen or approved and demanded to be paid right awayNeedles to say this company is a joke run by unprofessional people with no follow through

Will, the sales rep, provided and helped select carpet sample that matched the carpet in the adjacent room with my husband When Will completed the purchase order with the wife, he reassured the wife that it was the matching color for the carpet in the adjacent room and the one selected with the husband Upon delivery, the carpet was not a match but we were told that we should install it and then resolve the issue later with Will and 651Carpet
We called Will after the install - same day Tuesday but have not heard back from him We called 651carpet on Wednesday and received a call today from a representative demanding the balance be paid No call from Will as of Thursday We requested that Will return to show us the samples for the husband to confirm that it is the same sample that they had been shown and discussed vs the one that does not match
We are happy to pay the balance, we just want confirmation that there was no bait and switch or that the carpet ordered by Will

Great customer serviceRepresentative was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questionsMy dad loves his new floors!

We have used 651Carpets twice in our home Once for laminate flooring and recently installed carpet They did an awesome job The salesman that came to our home knew just what we were looking for and the installers were great They were on time, put down drop cloths as to not track in dirt and cleaned up and vacuumed upon completion We have rooms in the house left to do and plan to use 651Carpets again Would recommend them to anyone!

I hired 651-Carpets to install new Vinyl flooring in my laundry room in my homeA person from the company contacted me, to let me know that the company would be out on Friday 7/after 9:to complete the install
Well the first issue started with the installer, he called my home at 7:A.Mand woke my whole house up
Next problem was I could barely understand the person, he didn't speak English at all I can't believe this company sends out people that cannot speak EnglishLet me tell you how frustrating that was
Next problem was when he showed up he was by himselfHe was contracted to move a dryer and wash machine with the installThere should have been people here
The installer asked me for payment before he started the work, very unusually
When the installer moved the washing machine back into place, he cut up the vinyl, and he told me he couldn't move the machines back anymore to where they should be, so he just left them in the middle of the f

I recently had my carpets installed by 651CarpetsThe salesman was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful in providing us the needed information to make the best carpet choiceThe installers were on time and very professional in their work and they did a magnificent job on the installI would, and have, recommend 651Carpets to anyone looking to replace their carpets

I contracted with carpets for granite installation Dec8, I keep calling but no one calls back about starting the jobApparently the granite was special orderThey won't answer their phones or call back from messages leftI paid a down payment

We had a whole house carpeted today The carpet was exactly as we had ordered The carpet layers where on time, and did a wonderful job They were very professional, and checked back to make sure things were done to our satisfaction Recommend them

On 7/20/had the carpet in two large rooms stretchedOzzy was very professional, and did a great jobVery pleased with the service he provided

I had countertops installed by 651carpets and asked to view the product prior to installation But before I had the chance to view the product, the installers were ripping out my old countertops I was told that the countertops had already been customized and since I had already paid that was what I was getting

*** is a tough company to do business withI had them out a few months ago to look at a room that I wanted to have recarpeted The sales person came out, measured and showed me some samplesHe left me a business card before leavingHe told me that he would call me back to schedule the installHe never called me back
Here we are a few months laterI called *** againThey had a record of a sales person being sent to my houseThey didn't have his measurements or estimateSo, I again had to take time off work and meet a second salesperson at my house to measure the roomThis salesperson measured the room and told me that he would drop carpet samples on my porch the following dayThat was on April 6thIt is currently April 25th, I never received the samples I never received a call from *** following upHaven't heard anything from them at all
I called *** today to notify management of my experienceThe lady who answered the phone told me a manager wasn't availableHowever, she said let me look for the manager, and put me on hold After a short wait, the phone was picked up by a man claiming to be a managerI told him my story I thought a business manager would have some interest in hearing about a problem that a customer had with his business I was wrongThe manager that I spoke to at *** didn't even offer an apologyHe sure didn't seem interested in doing anything about my problemHe did mention that the Director of Operations from their company would probably like to hear about thisI left my phone number for himHe hasn't calledBig surprise

I had new countertops installed Oct8, 2018, and I’m still dealing with an issue with the companyFirst, they made a mistake on our original price quote, and then I was originally told they would be installed on Sep 26, but that day came, and no one showed upWhen I called that morning, I was told someone should have called me to reschedule because our piece wasn’t even in yetI took the day off of work for nothing, and when I called several times to discuss this matter, I was told I would be compensated with $off our billIt is now Jan 8, 2019, and I still have not received anythingAnd whenever I call to talk to the customer service rep, she is conveniently on the phone or not in yet, and never calls me backVery poor customer service, and I would not recommend them to anyone

In May I had Carpets install carpet in my living room witch has tile that borders the carpetLong story short the installer for Carpets did not use Cedar shakes to ramp up the carpet to the Height of the tileI called Carpets and talk to the Quality control guy about my carpet not being installed properlyAfter he came out and Inspected the carpet he then told me that the installer, installed the carpet to standardTwo days after he left my daughter cut her foot on the tileI then tried to call multiple times to talk to the owner and have yet to hear anything back from themI have posted multiple review on their Facebook page just to have them delete it offIf you value your money and kids feet Please do NOT use Carpets

Carpets installed carpet in our townhouseAs apart of the service they were to remove carpet and move furnitureThe installers made dime - nickel sized holes in our wallsI have contacted my sales rep after calling carpets customer service line timesThey do not answer nor return messagesMy sales rep said he was going to take care of it and have them call me and they have yet to do that as wellI’m simply looking for Carpets to pay for the bill to fix the walls they ruined

651carpets is the only place I'll ever get carpeting from in the futureI can't even explain how satisfied I amAmazing staff, friendly installers, very quickAbsolutely love this place!

In July of we contacted Carpets, for granite in our kitchenWe were shown a nice selection to choose fromWe got a great price, the granite was installed on the scheduled day promised, The installers were experienced, knowledgeable, polite, and detail orientatedIt looks beautifulYesterday, 4/21/2016, we had carpet, and flooring installed in our lower level We got a high quality carpet, at a great price, and a wonderful new hard floor for a bathroom, The install was on the day promised, with three days noticeAgain, the installers were very professionalExperienced, knowledgeable, and politeA job well done, everything looks fantastic

The thinnest granite countertops I have every seen! So disappointed What a waste of money Do you research on granite before you buy The sample I saw that I picked from was thicker than the countertops installed!
