651carpets installed vinyl floor in the kitchen and baths of a homeIt is a loose lay product not requiring adhesive as verified by the product manufacturerThe flooring has buckled and has many ridges and bumps651carpets refuses to repair or replace the defective vinyl and/or defective labor

We have been in contact numerous times with the customer trying to resolve the issue, and have yet to get a date/time from them to have installers back out to make any repair. We even had the installers out at the home in the driveway, but the customer did not answer the door. We would
love to help the customer out, but we would need some flexibility in setting a time for the needed repairs. Our Quality Control Manager is trying to arrange another time with the customer currently. We hope to have this resolved by tomorrow, and we are sorry for any confusion that may have happened on getting this scheduled. Thanks again for your business-

This company installed hardwood flooring, after they demanded all their money up front, now we have no leverage for them to complete the workThe work order states remove and replace hand rail and toilet, our toilet is still sitting by our front doorwe have trim work missingMy daughter slipped and fell in the foyer from the step that's missing wood because they did not have the wood to finish the jobWe were not properly informed about the purchase of the wood, after we made the purchase they said the wood was on back order and was so for months after the purchaseOn the day of install they said they will not install unless it's all paid in fullWho does that? No contractor does this! Its despicable, how they appear to be a stand up company with an A ratingThey should have an F rating, and should be in businessI am frustrated because my work is unfinished and they have been paid in full
Their sales guy Will, misrepresented himself and the sale to begin with, he did not

The company installed scrap granite without our knowledgeWhen we complained, it was acknowledged that they did this due to an inventory shortage (not disclosed when we paid) and that their installers were supposed to allow us to see the slabs before they put them in (they did not)Now, we have mismatched granite in our kitchen and instead of rectifying the problem, their management suggested we change the lighting in our homeThey also told us that if we had an island in our kitchen (instead of a peninsula), we would not be able to tell the difference as muchNot only did the company knowingly do a horrible job, they treated us first with aggression (coming to our home and pacing, raised voices, etc.) and then with dismissiveness (lying that phone calls had been made, ignoring emails and requests for calls) after they realized we had a valid complaint
If I could select two things in the "nature of complaint," I would have also selected customer service because on top of feeling

We had carpets from installed last week from a recommendation from our son and could not be more satisfied The salesman brought us samples in our color, style and price range without overwhelming us with a lot of choices The installers were just the BEST and I would request them again

Sales representative was very helpful with our in home estimate which led to our purchase
Additionally, the installation went smoothlyThanks Carpet looks wonderful

carpets was out yesterday to install carpeting and laminate in my homeCouldn't be happier with the resultsEmployees were prompt, courteous, and efficientEverything looks great

This vendor was not professional to work withWe had jobs for them to completeThey used subs for all and the subs showed up confused on the job structureWe had to provide sub with a ladder, tools and a shop vac (for a carpet install!)The job was quoted to be 5-hours by different schedulers and they took hours, in a vacant propertyOn a different job, the carpet install was scheduled and confirmed only to receive a call the day of the install (one I took off work for) to hear they didn't know where the carpet was and couldn't do the install that dayAmanda attempted to make it right on the first issue, but once the second issue came up, she's been unreachableI call the office and sit on hold, or get rolled to a dispatch center where they have no idea what's going onI would NOT recommend this company for any workCan't believe they bothered to join the Revdex.com when they deliver such terrible service experience!

Ozzy came and quickly patched a little hole in the carpet He was super friendly and did a great job!

We would have certainly come back to cut out the vent opening, but we did not receive a call to do soThe customer cut the vent out on their own. We hope that the customer can find a vent cover that fits and looks attractive along with their new carpet. Thanks again for reviewing-

We understand that there are some minor repairs and adjustments to be made on Ms***'s project, and we would like to make those repairs so that the customer is satisfied with their project, but her statement is as far as us not trying to contact her and make the necessary repairsWe
have tried contacting Ms*** numerous times (all of which are documented) to set up a time to have the installers come into her home and make the repairsWe stand by our installations and we want to make whatever repairs are needed to have the customer happy, but the customer must allow us to do soWe have been calling the phone numbers that we have on file (same as on complaint) with no answer so we leave messages to contact the office or installer directand nothing has come back throughAgain, we will gladly come over to Ms***'s home and make any repairs or adjustments that are neededPlease have her contact us at ###-###-#### to set up an appointment for our installers to come out and make the repairs

We hired Carpets to install new kitchen flooring in our home When the installers arrived, they inspected our existing floor and determined that the floor was not level, and so they would be unable to install the new flooring as planned The installers explained that because they were unable to complete the work, they would be cancelling our order and we would not be held accountable for any payment, since the services were not completed
Carpets billed my credit card $2,for services that were never completed
I have contacted Carpets on multiple occasions to no avail My calls have not been returned as promised, and I have not been able to get anyone there to acknowledge the issue in any way
I disputed the charge with the credit card company as well The credit card company contacted Carpets to investigate the dispute Carpets provided the credit card company with a copy of the original contract we signed showing that the cost of services was $2,

We received an estimate for new carpet for our home (1400+ sq/ft of carpet) for $5,from Carpets sales representative Justin on 7/23/ We decided to move forward with the estimate I (Jason) called Justin on 8/6/to request that we move forward with the purchase as long as they could get it installed yet that week(They advertise next day installation) Justin said he had to make sure they had the carpet in stock before he could confirmHe called me back later that afternoon saying, yes, they did have the carpet instock, and they could install it on Thursday, 8/9/Justin said we had to pay 1/of the $up front for them to schedule the installationI provided Justin my credit card number over the phone, and authorized a $payment with the understanding/agreement that the carpet would be installed on 8/9/ I had to take off work in order to ensure I was available during the installationI was also told by Justin that I needed to clear all but piec

While installing our dinning room and living room flooring (different attempts) they damaged out kitchen and entryway tilewith a hammer and bar
We purchased our home in SeptemberWe had Carpets come into the home and give us a quote on new flooring and counter topsWe decided to use them as our flooring companyThey sent our sub contractors to install the floorThe hard surface installers showed up unannounced and way ahead of scheduleThis created issues of my wife having to take unrequested vacationThis started the downward fall of issuesThe crew that showed up spoke broken english and were hard to talk to and understandThey took out all the old flooring and started the instalWhen the carpet crew showed up the actually asked me how the flooring was going and laughed about the crew who was installing itUnknown to me the hard surface crew had major issuesI questioned some of the tactics they were using while installing the floor but they said they knew what

We have been issued a complaint from the above customer, and we are confused as to why… We have installed the exact product that was chosen at the time of the sale, and we have installed it in a timely & professional manner. The end result of the installation is beautiful, and nothing was
installed incorrectlyAfter the installation occurred the customer made a call to our office stating that there was a height difference between the countertops and her appliances. We cannot control which appliances customers choose to have in their home, and we only have one size/thickness of granite that is ever installed. Again, the customer chose this product to be installed and had the exact sample in their hands before the purchase. The only options for the customer to level everything if they so choose, would be to raise the cabinets that are existing or get different appliances. Neither of these options are items that we could help withOur granite manager has been in contact with the customer numerous times and has tried explaining the situation in all different ways. We strive to make all of our customers happy, and we have done everything possible to satisfy this customer as well. We cannot offer any type of compensation as we have fulfilled all obligations with this order. We have installed a quality product in a quality mannerWe would be willing to come back out and resecure the dishwasher and add the granite strips as requested, but we cannot give any monetary compensationPlease advise as to when we can come back out to help the customer

We had carpet installed years ago and were disappointed in the installation from the beginning, where the carpet is placed next to other flooring, for example, our hardwood or tile flooring the carpet was never tucked, so therefore it does not lay flush with the other flooring In fact, with the level of separation between the flooring, the carpet nails literally poke through and stick straight up out of the tack strip, the carpet is fraying and looks so terrible We let them know our concerns and they sent someone out to the house when we were not home, this person left a vm with my husband saying he 'stretched' the carpet piece in our closet/master bath (the smallest piece we had laid)...and that was it...never heard from them again, no return calls/follcalls etc...I reached out to them and followed their process to complain on January 3, and have not gotten any response

In July of we contacted Carpets, for granite in our kitchenWe were shown a nice selection to choose fromWe got a great price, the granite was installed on the scheduled day promised, The installers were experienced, knowledgeable, polite, and detail orientatedIt looks beautifulYesterday, 4/21/2016, we had carpet, and flooring installed in our lower level We got a high quality carpet, at a great price, and a wonderful new hard floor for a bathroom, The install was on the day promised, with three days noticeAgain, the installers were very professionalExperienced, knowledgeable, and politeA job well done, everything looks fantastic

I will submit a complaint to the Revdex.com, *** *** ***+ too but be aware they will not honor of their guarantees directly quoted from their website (Lowest Price & 110% satisfaction)This is the first time I have ever complained on social media or even gone this far with a company in my entire lifeI am doing this so you don't make the same mistake I haveTheir customer service and quality of work are absolutely terrible, embarrassing in factJustin (install manager) and David *** (Sales Rep) won't even give me the curtsy of calling me backI also have a VM in with Robert *** who heads up the officeFree furniture moving, FACT, not true, they will contractual ask you to clean out all rooms including drawers for dressers so you avoid a fineThey will let you leave the "big items"FYI, they put the dressers back in the wrong rooms for us(#in the contract, pic attached)
Satisfaction Guaranteed, FACT, not trueThey won't stand up to the quality of their pad, or install performance with meIn fact, David who was our sales person won't even call me backBelow, in fine print they state not all modelsWhen asked which models they honor David couldn't tell me on the phoneSeriouslyProfessional Installation, FACT, not trueMy installer couldn't figure out how to install a transition pieceMy contractor was at the house at the time and had to show himFACT, when I spoke with the install supervisor he suggested that I have my contractor there when they come back to explain how to make some of the other repairsCHEAPEST carpet in town FACT, maybe trueDo you know why, because the name of the carpet and brand isn't sold by anyone else in townThey will tell you to match the product number, I am convinced they give out different product numbers for different Co's I couldn't find this carpet with any of the other providers I had bid AFTER this job was doneFYI...they priced 3rd behind *** *** and *** *** in ** for pricingI brought the sample in and both matched the style, color, etcDavid negative sold *** ***, claimed their prices and install folks are far superiorTheir "Top of the Line Pad" is absolute garbageIt's 7/16th and they will tell you how great it isWhat they won't tell you is, the reason they push this pad is due to the manufacturing not warranting any pad over 7/16thSo they prefer not to sell 8/or 9/16th pads so they won't be liableDon't believe me? Pictures say it all, I can only post oneI have about fiveSo I will post more here for visual......purchase receipt as proofI am all about giving the little local guy the business over box retailersHowever, experience like this gives a bad name for all small business owners** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***

I purchased granite counter tops with their salesman Robert *** on Friday, March 16th, I was VERY CLEAR that if they could not get the counter tops installed by the end of March, I wanted a refund of the $I put down and to hold off until later in the year as I have a hectic travel schedule I was told "no problem." The required install date was written on the contract and agreed to be March 23rd March 21st I get a call from Max the installer wanting to schedule but he claims he can't install until mid to late April I told him what my agreement with Robert was and he agreed to call me back No call back I called & texted Robert the next day, no call back The following day I tried both Max and Robert Again no call backs I then called my credit card company to have the charges reversed, sensing that this company was no on the up and up produced a copy of the agreement and had to reverse the charges because, I am told, they responded and are required t

David *** came out and gave me an estimate of $ I ordered/signed a contract and paid their required 1/down at time (February 26, 2018), heck #I was told that the remaining balance would be due at the end of the installSo we proceeded to get it ordered/scheduledI was called and left a message the afternoon of 3/stating that my service was scheduled for the next day for the install and that the balance would be due BEFORE installingI called back later that afternoon to confirm the install but that I wasn't comfortable paying the entire amount until it was finished The gal said that she didn't know what other business do, but that is their processShe stated that I could see the carpet in the back of the delivery/install van ahead of time, but that the installer wasn't going to go ahead unless I paid up front for it and that I couldn't pay with check, it had to be credit card or money order! I reluctantly agreedThe carpet was delivered/installed the next da
