very professional service HOWEVER price quoted was much lower than final price, technician failed to tell me that quoted price did not include labor and tax! I should have refused to pay the extra but felt maybe it was my fault for not asking if quote included labor.

My estimate was on Friday May 1st, my technician was Jed and he was awesome. Answered all my questions and practiced social distance very well. He was honest and I felt very comfortable trusting him. I needed to replace my garage door setup completely and asked if I would be able to get it done by the end of the month and Jed was able to schedule it for Monday the 4th !!!!!!! I also like that you get a text before they arrive with their picture and a bit about them. I will definitely recommend A1 Garage Door Service as I can't see how the actual install could be any less awesome! A+ from me.

The service was good and prompt, however Spring replacement was more expensive than expected. I made an appointment to replace some torsion springs and was told I would be given a quote once the technician arrived. I had no time to do proper research when given the options.

Friendly and explained everything, it was done to my satisfaction. During this virus time, he used safe practices and did social distancing while working. A-1 Garage door was suppose to provide me with an estimate on August 22, 2019, they never showed up to provide me with one. I had to call them up and reschedule, A-1 didn't even have the courtesy to call me when they didn't show up. They came on August 26, 2019, provided me with and estimate, took a deposit, and explained what they were going to do as far as a garage door replacement. I ordered a new garage door, and the service to remove the old door and install a new one. I scheduled the door replacement on November 5, 2019. I had to rent an appliance dolly and move many things out of the garage to create a working environment for A-1 to replace the door. A-1 never showed up again. I had to call them again and ask why a second time they failed to provide service. They didn't seem to know what happen, that is to say, they could not figure out on their end how they missed this. They could not provide with an explanation. All they said was they "dropped the ball on this one" This doesn't explain anything to me.

Jimmy was an experienced and efficient installer and was thorough with details afterwards. Highly recommend.

The rep who came over, was great, Josh, pointed out we had frayed cables, and replaced them, fast and explained the reasons why, (although $500+ I thought was a bit pricey) but it needed to be done, and i'm glad he noticed them, as I will be contacting the original installer of the door when we built our home for installing improper cables (7ft ones for 8ft doors) But yes I would highly recommend them and I will call upon A1 Garage all the time and advise all my friends.
