We sent an email to you (also shows in our My Order webpage) advising of our error as system did not place in correct queue As you can see, we have a new website and during those changes, some orders were incorrectly processed We have resolved most orders, but some were not We offered to complete the order for free to help resolve the order, and have recently provided a full refund due to no response to our email Offer still open, but we need an email to confirm the need for the vital recordAgain, we apologize for our error We wish to help, if possible Thank you!

Our website is extremely clear that we are not a government office nor intend to publicize as one Every page on the website has the information on the righthand side, and the home page is right in the beginning of it all [redacted] Invoice [redacted] emailed on [redacted] clearly asks you to also provide us with the birthdates of each spouse as specifically the NYC City Clerk asks us to provide this in case a record is not found with a "basic search" We state that it is to make the search faster Most Vital Records Offices (VROs) for marriage records in the USA do not ask for birthdates, but NYC is special in more than one way In fact, they are so special in their processing, that NY State vital records are separate from NYC vital records and have different fees, process times, legal requirements, etc What we asked was nothing "too hard", such as a SSN as some states in fact do ask for.The $fee is for copies you requested on the order form, as it is $first copy and $all other copies, as clearly described in the invoice How will you receive the certified copies if full payment hasn't been made? We obtain these certificates IN-PERSON, and you will see that other large 3rd Party servicers do not offer this service (NYC marriages) We not only do, but can obtain them in 1-business days versus their 4-week process time.Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which has websites in many countries, leaders in some We also help obtain vital records in practically any country of the world We have clients such as large corporations, celebrities, sports teams, government agencies, etc We are practically the largest company in the world in the type of services that we provide This can easily be verified online, etc.Tramita LLC is not only [redacted] and [redacted] approved, but as previously-mentioned, are approved in every country we have websites in with similar websites.Though no error was done on our part, a COURTESY REFUND will be applied and order cancelled Client should review our website again since is clear that did not read everything prior to completing the order online

Attached you will find a screenprint of the Status Update webpage showing proof how you had access 24/*/to the information, regardless if you received the emails we sent to the email address you listed on the order form The email address on this complaint is not on the order form, therefore you likely are not checking the correct email address' mail We never received a request to change the email address on the order formThe webpage you made the order on, the Terms and Conditions, and the excerpt added to that pending invoice all mention the payment steps You first pay our service fee of $plus tax, and then billed for all items on the order form The "invoice" you sent is actually a [redacted] RECEIPT, showing how you paid the TRAMITA SERVICE FEE as clearly statesAnd just to go with what you are saying, having paid the "fixed fee of $plus tax" for all orders, --> what about all those orders that clients requesting multiple copies, paying the extra $rush fee (where available), legalization service ($in the US except NY, $in NY per certificate), international shipping ($economy or $priority), Vital Records Office extra fees for searches, etc Do we do those for free? If you wish for a refund, please contact [redacted] to file a DISPUTE and we will refund immediately If you file a CLAIM or CHARGEBACK, we will provide proof of service provided and invoice never paid We made no error on this order, it just seems that you didn't read the section about the payment steps prior to submitting the order

If we cannot locate the payment, obviously the order will not be processed There are times whenever the email address used to make the payment does not match the email address on the order form, we do not receive notification from [redacted] and cannot link the payment to the order We simply send the following email:"Order cancelledIf payment made, please confirm by emailing the [redacted] email address used so we can continue with the order processThank you!"The email address linked with this complaint was given to us and still no payment found We do not have access to [redacted] personal accounts nor information You simply only needed to contact [redacted] to locate the payment and have them send it to us, as many of our clients do Or even send the [redacted] receipt which shows the order information, etc We have never received proof of payment from you.We will gladly cancel this order and provide a refundbut if payment not found, cannot do a refund Either provide proof helping us help you, or directly file a [redacted] DISPUTE of the payment, which will force [redacted] to contact us to clarify the situation A refund will be made and case closed Again, we have no control over [redacted] and can only do so much We have asked for proof of payment, none has been provided

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The attachment sent from Tramita only shows they communicated with a government official regarding my order status (and likely only because I made repeated order status requests)It does not at any time confirm they ever sent or that I ever received my order I stand by my initial complaint that despite prepayment of over $four months ago, I never received the order Because of this, I would like a full refund.The apostilled certificate I ordered required a two-step process: ordering the certificate itself and then getting it authenticated with an apostille The government employee's response on the attachment Tramita provided was that they would have used a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to return the certificate I never provided an SASE to Tramita so I have no way of knowing which address was even on this document (Tramitas or mine or maybe even an incorrect one)I would suspect it was Tramitas address, given after receipt of the document, it would need to be apostilled requiring Tramita to mail it somewhere elseHad the document shipped directly to me, it would not have been apostilled yet My best guess is the document never made it to Tramita or Tramita received but never sent for apostilleTramita never provided me with a date the document was sent for apostille nor a confirmation number so I could follow up myself even thought I asked repeatedly for this information Regardless of all the background information, I NEVER RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE during months since I placed the order Tramita promised repeatedly in writing that it would take a maximum of weeks (approximately months)It has been twice the amount of time as of today They refuse to offer me a refund and they and at the same time are unable to provide the ordered item I would like a full refund in light of this Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

[redacted] ***, It appears that you never sent a cancellation request, but instead filed a chargeback with the bankAs we state in our terms and conditions, and as the bank will tell you, chargebacks are lengthy processes because your bank has to submit the claim to our bank and we have to submit evidence, which can take monthsThis is why we always advise our customers to make a cancellation request directly though usWe are also not allowed to do refunds while a chargeback is being processed, this is also something included both in out terms and conditions and within the terms and conditions of most banksIt appears that the bank has notified us we won the chargebackNow that the chargeback is over, we are able to do a refundWe sent an email this morning about how to request a cancellation online so we have it in writing and that you agree to our terms and conditions regarding the amount that will be refundedPlease look over this email and follow the directions, as soon as we receive a notification for cancellation, we will refund the money minus our service fee, which you can read more about in the attachmentIf you have any other questions regarding your order, cancellation, refund, and chargeback, please don't hesitate to call us again, or to write us through the MY ORDER section of our websiteThanks! This order was already cancelled and refunded on 02/due to processing error on our part We have been changing our website and systems, and unfortunately a few orders were not placed in the right queue We would offer to cancel/refund, or continue orders with free rush service to recover on the total order time, most cases even making the order faster than a order without rushWe apologize for the service on this order It has been fixed and new orders are again processed quickly as promised

Client did not read website prior to making the order as is quite clear that the $plus tax ($50.96) is our service fee, which is also indicated in the [redacted] receipt as it reads: "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE" Here is the webpage and text related to this: [redacted] "Our service fee for each birth certificate is $plus taxTo this amount, the fees of the state’s Vital Records Office and those coming from any additional required services will be added."This is also in the Terms&Conditions (easy to read), and an excerpt of the T&C is added to every invoice re-explaining the fee and order process of what is on the webpage the order is made on The invoice also clearly describes what the $fee is (the Vital Records Office fee for certified copy) and $is what the client requested on our order form for a RUSH, not shipping as we do not charge for domestic shipping (can see on the order form) The Washington Vital Records Office will not only rush the process time, but also will have it sent by [redacted] to our clients for the same fee.It is quite clear the client did not read prior to the order, nor took the moment to review the website to see if missed anything All is clear, approved by [redacted] We have made no error on this order, Invoice [redacted] emailed on 10/ [redacted] is still pending and a reminder was sent 11/**.As a courtesy, since we have more than enough proof to show customer error, we will cancel the order and apply a refund of the SERVICE FEE

Attach proof, as was confirmed with the Vital Records Office that the completed order was mailed to you by [redacted] Class Mail, as do the majority of the Vital Records Offices do in the U.S Attach the No Record Letter Found you claim, as we have not received anything nor any refunds you mention Whenever this happens, we always contact the client to see how to resolve (more information, partial refund to match refund amount provided by them (majority do not provide refunds, as with many countries around the world --- the fee is a service/search fee, not a certificate fee --- all this is also explained in our Terms and Conditions, as with the websites of the Vital Records Offices.)In order to use [redacted] AdWords (publicity in [redacted] ), the website is reviewed and controlled periodically to make sure we comply with their rules Major rule in services like ours, is that we mention that we are a 3rd Party Servicer and you are able to obtain the document yourself at a corresponding Vital Records Office We NEVER act like we are not and our website repeats that message in many webpages, just as [redacted] likes it The same webpage you completed the order form on, mentions this, which is what [redacted] obligates any company like us to do Our ad campaigns have never been blocked by [redacted] , we have an excellent historyBasically, you did not read the webpage/website and that is not something we can be blamed for Until proof is provided, we must go by what the Vital Records Office told us, which is what was explained in the last message of this Revdex.com complaint

We replied to your emails and our Status Update webpage will show 24h/365d the current status of your order The picture quality of the documents being emailed to us was very poor, and once printed was impossible to read anything We asked for simply resending those documents with higher quality Usually a camera/cell picture is valid enough, but lighting, angle, etcmust be accounted for If a scanner is not available, there are stores, local library, bank, etc., that offer that service (free or small fee).With the documents provided, we could not continue with the order, which is what the emails and Status Updates confirmedRegardless of our replies, weeks ago you filed a chargeback with your bank and we accepted as a courtesy, as no errors were committed on our side Partial proof has been attached to this reply, which are the latest copies of the documents you sent by email Showing how it is impossible to work with those images we received
