As our website indicates, an order consists of payments First our service fee ($plus tax) when the order is submitted ( [redacted] receipt also states: TRAMITA SERVICE FEE with order number), and then a [redacted] invoice is emailed for all fees related to the order form The $you paid is in the invoice description (Invoice [redacted] emailed on 11/**) An EXEMPLIFIED marriage certificate in NYC costs $first copy, and $per copy You requested and legalizations for China As states in our website, we charge $per NY legalization service So, the invoice is exactly for $+ $+ $+ $= $ Just as the invoice describes.Now, the aprxprocess times is incorrect in the invoice, processing error China is not a signer of Convention 12: Apostilles, so a certified copy must be requested first (though NYC Vital Records Office's aprxprocess time is 4-weeks, we obtain them in 1-business days after receiving the notarized consent form and ID Then we must have them authenticated with the NYC County Clerk and NY Secretary of State (in NYC also) They take 2-weeks, but we obtain in-person also For an Apostille, that would be it But again, China is not a signer, so a Certificate of Authentication must be obtained from the US Department of State in Washington, DC (well, technically the office for Authentications is in VA) These orders are mailed there and they take at least 2-weeks to process, no rushes offered We usually have them sent directly to the client if no other services are required of us All that is mentioned here can easily be verified with any above-mentioned government office, and is whole process is also explained in our website under Legalizations.In YOUR order though, you paid the 11/ [redacted] invoice on 11/ [redacted] and we have never received those required documents attached to the invoice (copy of invoice can easily be provided as proof, also shows in your [redacted] account) After a recent email from you questioning the status, we replied with new consent form attached and instructions.Not only are status updates sent by email, but on our website you can view the status 24h/365d --> [redacted] The order has been on hold all this time because those legally required documents were never provided, nothing we could do about continuing the order We had everything else prepared for when those documents arrive, to immediately go and obtain the EXEMPLIFIED copies.Our company is not fraudulent In fact, Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which is basically the largest company in the world to provide the services we do We have websites in many countries, leaders in some We even help obtain vital records in many countries that we do not have a website in We also have offices around the world.Again, the delay on this order was not on our side All information has provided PRIOR to the order and DURING the order (minus the process times error, though we still are extremely fast with NYC marriage certificate orders, and legalization services And much cheaper than most, tooEasily verifyable with simple online searches.If needing any proof, questions answered, etcplease email us at [redacted] This complaint should not be considered Thank you!

Hello!Client requested certified copies and informational copies of her [redacted] birth certificateInformational copies are not offered.Birth records are private records, becoming public when over years and person on record has passed awayAn original signature on their application form is required (notarized), with valid photo ID.As can be found in the internet, by phone, in-person at the [redacted] , they charge $for each copy.After the client paid our service fee of $plus tax, an invoice was emailed via [redacted] for the $30, along with the attached application form and instructions/explanation of the specific order details based on her order form.Client quickly filed [redacted] dispute and we applied a one-time COURTESY REFUND, though not due to any error on our part.As shown, client already has copied part of the proof that explains our service fee and how other fees requested on the order form would be charged later.Also, the [redacted] receipt states: "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE"The invoice describes each fee and the application form provides further proof of the [redacted] fees.The invoice will cover all fees the client manually requested on the order form (ex.: Apostille service is $each, or $in [redacted] ***)The fee charged by the [redacted] must be later determined as some states have different fees depending on if for USA use (legal or non-legal), legal-use in a foreign country, age of record, extra search fees if exact date not known, etcThe resulting fee is proven in the invoice with a copy of the application formWhenever an application form is not required, proof is offered and can be easily provided.-----------This client did not read the order form page which describes our service fee (though copied it into their Revdex.com complaint), and is repeated in the Terms & Conditions, which is easy to read and not meant to confuse anyone.EXAMPLE 1: Request of certified copies, at $each.Total Sum: $60Our service fee is $(with tax).EXAMPLE 2: Order of copies with an Apostille on each copy (order form shows we charge $in [redacted] state).Total Sum: $+ $+ $= $196.00Extra proof that the “$plus tax”, could not cover the optional fees on the order form.-----------Also would like to add that our website has been reviewed by many payment processors, and none had any issues with our website nor the way orders are currently processed.Nevertheless we are open to all suggestions that might improve our service and the customer experience in our website

Dear Client and BBBThank you for your email.Please find attached the confirmation from the Secretary of State Office, Washington DC, confirming the information given by us previously.This is something not that usual but we kindly asked the Secretary of State to confirm us by email the date this order of a Marriage certificate with an Apostille to be used in Austria, was received and then mailed out to the address given by the client (Virginia Ave - we do not put all the data for confidentiality).Once again, we prove that the service was correctly done (order for certificate processed and presented to the Secretary of State for the Apostille) and therefore no refund is due. Also we have checked all incoming communications from customer and no issue was reported by our CS manager that could indicate any lack of communication from us towards the client.We do think this complaint is solved based in the evidences presented that confirm service was rendered.Our best regardsTeam Tramita

Ok, many issues with this complaint which I have been looking up causing a delay, so believe best to resolve with bullet points:(1) The person filing the complaint lied on our order form as is not the same person on record. All states would consider this a crime and punishable with a fee
and/or prison time. The order form states the person on the birth record "*** *** ***" was the requestor, which we can see that the requestor was actually a 3rd party. Washington DC birth/death records are private records and only eligible requestors may request them. I have attached their Guidelines for Obtaining a Vital Record" which shows eligible requestors and required documentation. We would have cancelled the order immediately if the *** payment was linked to the order and known who was actually making the order. I've attached a copy of the order form, please let me know if unable to open as a Thunderbird document.(2) If you go to our Status Update webpage: *** *and enter in *** as the Order Number, you will see that we asked for proof of payment. We have never received an email from the email address on the order form: *** (3) As our Legal Notice says on our website, the NYC address is our logistical address, not the corporate address. I already know that Revdex.com has received and verified all company documents and information provided. The company does exist, and is currently in Wyoming after being moved from Florida earlier this year.(4) *** has no record of transactions?? Then what is on the receipt that was included in this complaint?? I'll highlight an example:Merchant information:Tramita LLC***###-###-#### It is obvious we have a *** business account under Tramita LLC, client is giving information in this complaint.(5) Again, the main issue here is that the client lied on the order form. Though EVEN if we continued the order process thinking it was the person on record, a Washington DC application form is emailed to the client as must complete and send with valid photo ID.This complaint should not be considered. They said the $was for the price of the birth certificate but when I originally ordered it the price was included in the fees, very misleading and appears fraudulentI don't believe the way they presented it to be good business and want this service cancelled and to be refunded the full

$plus tax, and then billed for any items on the order form A *** invoice was sent on both orders and client never paid, nor contacted us by email We have applied a courtesy refund on both orders and cancelled these orders, though not due to any error on our part Client did not read the webpage the order form was located, nor the Terms and Conditions, nor the excerpt of the Terms and Conditions on those invoices she has confirmed receiving. Also, the order form offers legalization ($for most USA and $for NY), international shipping ($or $50), multiple copies, rush service ($15, if available)how would the $cover all those services we provide? Due to the number of variables that an order can have or depending on what vital record is needed, reason an invoice is sent after order information is received.
