The invoice sent also describes what fees are for, depending on what the client requested on the order form. In this case, the Ohio Vital Records Office charges $per copy.Client never emailed us nor contacted *** to dispute the order and how "not received/overcharged" or whatever. Direct Revdex.com complaint without even going back to check our website and see if missed anything.Order has been cancelled and full refund applied, though no errors were committed on our part. We are *** and *** approved. Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, with websites in many countries, leaders in some. Even offer service in practically any country of the world, or at least we always try. We are basically the largest company in the world that provides the services we do in so many countriesand always growing

Ok, then this further proves that you did not complete the payment
process then. *** is our payment processor, 100% of payments go
through ***. If you do not pay with a current *** account, you
can still pay with a credit card using the *** shopping cart. You
are asked to provide an email address to send the receipt to. THAT
email address is used to send the receipt, and also create a temporary
*** account. They also send an email asking if you wish to activate
the account and use *** for other services online, etc.Whether
you activate the account or not, has nothing to do with our business
and the order submitted to our business. But THAT email address used is
the "*** email address" we ask for. If you did not complete the
payment process with ***, then you did not complete the payment
needed for us to work on your order.Again, we are asking for proof of payment and none has been provided. We receive emails *** at *** *** I have looked for orders under your last name and the email address on this Revdex.com complaint, and no orders found. Are you even sure you made the order with us?? Based on your information and lack of proof all this time, I can only assume you made the order with another company and have confused us with them. I believe this is the case

Our website is extremely clear that we are not a government office nor intend to publicize as one.  Every page on the website has the information on the righthand side, and the home page is right in the beginning of it all.  [redacted]Invoice [redacted] emailed on [redacted] clearly...

asks you to also provide us with the birthdates of each spouse as specifically the NYC City Clerk asks us to provide this in case a record is not found with a "basic search".  We state that it is to make the search faster.  Most Vital Records Offices (VROs) for marriage records in the USA do not ask for birthdates, but NYC is special in more than one way.  In fact, they are so special in their processing, that NY State vital records are separate from NYC vital records and have different fees, process times, legal requirements, etc.  What we asked was nothing "too hard", such as a SSN as some states in fact do ask for.The $25 fee is for 2 copies you requested on the order form, as it is $15 first copy and $10 all other copies, as clearly described in the invoice.  How will you receive the certified copies if full payment hasn't been made?  We obtain these certificates IN-PERSON, and you will see that other large 3rd Party servicers do not offer this service (NYC marriages).  We not only do, but can obtain them in 1-2 business days versus their 4-6 week normal process time.Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which has websites in many countries, leaders in some.  We also help obtain vital records in practically any country of the world.  We have clients such as large corporations, celebrities, sports teams, government agencies, etc.  We are practically the largest company in the world in the type of services that we provide.  This can easily be verified online, etc.Tramita LLC is not only [redacted] and [redacted] approved, but as previously-mentioned, are approved in every country we have websites in with similar websites.Though no error was done on our part, a COURTESY REFUND will be applied and order cancelled.  Client should review our website again since is clear that did not read everything prior to completing the order online.

Since then I received a letter in a James C[redacted] name not mine but with my address stating that the cert. That I order could not be found,,, using the letter head I was able to get into contact with the person that sent this information out. I was able to go thru her and get the forms that I needed with our any help from Tramita ,, the only number I could find for this company is a non working number.  This I a third party service. Which there is no need for.  Had I known this was what I was dealing with if have never done it.  After looking even though he says he's refunded part of my money.  My [redacted] account does not show this. It only shows a debt for $50.96 on 12/**/2015 and another debt for$24.00 on 1/*/2016. Attach proof, as was confirmed with the Vital Records Office that the completed order was mailed to you by [redacted] Class Mail, as do the majority of the Vital Records Offices do in the U.S.  Attach the No Record Letter Found you claim, as we have not received anything nor any refunds you mention.  Whenever this happens, we always contact the client to see how to resolve (more information, partial refund to match refund amount provided by them (majority do not provide refunds, as with many countries around the world --- the fee is a service/search fee, not a certificate fee --- all this is also explained in our Terms and Conditions, as with the websites of the Vital Records Offices.). In order to use [redacted] AdWords (publicity in [redacted]), the website is reviewed and controlled periodically to make sure we comply with their rules.  Major rule in services like ours, is that we mention that we are a 3rd Party Servicer and you are able to obtain the document yourself at a corresponding Vital Records Office.  We NEVER act like we are not and our website repeats that message in many webpages, just as [redacted] likes it.  The same webpage you completed the order form on, mentions this, which is what [redacted] obligates any company like us to do.  Our ad campaigns have never been blocked by [redacted], we have an excellent history. Basically, you did not read the webpage/website and that is not something we can be blamed for.  Until proof is provided, we must go by what the Vital Records Office told us, which is what was explained in the last message of this Revdex.com complaint.

[redacted], It appears that you never sent a cancellation request, but instead filed a chargeback with the bank. As we state in our terms and conditions, and as the bank will tell you, chargebacks are lengthy processes because your bank has to submit the claim to our bank and we have to submit...

evidence, which can take months. This is why we always advise our customers to make a cancellation request directly though us. We are also not allowed to do refunds while a chargeback is being processed, this is also something included both in out terms and conditions and within the terms and conditions of most banks. It appears that the bank has notified us we won the chargeback. Now that the chargeback is over, we are able to do a refund. We sent an email this morning about how to request a cancellation online so we have it in writing and that you agree to our terms and conditions regarding the amount that will be refunded. Hello!  As our website indicates, an order consists of 2 payments.  First our service fee ($49 plus tax) when the order is submitted ([redacted] receipt also states: TRAMITA SERVICE FEE with order number), and then a [redacted] invoice is emailed for all fees related to the order form.  The...

$231.00 you paid is in the invoice description (Invoice [redacted] emailed on 11/**).  An EXEMPLIFIED marriage certificate in NYC costs $35 first copy, and $30 per copy.  You requested 2 and 2 legalizations for China.  As states in our website, we charge $83 per NY legalization service.  So, the invoice is exactly for $35 + $30 + $83 + $83 = $231.  Just as the invoice describes.Now, the aprx. process times is incorrect in the invoice, processing error.  China is not a signer of Convention 12: Apostilles, so a certified copy must be requested first (though NYC Vital Records Office's aprx. process time is 4-6 weeks, we obtain them in 1-2 business days after receiving the notarized consent form and ID.  Then we must have them authenticated with the NYC County Clerk and NY Secretary of State (in NYC also).  They take 2-4 weeks, but we obtain in-person also.  For an Apostille, that would be it.  But again, China is not a signer, so a Certificate of Authentication must be obtained from the US Department of State in Washington, DC (well, technically the office for Authentications is in VA).  These orders are mailed there and they take at least 2-4 weeks to process, no rushes offered.  We usually have them sent directly to the client if no other services are required of us.  All that is mentioned here can easily be verified with any above-mentioned government office, and is whole process is also explained in our website under Legalizations.In YOUR order though, you paid the 11/** invoice on 11/** and we have never received those required documents attached to the invoice (copy of invoice can easily be provided as proof, also shows in your [redacted] account).  After a recent email from you questioning the status, we replied with new consent form attached and instructions.Not only are status updates sent by email, but on our website you can view the status 24h/365d --> [redacted]   The order has been on hold all this time because those legally required documents were never provided, nothing we could do about continuing the order.  We had everything else prepared for when those documents arrive, to immediately go and obtain the EXEMPLIFIED copies.Our company is not fraudulent.  In fact, Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which is basically the largest company in the world to provide the services we do.  We have websites in many countries, leaders in some.  We even help obtain vital records in many countries that we do not have a website in.  We also have offices around the world.Again, the delay on this order was not on our side.  All information has provided PRIOR to the order and DURING the order (minus the process times error, though we still are extremely fast with NYC marriage certificate orders, and legalization services.  And much cheaper than most, too.. quality.  Usually a camera/cell picture is valid enough, but lighting, angle, etc. must be accounted for.  If a scanner is not available, there are stores, local library, bank, etc., that offer that service (free or small fee).With the documents provided, we could not continue with the order, which is what the emails and Status Updates confirmed. Regardless of our replies, weeks ago you filed a chargeback with your bank and we accepted as a courtesy, as no errors were committed on our side.  Partial proof has been attached to this reply, which are the latest copies of the documents you sent by email.  Showing how it is impossible to work with those images we received.
