I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The attachment sent from Tramita only shows they communicated with a government official regarding my order status (and likely only because I made repeated order status requests). It does not at any time confirm they ever sent or that I ever received my order.  I stand by my initial complaint that despite prepayment of over $100 four months ago, I never received the order.  Because of this, I would like a full refund.The apostilled certificate I ordered required a two-step process: ordering the certificate itself and then getting it authenticated with an apostille.  The government employee's response on the attachment Tramita provided was that they would have used a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to return the certificate.  I never provided an SASE to Tramita so I have no way of knowing which address was even on this document (Tramitas or mine or maybe even an incorrect one). I would suspect it was Tramitas address, given after receipt of the document, it would need to be apostilled requiring Tramita to mail it somewhere else. Had the document shipped directly to me, it would not have been apostilled yet.  My best guess is the document never made it to Tramita or Tramita received but never sent for apostille. Tramita never provided me with a date the document was sent for apostille nor a confirmation number so I could follow up myself even thought I asked repeatedly for this information.  Regardless of all the background information, I NEVER RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE during 4 months since I placed the order.  Tramita promised repeatedly in writing that it would take a maximum of 8 weeks (approximately 2 months). It has been twice the amount of time as of today.  They refuse to offer me a refund and they and at the same time are unable to provide the ordered item.  I  would like a full refund in light of this.

Hello!Client requested 2 certified copies and 2 informational copies of her [redacted] birth certificate. Informational copies are not offered.Birth records are private records, becoming public when over 75 years and person on record has passed away. An original signature on their application form is...

required (notarized), with valid photo ID.As can be found in the internet, by phone, in-person at the [redacted], they charge $15 for each copy.After the client paid our service fee of $49 plus tax, an invoice was emailed via [redacted] for the $30, along with the attached application form and instructions/explanation of the specific order details based on her order form.Client quickly filed [redacted] dispute and we applied a one-time COURTESY REFUND, though not due to any error on our part.As shown, client already has copied part of the proof that explains our service fee and how other fees requested on the order form would be charged later.Also, the [redacted] receipt states: "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE". The invoice describes each fee and the application form provides further proof of the [redacted] fees.The invoice will cover all fees the client manually requested on the order form (ex.: Apostille service is $31.50 each, or $83.00 in [redacted]). The fee charged by the [redacted] must be later determined as some states have different fees depending on if for USA use (legal or non-legal), legal-use in a foreign country, age of record, extra search fees if exact date not known, etc. The resulting fee is proven in the invoice with a copy of the application form. Whenever an application form is not required, proof is offered and can be easily provided.-----------This client did not read the order form page which describes our service fee (though copied it into their Revdex.com complaint), and is repeated in the Terms & Conditions, which is easy to read and not meant to confuse anyone.EXAMPLE 1: Request of 4 certified copies, at $15 each.Total Sum: $60Our service fee is $50.96 (with tax).EXAMPLE 2: Order of 2 copies with an Apostille on each copy (order form shows we charge $83 in [redacted] state).Total Sum: $30 + $83 + $83 = $196.00Extra proof that the “$49 plus tax”, could not cover the optional fees on the order form.-----------Also would like to add that our website has been reviewed by many payment processors, and none had any issues with our website nor the way orders are currently processed.Nevertheless we are open to all suggestions that might improve our service and the customer experience in our website.

This order was already cancelled and refunded on 02/04 due to processing error on our part.  We have been changing our website and systems, and unfortunately a few orders were not placed in the right queue.  We would offer to cancel/refund, or continue orders with free rush service to...

 I have the bank statement to prove that the invoice amount was paid to you via [redacted] and cleared the bank on November [redacted].  I have received zero notifications from [redacted] to say otherwise.  I have received zero emails with any instructions since the one received on November [redacted] stating that payment was needed.  I have not received an email containing any attachments, invoice, consent form or otherwise.  I have paid for this service and it has not been fulfilled.  I want a full refund.  I emailed the [redacted] confirmation to you earlier this month.  To which I received no reply.  It almost seems as if you are looking at someone else's account since none of the things stated here have taken place.  I wish to receive a refund in the amount of $50.96. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Tramita LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company sent me an email stating my remaining documents would be sent to me.  I received 2 "Certified Abstract of Marriage" forms which...

is NOT the same as a certified copy of a marriage license and NOT what I paid for.  I also received a certified copy of a strange person's marriage license from Canada.  I have reached out to the Clark County Clerk's office to see who's end the error is on.  They informed me that they initially received an order for 3 certified copies of a marriage license but the money order that was sent by Tramita was only for $15 (enough for 1 copy).  I paid a total of $90 for 3 copies and they sent a money order to the Clark County Clerk's office for $15.

If we cannot locate the payment, obviously the order will not be processed.  There are times whenever the email address used to make the payment does not match the email address on the order form, we do not receive notification from [redacted] and cannot link the payment to the order.  We...

simply send the following email:"Order cancelled. If payment made, please confirm by emailing the [redacted] email address used so we can continue with the order process. Thank you!"The email address linked with this complaint was given to us and still no payment found.  We do not have access to [redacted] personal accounts nor information.  You simply only needed to contact [redacted] to locate the payment and have them send it to us, as many of our clients do.  Or even send the [redacted] receipt which shows the order information, etc.  We have never received proof of payment from you.We will gladly cancel this order and provide a refund.... but if payment not found, cannot do a refund.  Either provide proof helping us help you, or directly file a [redacted] DISPUTE of the payment, which will force [redacted] to contact us to clarify the situation.  A refund will be made and case closed.  Again, we have no control over [redacted] and can only do so much.  We have asked for proof of payment, none has been provided.

Dear Client and Revdex.comThank you for your email.Please find attached the confirmation from the Secretary of State Office, Washington DC, confirming the information given by us previously.This is something not that usual but we kindly asked the Secretary of State to confirm us by email the date this order of a Marriage certificate with an Apostille to be used in Austria, was received and then mailed out to the address given by the client (Virginia Ave - we do not put all the data for confidentiality).Once again, we prove that the service was correctly done (order for certificate processed and presented to the Secretary of State for the Apostille) and therefore no refund is due. Also we have checked all incoming communications from customer and no issue was reported by our CS manager that could indicate any lack of communication from us towards the client.We do think this complaint is solved based in the evidences presented that confirm service was rendered.Our best regardsTeam Tramita

It is clear that the client did not read the website, or at least the webpage the order form is located on:  [redacted]Our service fee is indicated, and even the [redacted] receipt shows "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE".  [redacted] Invoice [redacted] was emailed...

on 06/**, which also shows in your [redacted] account.  Never paid, though contacted us and copies were resent.  Still never paid to this moment.Order cancelled and full refund applied, though no errors on our part.  Please read any website prior to making an order online, or at least "revisit" it to see if missed anything, etc.

I never received any emails from this business. I finally receive a refund due to a processing error, which is what they said in m refund. If they were tracking the orders after the consumer paid to ensure quality service then maybe sooner this would have been seen before my complaint was made. How convenient I was finally contacted and refunded after my complaint was made. Maybe if they replied to either of the two emails I sent to the two different email addresses found on their websites then this could have been resolved faster. Maybe if the phone number they listed when I made my order also worked then this could have been done quicker, not having to go to the Revdex.com. I called the number from the Washington Health Department after this company failed to do their part. I gave them all the info they needed but they failed to give the State of Washington my wives maiden name which is why the order didn't go through. So the processing error was on Tramitas end. So their info is inaccurate and leaves out some details showing them at fault.
