[redacted] called prior to his scheduled arrival and was on time He thoroughly explained the results of this bi-annual routine inspection, suggested/demonstrated the proper installation of the HVAC filter He also suggested the installation of a surge protector for the exterior unit-the building had had lightening strikes- and performed the installation quickly, including taking a photo and explaining how the unit would work
I have a HVAC that uses a type of freon slowly being phased outI found it very easy to schedule an appointment to have a technician evaluate my systemThe technician was very professional and knowledgeableI would recommend Acosta to friends and family

Acosta has helped me through some very difficult situationsThe Lennox company has been very unforgiving for supplying me with a lemon and refuse to replace it for me, so Acosta has been more than gracious in helping me through this as best they canAndy has done an incredible job of fixing things for me and making sure he shows me where the problem isJanelle has helped me figure out how to pay based on my being on a fixed income and they always come right away to help! I love Acosta and that is saying a lot when Lennox has been so difficult and that could normally be a reflection on the AC company, but with Acosta, you know they are truthful and really want to help their clients and that is the way everyone (hear that Lennox) should run a business!!!

Setting up the appointment was easy and when I had to change it, there was no fuss or bother Matt called before arriving to the house and when he arrived, he explained what he was planning to do I showed him where the systems were located and he went to work He found a few things that needed attention and took care of them He did an outstanding job and will welcome him back any time [redacted] and [redacted]

Because of the stuffy weather we have been having we turned the air conditioner over the weekendYesterday we smelled a burning type odor and promptly turned off the system and called Acosta todayThey got us scheduled for this afternoon and xxxxx called to let us know when he was on his wayMy husband and I are housepainters and appreciated the call and accuracy of their time estimate so we could plan what time we needed to finish up our dayxxxxx also completed our regular maintenance on our heater last week and was right on timeHe is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our numerous questions! Teddy and Mark worked all day to get my system installed There were some issues with the air handler install due to space limitations But Teddy dug in and got the job done
