We had our HVAC unit installed by Acosta and have them do semi-annual checkups Each of their technicians has been polite, thorough, and did a great job of explaining the situations encountered Today Mike Pdid our servicing and spent an extensive amount of time checking out our system He found a capacitor that wasn't meeting specs and recommended replacing it before it became a problem, shutting down the whole system Like previous techs, he was very thorough and explained the evaluation very clearly One thing that irks me about Acosta's visits is the "upselling" of things like humidifiers and surge protectors Those items can cost a third of what the original unit cost!
We had a new heating and cooling system installed by Acosta Heating and Cooling last FallWe have been very pleased with the system to date In addition to added comfort, we have happily had lower operational cost An Acosta service technician, Mr [redacted] did a routine scheduled system check today I was very impressed with his service and the way he interacted with me as a customer of his Company
My technician called the day of the appointment to confirm that he would be there at the scheduled time He arrived on time He was very friendly and polite and completed his work in a timely manner Afterward he described the actions he had taken and thoroughly answered all of my questions He also told me it I had any questions I hadn't thought to ask to either call him or Acosta

Four years ago we purchased our new Lennox HVAC system through Costco, who directed us to Acosta Heating and Cooling The installation went smoothly and we loved our system Months later we experienced a problem and called Acosta The problem was not an easy one to fix, but our technician, ***, pursued the problem and solved it We ended up getting a new condenser unit at zero cost to us Acosta does biannual checkups on our unit, and the relationship has been excellent

I found myself without air conditioning on Sunday evening I called Acosta and talked to Lauren H She got the basic information and then put me in touch with a great technician, Justin B After he pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone he turned me back to Lauren to set up an appointment I had an appointment for late Monday afternoon He called prior to coming and arrived right on time Within a short while Justin had everything up and running This was the best experience I have had and look forward to being their customer for a long time Thanks Justin B.and Lauren H

I will always turn to Acosta and request xxxxx (if possible) for any future issuesxxxxx rates a 10+ as efficient, friendly and professional
Pete technician with Acosta is the best He is friendly, considers my financial position, and tells me exactly what is wrong with my AC He made sure it was functioning properly and explained every step he was taking I could not have been more pleased with his skills and Customer Service!

The problems I was having was during the coldest days of the year, yesterday was not very cold so he had to make some assumptions, they seemed logical and a good first step toward correcting my problem, and might permanently correct the problem, but we need some bitter cold days to test the theory He also corrected a couple of small issues others might overlook, that gave me a lot of respect for him as a technicianSmall things can lead to larger problems in the long termThe only reason company does not get a from me is that non warranty repairs are very pricey, the company needs to come down a bit and work on real hours not book hours, all of us that live in *** are not Rockefeller, just looking to pay a fair price for a fair times labor Then it would be a love fest, they would be a perfect company!
