We had carpet installed years ago and were disappointed in the installation from the beginning, where the carpet is placed next to other flooring, for example, our hardwood or tile flooring the carpet was never tucked, so therefore it does not lay flush with the other flooring In fact, with the level of separation between the flooring, the carpet nails literally poke through and stick straight up out of the tack strip, the carpet is fraying and looks so terrible We let them know our concerns and they sent someone out to the house when we were not home, this person left a vm with my husband saying he 'stretched' the carpet piece in our closet/master bath (the smallest piece we had laid)...and that was it...never heard from them again, no return calls/follcalls etc...I reached out to them and followed their process to complain on January 3, and have not gotten any response

In July of we contacted Carpets, for granite in our kitchenWe were shown a nice selection to choose fromWe got a great price, the granite was installed on the scheduled day promised, The installers were experienced, knowledgeable, polite, and detail orientatedIt looks beautifulYesterday, 4/21/2016, we had carpet, and flooring installed in our lower level We got a high quality carpet, at a great price, and a wonderful new hard floor for a bathroom, The install was on the day promised, with three days noticeAgain, the installers were very professionalExperienced, knowledgeable, and politeA job well done, everything looks fantastic

I made an appointment to have carpet installed in a single bedroom through The appointment was made for 8-10am during the week, thus I took a half day from work in order to be here for installation9:rolled around and nobody had called me yetI called and asked if somebody was comingThey responded that they they had me on the schedule for the afternoonThis is even after I called the day before to confirm my AM appointmentThe installers finally showed up after 1pm, which meant I had to miss the second half of work as wellI brought this up with customer service and they said a manager would call me later that dayI never received a call from said manager eitherI DO NOT RECOMMEND CARPETIT IS CHEAP FOR A REASONESPECIALLY NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU NEED THE WORK TO OCCUR IN A SPECIFIC TIME WINDOWVERY UNRELIABLE

I did not get the product I asked for...I ordered think grey carpet from carpets and I got thin carpet and that was laid on September 1st I tried contacting the company the day of the install and and left a message sine it was a SaturdayI called again the day after Labor Day and again for the past weeks I left plenty of unanswered voice mails and when I finally got to speak to someone I was promised that the manager would come to look at my carpet

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.They have sent a repairman to fix the damage done by their installer The repair was satisfactory. I, however, take issue with the responsiveness of their customer service and am disappointed it took me filing a claim with Revdex.com for them to resolve the issue

It took over months from quote to finish and still no itemized billThe operations manager Dave was about as rude as they comeThe sales rep quoted me $and was going to send me something the next day in writing as he knew this was a insurance claim

We were told the install was scheduled for 8-on 10/13, my husband took time off work to be there when for the installation but they didn't show up until 5PM I called at 4PM & spoke to a employee Max who was placing the blame on the sales rep who gave me the estimate He was rude & unprofessional and basically said they were coming & had until 8PM to get there
Our bid included charges of $per room (2) to have our furniture moved but we ended up doing it ourselves as this install was delayed over hours When I contacted the sales rep for an adjustment he told me he only charged me for one room Today I was told that they never charged us?!

We are certainly not lying about anything, and we would like to address any concerns about a transition or metal being installed. Our technician that came out to your home explained that there was excess mortar protruding from your current tile and that our carpet installation was done properly. We do not put metal transitions over tile, and the only way to remedy this situation would be for the customer to remove the excess mortar on the floor so that we can stretch it up again. The original installers did not touch the mortar or tile from the existing floor as we do not warranty or guarantee any work on existing floorsOur quality control manager can come out to the home and make any adjustments after the excess mortar is removed. We will do this for free. Please contact him at ###-###-#### to arrange a time during business hours

We have contacted the customer and have an appointment scheduled to make the repair...
We are not positive that the damage was done by our installer, and we also have a signed checklist from the customer that clearly states that "there will be nicks and scratches on
walls during installation". We have attached the checklist for verification. Again, we still would like to help the customer so that they are fully satisfied so we will be sending out a repair specialist to fix the minor issueWe will not be able to offer any sort of refund

We had a whole house carpeted today The carpet was exactly as we had ordered The carpet layers where on time, and did a wonderful job They were very professional, and checked back to make sure things were done to our satisfaction Recommend them
