When our garage door wouldn't open all the way, we were able to get a technician (Greg) out the next day. The office called and txt (with a photo and bio) that he was on his way. Greg also called me. He assessed the multiple problems and solved them quickly. He also recommended replacing the wheels on our other garage door, to make it last longer and avoid costly repairs in the future. They are a really honest and trust worthy company. I would highly recommend them.

The service person (Jed) that took care of our garage door repair was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. He showed us what was immediately necessary for the repair, and what may be needed in the future. This was really helpful in us budgeting for current and/or future repairs/rebuilds. Plus the company has a lifetime warranty on all their parts. When/if its time for a new garage door, A1 will be our only choice.

Jimmy came to our house on a Saturday after our garage door wouldn’t close. We were super nervous that service on a Saturday would come at a huge cost. Was only a $20 service charge. Jimmy arrived on time after the company called and he called to notify us he was on the way. Communication was wonderful. He thoroughly looked over our garage and was not pushy at all with possible upgrades that could be done. Our garage was fixed and done so quickly.
