I would not use the company. It is so frustrating I paid in full prior to job and said I had to have a lien waiver for the sale of my house. I was told it would not be a problem. I have called and emailed repeatedly. I keep being told I would have shortly. A week later and still haven’t received and my sale on my home is in jeopardy. They were very happy to take my money.

A1 and Greg were awesome! I’m a technical guy - and not handy at all, so I really appreciate text based scheduling and the help with garage door issues. I had to move the first appointment and was rescheduled quickly by their team. Greg came out, was super friendly and did an awesome job diagnosing why my garage door wasn’t closing. He gave me a series of maintenance tips (new home owner) fixed the issue, put some new rollers on, reasonable price, and gave me recommendations for someone to help with side door lock/door repair on the garage. He also set up my built in car garage door opener. Super service, friendly service, fast service, whole heartedly recommend A1! I will put in one nitpick - their scheduling system (at least for me) showed scheduled time blocks on west coast time. Perhaps my work computer was reporting a west coast IP, not sure, but that was why I had to cancel the first appointment because I had several meetings that started during the window of time I received vs what I signed up for They rescheduled easily for me though! Thanks Greg and A1!
