Andy changed my control board, and listened to my experience as a mechanic did not patronize me the way some companies do who think they are the only professionals. I have worked with and changed hundreds of relays, on cars and heavy machinery over my lifetime, and the one on my board did not sound right, and he is going to give my input to the manufacturer, as it could save them warranty costs in the long run. He was also a great communicator, and professional! I like the work that this business does. the only deduction they get on recommendation is that they are pricey for repairs! I had a system installed through them with Costco, they did a great job.
Andy was prompt and very professional. He gave great advice and shared how he solved similar problems with his own house. He also kept the cost to the original quote.

Teddy and Mark worked all day to get my system installed. There were some issues with the air handler install due to space limitations. But Teddy dug in and got the job done.

He was very friendly and answered all of our questions without the "pushiness" of having to sell new equipment that we have experienced with other companies. Andy B. is one fantastic diagnostic mechanic. After replacing control boards the system was cycling on and off. He took his readings and was able to determine the unit was not totally installed correctly four years ago. Wow enough with that company who installed the unit and advertises regularly on TV. Andy said he was going to figure it out and he sure did. A lot is to be said for Acosta and their customer service.
In less than a half hour they had correct materials at our home and the correction started. I couldn't be happier knowing my problems are behind me. kudos to Andy and Acosta. We made the right decision switching to them several years ago. You guys ROCK!!!
