The BEST customer service I have seen in a long time. Very accurate and thorough and patient with me. Explained and was shown what was wrong. Once taken apart he also showed me pictures of how bad it was. Highly recommend this company. You pay for what you get and it was worth every penny!!!

Technician was professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough in explaining how the new garage door opener worked. He took the time to help me set up the features of the model that he installed. He also showed me the spray that he used on the rollers and springs, and explained why I should purchase a can and use it for yearly maintenance on the garage door. The reason that I only gave four stars was that after he left, I found staples scattered around the garage floor, which I promptly swept up. The tech. used the stapler to attach the wiring for the electric “eyes”. Then, the following day, my spouse backed out of the garage, pressed the button on the remote, and the door did not close. The tech. forgot to program the 2nd remote. Despite these two minor issues, I would still highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service.

We hadn't had any maintenance on our garage door in 14 years so we didn't know what to expect. We wanted a maintenance check and that's what we received. Great technician (Brandon) that did not push more repairs then what was necessary. Honest man with total knowledge of his craft. 5 stars, I will definitely call them again when needed.
