He checked both my indoor and outdoor units to get the whole picture of what may be wrong. After completing his check he explained to me the issues with the unit and his recommendations. I decided upon the easier fix while I take some time to weigh my options between doing the other necessary repairs or just purchasing a new unit. In the meantime, [redacted] completed the smaller repair within 30 minutes and I have working AC. Because of the amazing service provided by [redacted] I will certainly be using Acosta for my future heating & cooling needs. Thank you.

Mike performed our semi annual service check on both HVAC systems.
His attention to detail and his manner is next to perfect. We had Mike here before last month on a thermostat glitch and discovered our condensation pump was not operating well. Needless to say he remedied that situation and it has been working great since.
He even corrected an install deficiency on a seal today on the upstairs unit.

Our downstairs A/C stopped working sometime during the night Friday. After checking [redacted] I selected Acosta and called them early Saturday morning. They answered the phone immediately, took my information, and said a technician would call. Andy called a few minutes later to let us know when he could come and what that cost would be. He arrived even earlier and promptly fixed our system. He was most professional and thorough and as a result of this experience we are joining their Comfort Club. We are most pleased with their service and especially the fact that they were able to repair our system on a weekend.
Mike was a very skilled technician. He took the time to answer all of my questions. We have used Acosta for many years and plan to continue by using the maintenance contract.

He thoroughly explained the results of this bi-annual routine inspection, suggested/demonstrated the proper installation of the HVAC filter. He also suggested the installation of a surge protector for the exterior unit-the building had had lightening strikes- and performed the installation quickly, including taking a photo and explaining how the unit would work.
We have used Acosta for many years to service/repair our heating/cooling unit. We are on our second heating/cooling unit that we purchased through Acosta. Today we had our unit checked for the first time since it was installed. xxxxx was the service tech and he was very nice. He arrived on time and checked everything out on the unit. He told the wife that there were no issues with the unit and everything looked good. We have never had any problems with Acosta and would recommend them to anybody.

Acosta answered my emergency call promptly on a Saturday, were very courteous and professional on the phone and based on what I told them PNG had said was wrong with my furnace, tried to estimate charges before they came out. (PNG guy said he thought I had a bad control valve; an $800 repair.) I was able to get an appointment for Saturday night. This was crucial since I work long hours M-F.
Technician spent 2 hours here, confirmed that nothing was wrong with the furnace in the crawl space except an air return had come loose, as had connection to condensation pan. Took photos on his cell phone to show to me, which he then emailed to me. Also inspected attic furnace and took photos. Measured gas pressure for entire system and confirmed no leaks with gas logs, hot water tank or gas range. All this for the original diagnostic fee of $99. They could have charged me the moon for furnace parts and I would never have known if it was truth or not. Acosta and technician Adam B. get my highest recommendation.
Acosta came out to do a routine check of my AC unit as spring/summer approaches. My tech [redacted] was very professional and very helpful. He even changed all my filters for me! I appreciate the proactive approach my this company to make sure I am all set for when the weather gets really hot!
xxxxx called ahead before he came, got here on time, and did a thorough Heat Pump service. It took approx. 45 minutes, then he explained everything to us. He even took time to look up our account to make sure we were paid up, etc.
