Acosta has helped me through some very difficult situations. The Lennox company has been very unforgiving for supplying me with a lemon and refuse to replace it for me, so Acosta has been more than gracious in helping me through this as best they can. Andy has done an incredible job of fixing things for me and making sure he shows me where the problem is. Janelle has helped me figure out how to pay based on my being on a fixed income and they always come right away to help! I love Acosta and that is saying a lot when Lennox has been so difficult and that could normally be a reflection on the AC company, but with Acosta, you know they are truthful and really want to help their clients and that is the way everyone (hear that Lennox) should run a business!!!

It was great. Our technicians were Justin B[redacted] and James Y[redacted]. They were on time and got right to work so that we could continue with our work day as well. They were also both very friendly and easy to talk to while they were waiting for tests to run on our system. They took the time to try and get to know us a little bit and while that is not necessary it was great to meet good people who know how to interact with their clients on a human level, not just a professional one. I feel confident that my system is in good working order. They did recommend a system upgrade but it was not a high pressure sell, it was mostly because our system is old and probably outdated by now as far as efficiency. Thank you so very much!
I have a HVAC that uses a type of freon slowly being phased out. I found it very easy to schedule an appointment to have a technician evaluate my system. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Acosta to friends and family.

He went over the shape my units are in and explained what might be needed in the future. He made recommendations without being high-pressure. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Acosta based on service like this! We have used Acosta for many years and the service has been consistently good.
Michael arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He resolved the issue with my heating system in a short time, left information with me on a maintenance program available as well as business cards. The only issue encountered was that my address had been recorded incorrectly in the initial appointment call but since Michael had my phone number it did not cause any problems or delays in his arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends.
xxxxx. came to my house on Tuesday to do service work. He was very professional and extremely knowledgable. He gave me several tips and educated me on my dehumidifier. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Acosta was great. Andy came in and complete the repairs in no time and didn't wake up my two year old sleeping beneath the heater. Further there was full transparency on the cost to repair, so there were no surprises once the work was done. Extremely happy with Acosta!!!
