We had Taylor Brown do our fall maintenance on our new furnace - he was on time and answered all our questions and found some problems with leaks - he checked the duck work, heat exchanger, flue pipe and put in a new filterWhen he left everything was working properly and we have never had any problems with Acosta Heating and Cooling in prior years and would recommend them to others

[redacted] came out on the 5th of April to do the spring check-up on my AC. He called and let me know what time he would be at my location. Andy was very polite and knowledgeable. He answer my questions and explain in detail what needed before he did it. This made me feel at ease. Acosta is lucky to have a tech like Andy!
I specifically request xxxxx for my service/maint needs. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable and the fact he is familiar with my heating/ac unit, I fell confident that I will be running smooth winter and summer.
It's Aug 17 2016 evening. I've been waiting for a call from a technician from Acosta Heating & Cooling. I've been calling them every 20-30 min only to hear from the answering service that someone will contact me in the the next 15 min. So far we've had 5 these exchanges. I have a contract with Acosta, and I signed it for my peace of mind, since they promise:
"If you have an emergency, we offer service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week."
I do not feel I'm getting any service, except empty promises.
The staff at Acosta is very courteous and knowledgeable in their areas. Very personal customer service with a live person each time you call. They are familiar with your account, your name and seem to know what is currently happening with you without asking several questions as with other HVAC companies. They are large enough to provide you the service and options you need and small enough to keep it personal like they care about your business.
Had a great experience with Aaron B., he was knowledgeable and gave us a good explanation of what was wrong and gave us options, did great work in a really hot day.

We have used Acosta Heating and Cooling for many years and we have never been disappointed. They are professional, dependable and customer service oriented company. Highly recommend for heating and cooling issues.
We have used Acosta for three years now, over three separate visits. Each time they have been prompt and professional. Each time the problems were fixed quickly, with a clear explanation of parts, services, and costs.
Today we had xxxxx come out, and once again received excellent service. He was on time, very quickly diagnosed and addressed the problem, found the fix, and installed the new parts. No fuss at all, and a nice guy to boot.
My technician called the day of the appointment to confirm that he would be there at the scheduled time. He arrived on time. He was very friendly and polite and completed his work in a timely manner. Afterward he described the actions he had taken and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He also told me it I had any questions I hadn't thought to ask to either call him or Acosta.
Excellent customer service from start of the install to the end. They recommended a 2step American Standard A/C system and we replaced the furnace. The new system is so quiet and efficient, what a change from the old system! We got 20 years out of our old system and I am firmly convinced that it was due to their maintenance service on the system every year. Reasonably priced too compared to the competition.
