Our garage door had been giving us a hard time for awhile, so when it finally stopped working we weren’t surprised. However, it was still a super inconvenience! I called first thing in the morning and was given a 1:00pm to 6:00 arrival time. By 11:45am, my service guy called and asked if he could come early! Jed was super knowledgeable and provided all the details to reassure me of the work he was going to do. All and all, the money is always hard to spend...but glad we got it done and will call on A1 again in the future!

I had a great experience with A1 Garage Door Service and definitely had to give them a 5 Star Rating. The Customer Service was excellent from the very time I called them to make an appointment with their Customer Care Representative. The Technician (Jed ***) that serviced our garage door was right on time, was very polite, and answered all my questions. He also gave me great tips on how to best maintain our garage door, did an excellent job in replacing our garage door cables, and did some extra lubrication of my garage door hinges and wheels while servicing my door. Jed further explained about additional services that I can obtain in the future and provided me with a detailed cost estimate for all future services that I inquired about. This Technician was outstanding and was an excellent representative for their company.
As such, I will definitely be calling on A1 Garage Door Service for all my future garage door needs. They are prompt, courteous, customer service oriented, and always easy to reach and schedule an appointment with every day of the week.
