Andy changed my control board, and listened to my experience as a mechanic did not patronize me the way some companies do who think they are the only professionalsI have worked with and changed hundreds of relays, on cars and heavy machinery over my lifetime, and the one on my board did not sound right, and he is going to give my input to the manufacturer, as it could save them warranty costs in the long runHe was also a great communicator, and professional! I like the work that this business doesthe only deduction they get on recommendation is that they are pricey for repairs! I had a system installed through them with Costco, they did a great job

Michael arrived on time, was courteous and professional He resolved the issue with my heating system in a short time, left information with me on a maintenance program available as well as business cards The only issue encountered was that my address had been recorded incorrectly in the initial appointment call but since Michael had my phone number it did not cause any problems or delays in his arrival I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends

We had our regularly scheduled maintenance of our heating system on Dec15th, It was greatOur technicians were Justin B [redacted] and James Y***They were on time and got right to work so that we could continue with our work day as wellThey were also both very friendly and easy to talk to while they were waiting for tests to run on our systemThey took the time to try and get to know us a little bit and while that is not necessary it was great to meet good people who know how to interact with their clients on a human level, not just a professional oneI feel confident that my system is in good working orderThey did recommend a system upgrade but it was not a high pressure sell, it was mostly because our system is old and probably outdated by now as far as efficiencyThank you so very much!
Excellent customer service from start of the install to the endThey recommended a 2step American Standard A/C system and we replaced the furnaceThe new system is so quiet and efficient, what a change from the old system! We got years out of our old system and I am firmly convinced that it was due to their maintenance service on the system every yearReasonably priced too compared to the competition
